There's also a bunch of famous eateries right outside it. There's something for everyone here. It is generally always crowded. Parking on weekends at peak times can be tough.

It was great to see this place . We just walked inside the market which was full of vendors selling local produce. It was crowded but a nice experience to watch. There is a parking garage close by and it was easy to find parking, but to get there we had to pass the crowd on the street. Make sure you're not in a hurry when you visit.
Definitely worth a visit to experience the atmosphere of Seattle's waterfront. Lots of vendors side by side with a variety of wares.

Super fun and energetic place! Husband and I wanted to visit the fish market and get lunch. The place did not disappoint. All types of local vendors in this place. Atmosphere is lively and fast paced. Prices are on the high end but the ingredients are well worth it. Stop by the local juice shops and experience what Seattle has to offer! Carpool if you must as parking near by can get very pricey, not to mention traffic!
Definitely worth the hype. Quaint and quirky and yet there is something quite wholesome about it. The vendors are super friendly and welcoming. The food is great! Fresh produce is so delicious and FRESH. The fish mongers love to put on a show for onlookers. With the mixed aromas from artisan stalls selling the most lovely products, to the beautiful flowers lining an entire section of the market, from comic book stores, gum walls, old book stores to magic shops and secret gardens. The whole experience seems almost magically wonderful. Definitely recommend as a ‘must see’ for Seattle.

It’s a tourist trap! However I go there almost every weekend just to get some fresh fish, espresso and crepes. (Not in that order) 😂

Had a fantastic time visiting Pike Place Market! So many varieties of artifacts and food. I’ve never had fresher seafood in my life!!! The salmon is to die for! You don’t have to buy anything to have a good time, but it’s nice to support the stands. Awesome vibes, delicious food, and great views. An absolute must if you’re in Seattle!
This market is so great. It has everything from fresh fish to books to artwork; you could spend hours wandering around and shopping.
A heritage market and a lot of local artisan market. Nice place to go while in Seattle, not crowded, so can feel more secure if you bring kid. They sell a lot of fresh flower. Parking always challenging in weekend. And all is pay-parking. The pike place very close to aquarium too. So stroll around and find some goodies food 😝✌🏼

Seattle's Pike Place Market is an essential destination for tourists. My wife, our little dog, and I had a delightful time amidst the lively atmosphere. We relished the abundance of charming eateries and explored numerous souvenir shops. The vibrant energy of the market captivated us, and we spent hours strolling around, cherishing the beautiful sunset.
We went here in a weekend and it was very crowded with tourist. Very interesting place to walk around. Many shops selling Beautiful flower bouquets with so many different flowers. The fish market area was clean.

This was my second time coming to Pike Place Market after not having came to Seattle for about six years…. I am going to apologize in advance to the Seattlites that I might offend as this is based on my personal bias. This is a definitely to-go place while you’re in the immediate Downtown area! They have so many options besides seafood — flower stands, merch stores, souvenirs that aren’t $30+ dollars… Pike Place Market is your go-to.

It has a vast range of different types of products from dry goods to fish and seafood. The place is very big and has tons of different vendors. Reason why I am giving only 3 stars is because the area has too many homeless I have nothing against them but where I had to park ( paying over $60 just for parking) were a couple of human poops even on the walls. It’s a big biohazard and I don’t think the city isn’t doing anything to fix that problem. And the Seattle tax is 10.25 % I believe.

