It’s a shame that such a beautiful place looks like this, with all the means to keep it clean and functional available. Definitely not one of my favorite places to visit anymore.

On behalf of all the boat owners who currently keep their boats I would like to bring attention to the critical situation that has been happening at Miamarina for the past 4 years.
The marina at Bayside was once a clean, private, and easily accessible marina which attracted possibly every boat owner in Miami. This marina has now become the worst marina in Miami with deteriorating conditions due to lack of proper management.
On behalf of all the boat owners who currently keep their boats I would like to bring attention to the critical situation that has been happening at Miamarina for the past 4 years.
The marina at Bayside was once a clean, private, and easily accessible marina which attracted possibly every boat owner in Miami. This marina has now become the worst marina in Miami with deteriorating conditions due to lack of proper management.
I have been managing boats for tenants at the marina for the past 3 years and have seen what I call calidad humana at River Cove. Pete and David make it easy for vendors to work and get any help that we need. I have seen a major cha ge for good and I can't tell you how many times I needed something and was helped. They also take the pressure off by providing us tools like adaptorsand extension cords to not delay our work. Thank you
Vibrant area. Good for spending one day. Loads of tastes and different shops. A bit hot due to open air building but you can cool off in some shops with good AC lol.
If you ever have the chance to go you need to experience Skyview Observation Wheel... Take your time. Walk around and explore. It's a great place 😃
Bayside Marketplace is a vibrant waterfront two-story open air entertainment complex in Downtown Miami. It's a nice place where you'll find a lot of locals and tourists hanging out. There are plenty of restaurants and shops and given its location, it's usually pretty busy. One of the main reasons is due to the charter cruises and yacht tours that depart from here. Overall, it's not bad but you'll find better restaurants and shopping at nearby Brickell City Centre.
Love this place. Return every time when I'm in town. Good places to eat. Nice boats to see and tours and a speed boat Thiller ride you can catch from here. Not to mention all of the neat shops and vendors. Sit by the water and enjoy a nice refreshing beverage. Or walk around and shop with your beverage.
Situated by the waterfront, the marketplace offers a mix of shopping, dining, and entertainment options. The scenic views of the bay create a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for a leisurely stroll. The diverse range of shops and boutiques provide a variety of choices for fashion, souvenirs, and more. The selection of restaurants and eateries offers a taste of local cuisine as well as international flavors. Live music performances and events add to the lively ambiance. However, it's worth noting that the marketplace can get quite crowded, especially during weekends and holidays. Overall, BaySide Marketplace is a great place to spend an enjoyable day with something for everyone to enjoy.
Nice pier with restaurants and food booths with plenty of choices. We loved having drinks at the outdoor bar, and there was lots of seating with great views. Overall, it was a great chill spot to go with a date or friends.

1 star for an EXTREMELY rude phone attendant. I called ahead and reserved a mooring in July of '23. By the time I got to the office they were closed (2 hours earlier than listed online). I drove home 4 hours away and would have to pay over the phone the following day. I call the next day to pay and this COMPLETE JERK told me I had to be there in person to show my boat documents! I said "it's 2023 can't I submit digital copies?" He said "no we don't do that here". Then he said "we don't want to do business with you." I asked "and why is that?" He said "for personal reasons"! I didn't even know this guy! I asked to talk to a manager and he said to call back next day and asked if I could come 4 hours away to move my boat! No I certainly could not come back 8 hours round trip! I did call back the next day and spoke to a normal person and they took my digital boat documentation and payment via email no problems whatsoever. So if one attendant gives you a hard time get his name (I regrettably forgot to ask) and just call back later or ask for a supervisor. By the way this mooring field looks like a place where sailboats go to die.

The new regatta bars are nice but lack vision in their design and best use possibilities as an all weather proper restaurant with a view. Horrible heat 😫 🔥 not much fun June July August as outside with loud music is your only option. Dance and your drenched in sweat. YUCK!! POOR USE OF THIS SPACE SHAME ON CITY FOR APPROVAL OF THIS DESIGN. GOOD LUCK LONG TERM.
I've been keeping my jet ski dry-docked at Rickenbacker Marina since February 2023, and I can't say enough positive things about my experience. The team at Rickenbacker Marina truly goes above and beyond to provide outstanding service, and I want to give a special shout-out to Christian and Emil, who are not only incredibly friendly, but their expertise is evident in the exceptional care they take with each and every jet ski. They're always available to answer any questions I have, and I greatly appreciate their dedication to keeping my ski in top shape.
I'd also like to mention the wonderful assistance I've received from Kristy and Tatiana in the office. They are friendly and knowledgeable, making the process of getting parking passes and requesting jet ski launches a breeze.
I highly recommend Rickenbacker Marina to anyone in need of dry/wet docking services or maintenance for their watercraft (I've already convinced my friend, Mohamad, to dry-dock his boat there!). If you don't belong to boat club.. or going to restaurant. there is no parking except valet..$30... don't be late coming in from water... guy there hasn't gotten his car keys or car since last night and no one knows where keys are...I had no problem valet let me keep my key.. probably he's dealing with issues not his fault from last night and didn't need the hassle