There is something for everyone including great entertainment with live musicians, fish tossing, and artist creating art. So, so many places to get some unique food items. I highly recommend this spot as one of your stops. It is a little crowded in there but it's worth it. And the views of the mountains and Bay....well you just have to take it in for yourself!
Great place to visit for touristy trinkets. Also a lot of good food here as well. The pikes place market area is fairly well kept and clean. However, some of the surrounding areas tend to have a lot of homeless folks who were high or getting high even in the broad daylight on the streets.
You can't visit Seattle for the first time without visiting Pike Place Market. This place has several seafood vendors selling the freshest seafood, some of them will even ship your order to your home for you. They also have the oldest running farmers market with some of the best fruit I tasted. A lot of the vendors will offer you samples, of what they are selling so you know what it taste like before you buy it. Besides vendors, there are several must try restaurants here as well, pikes famous clam chowder, also Beecher's famous Mac and cheese. Also if you love Starbucks you can visit the very first Starbucks ( just make sure you get there early bc the line gets long). Come support the locals
Pike Market is a fun place to visit. It is definitely a touristy place, and it could feel crowded at times but nothing overbearing. There are many old shops inside with a wide variety of interesting things. According to a local, the fish throwing mainly happens on game days(so if you are visiting on a non-game day, you might not see it happen or as often).
I highly recommend a souvenir shop across the street from here as they have very reasonable prices and lots of good deals (it is a corner shop).
The original Starbucks and the gum wall are also very close, so don't forget to check those out.

It was a beautiful experience that I had here at the public market. Seafood is wild caught, fresh, and super cheap. The food at all the vendors are amazing. You must have their Organic Apple Cider at the entrance, super tasty. Definitely come back again when I’m in town.

I've visited here several times over the years. There is such wonderful fresh fruit, flowers, etc. I particularly like going to the tea store when I am there and buying some of the local teas. This is a must visit if you are in Seattle.

Exceeded expectations on all levels. I could have spent days here. Do not dismiss it as a tourist trap, and definitely visit while you are here. Don’t miss out on Beecher’s, the craft market, every single bookstore, and the Confectionery. Weekends are definitely busier and more businesses are open. Mornings are much lower key and lovely.

Busy place, but that's what markets are... The flower shops were amazing & the flowers masked the various other market smells. The seafood, fresh veg & fruits were well stocked. Heaps of restaurants to stop at if you get tired of shopping and need a rest & some refreshments. Walking through the market looking through the various trading stalls was just an experience by itself... must do!!!
This place was all that I thought it would be and more. It was so big to see in real life versus what you see on TV. I wanted to get Flagship cheese but there was a line to get in around the corner. That’s crazy. The same with the bakery across the street. The fish was fresh. The flowers were beautiful and the fruit tasted amazing. I highly recommend. However, be aware when parking. The city of Seattle does not take cash payments for parking. This is a very successful scam around Pikes Market. Enjoy your time.

One of our favorite neighborhood farmers markets, this one doesn’t have an over abundance of food vendors to fresh produce vendors, but just the right mix. It’s also not as crowded as some of the other farmers markets in the area. They are open from 3-7:30 PM on Thursdays, from June through October (exact dates vary each year).
I love the Queen Anne Farmers market. Great produce, baked goods, meat, eggs, honey, cheese & flowers. All my favorite vendors are there and so pleasant to interact with. I look forward to this every week in the summer. So nice to support small local businesses. The food trucks are not to be missed. Nice chance to dine al fresco and catch up with friends. There is even music.
Listen, this is a nice Farmer's Market in a nice neighborhood. They had fresh veggies and friendly vendors. I went on the day it opened for the year. I rate at only 4 stars for a simple reason - I'm spoiled by going to the Ballard Farmers Market and Pike Place Market on the regular. Ballard's Farmers Market's awesomeness shouldn't take away from this homely littler market - but is the standard in our area of which all others are judged by. This one had some food trucks and such, but was able to be breezed through in around 3 minutes. Just wanted to provide accurate feedback. Good people, but didn't blow me away.
This farmers market is great! It's very small so don't expect to spend hours walking about. Can do the whole things in about 15 minutes. The live music was amazing and tons of activities for children. If you have kids this is a must. Lots of good food trucks and organic vegetables and fruits
Good selection of local produce. It has a musician tent at the end beside the food trucks which is great for relaxing while having a meal.