Despite its bustling atmosphere, this mall is a must-visit due to the plethora of shops and vendors, all located right along the bay. Although I didn't purchase anything during my visit, I did have a pleasant lunch and even went on a boat tour. Overall, this is a fantastic place to take a stroll and soak in the sights and sounds.
Amazing location. Amazing staff. Very easy to order a launch or get the boat on a rack. Love this place.

This marina constantly closes early not allowing boats in, despite many open parking spots. If launching past 10 am head to another ramp, the police get rude if only asked one question.
North Beach Marina is very deceitful in their "security deposit language." It is vague and ultimately they want to keep your security deposit. They are not to be trusted with your security deposit. They lead you to believe the Security Deposit is in case you break your 6 month term, however it's conveniently set up for them to say this.
From their contract, read quoted:
" SECURITY DEPOSIT ______________Applied to last month with 30 days advanced written notice of departure. No exceptions! "
What does that even mean! They never express verbally and more importantly written in the contract that your security deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. UNLESS you use it towards your last month's rent. Therefore, they are clearly trying to deceive you. NOT COOL. I am out of $856. dollars because they want to steal customer's hard earned money."No exceptions!
I stated in a proper email requesting my deposit back, that their contract is unfair, not forthcoming and I believe to be UNLAWFUL.
THEY COULD CARE LESS. They will not return my deposit. SHAME ON THEM!

This maybe my first review I ever did but I must say from the top down, the Manager/Dock-master Javier(Jay) and his staff hands down make you feel like you are the only one there and there are a lot of boats. The office staff is flawless and the deck hands are there for you above and beyond. They don't know the word "no", they get it done! Great experience all around having my boat and jet ski here!

No frills marina with easy in/out access. Perfect stop as we traveled north from the Keys to Fort Lauderdale. Good security, great places to walk the pup, even a short walk to a proper off-leash dog park. Loved the downtown Miami vibe and we enjoyed an excellent dinner at Trulucks, just around the corner. I'd stay here again.

If you plan to rent a boat there beware of a parking scam. This is how it works...boat company offers free parking with reservation, when you arrive you go to the marina office and they give you a visitor parking pass. No instructions or map of where to park are provided. No visible signs where visitors can park. Upon return you discover the parking company that works for the marina booted your vehicle. You look around and notice that multiple cars received same treatment. if you don't believe me scroll down and read the other reviews from multiple people complaining about the same thing. Ironically, the city of miami sent the marina owners a contract default notice due to parking...they promised to pay the city $2M to build a parking lot but didn't. Now I know why. I'm sure people would prefer to just pay $20. for parking if there was an option or a place, instead of getting booted. BTW, don't bother to complain as they don't care and will blame it on you. Such a bad way to run a business, no surprise miami residents voted last year to not automatically extend their contract for 75 years and bid it out.
I worked at CG Marina before COVID and have come back to the most beautifully redesigned property, renamed RH Marina. We have the best staff, excellent service, and our property is a beautiful place to work or come to relax. I am thrilled to be here and love RH Marina!
Pelican Harbor Marina is located on 79th in North Bay Village, Miami Dade County. It is a good place to have a boat tour, rent a jetsky, paddle board or kayak. It has seabird station also.

This is by far the best Marina I know, it is impeccably well maintained and they keep on adding awesome features for theirs customers. David, the manager is an excellent person and he is very customer oriented, all he cares about is offering the best experience to the Marina clients, I can't think of a better place to leave the boat at.
i usually do not write reviews , but i am missing this place i sold my boat and got a smaller one i keep at the keys house . first it was always available for me to use my boat super convenient , they were very helpful when ever i needed them
Possibly, one the best maintained and managed marinas anywhere. I met David and was impressed with his demeanor and customer service. He clearly runs a an impeccable marina. I live nearby so this place makes sense to me. I look forward to placing my boat here. Thank you for the tour, Sir.
The and famous home boat tour was very reasonable,fun, beautiful sites, very funny host. I would recommend this boat tour to all Bayside visitors. Excellent staff.

Shoutout to Jaque my instructor John and Jacob for their amazing tour. It was my first time jet skiing and it felt as if I was doing it all my life. Jaque was extremely patient with my sister who was a bit nervous. When ever I come back to Miami this is the spot i’m coming back to🌊❤️

Great place to store your boat, it has indoor and outdoor storage. They clean your boat before and after you use it. Valet parking and other services included in the monthly fee.
Great spot and a killer location. We had our Leopard 53 Powercat there for a month and it was the best. Super easy access to the sandbars and coves, an easy run to the Keys and literal walking distance to a ton of great restaurants and bars. We didn't want to leave! Eddie and Ron were great - super friendly, reliable and answered my wife's thousands of questions and requests without missing a beat. We look forward to coming back again! Thank you Vice City!
Very helpful, responsive, courteous. When we were about to arrive, staff reached out to us with a picture of our slip for the night, so we knew where we were to be located. He helped us tie off and responded to questions, gave my son some pointers. This is our second time here for an overnight and VCM is excellent. Can't wait to return.
Life on the bay!!! We could get used to this. Only publicly accessible marina that I have been able to find in the Brickell area. Came in for a day early in the morning, spent the day downtown - location was perfect! Dockmaster was super responsive and helpful, and the permanent tenants were friendly. The new ownership has done a great job with maintenance and upgrades. Felt super safe and secure. The gate to Brickell had a key pad, all dock runs had gate locks and a multicamera system accessible on a smart phone. Will definitely be back.

Awesome place to keep your boat. Everyone is super helpful. Parking is easy. Boat detailers make life better. Takes no time to get out to the bay. Half way to Haulover or Govt. Not to mention they have a great African Gray. Plenty of room at the cleaning boards. They can help you dock if you are new to boating. First class.

Great marina and fantastic service. We utilized Vice City Mariana for our 80’ yacht for a few months while we were moving from Key West. I wish we didn’t move, Vice City Mariana is the best. The owner was great and very resourceful when we needed anything. 10/10
Great hotel and restaurant for guests going out on yacht charters in the Miami and Brickell area. The dock hands are very professional.
Great location and well protected from winds and waves (high rise building surrounding most of the angles). Convenient walk to Publix, CVS and all the great restaurants in Brickell. Ron and Eddie were great and ensured our visit was great. This marina also has full gated entry, Wifi, mini-mart around the corner and lots of great sites to see. We had a fantastic stay!

We've been at this marina for 4 years and have to say TODD is amazing! Not only is he always available, responds promptly to all inquiries but he's always going far and beyond to make sure the marina users are well taken care of! A place you can come and appreciate with your family... the boats are awesome.
I cant compare it to much since I didnt really hang out our utilize any of their services, but it seemed to be equally equipped as the marina I worked for in 2005, bullfrog Utah. When I own a boat and need a place to dock it, I'll keep Grove Isle as a definite maybe.
Good location they have a ferry boat it takes you across to a little island that's a park and their restrooms with showers and changing areas are air conditioned

Best marina on the planet! I have been there for 13 years now and it is like my second home. The customer service is amazing! The entire marina staff is so friendly and will do anything they can to make your day out on the water just that much more special. Thanks Rickenbacker Marina!!!
I grew up around here, a beautiful place to be by. looking at the pier, checking out the boats, being by the water. I even managed to see a dolphin ones. it's definitely a beautiful place to witness if you're everin the heart of miami.
This is the best marina ever! I had my boat there for many years, but i moved to California and I sold my boat, but the people and the staff is great.! Not to mentioned Dee! He and his crew are the best add on service to the marina! Pretty reliable!

The marina has a great set of restaurants, bars and shops. There are street food vendors selling food and ice cream. The boutique stores include all the main brands you could expect. possibly think. There is a huge Hard Rock Cafe that serves every cocktail or shooter you can wish for. It’s lively with lots of people and music. You need a couple of hours if you want to do shopping and have a bite to eat.
As a marina it isnt good. Although it is located in the middle of dd miami which is really nice.
This is an outstanding marina with excellent service & wonderful staff. The facilities are clean & well maintained. The security is ongoing. The only thing that could be improved is the Wifi connection. And... what a great place to watch the Fourth of July fireworks!

As a Marina it sucks. No dockhands, security sits on their bums and talk on the phone all day, they let anyone into the piers, people will come and dock at night without paying and party on the pier and security doesn't care. Absolutely the worst run Marina I've experienced
Great location! Staff was very helpful and grounds were very nice. We rented a slip for a few days and I was very pleased. The docks are sheltered from the intercostal which I am thankful for.because we had a very bad storm one night. I will absolutely return to Pelican Harbour!
