Most rude employees I've ever met in my life. This is my second time there and last but each time you could tell they were mad cause they had to work. Just pure hateful.... won't be back

The black cashier is extremely rude. I gave 3 stars because the white lady is very sweet. The rude lady told me she was the manager when i requested to speak with one. They let anybody in management these days or maybe she was the last resort. I will do my best to follow up on my complaint with her higher ups.
It was my first visit and I was a little scared when she said that they didn't have any sweet wines but I was pleasantly surprised by her wine suggestion it wasn't sweet but it was very crisp and refreshing I can't wait to go back and try more wines!
Something floating in my flight. Less than appetizing. Husband got white instead of red. Server was more interested in her friends and where they were going next, but pleasant enough.
This place sucks. Every other day they are stocking the back or cleaning the restroom. I work in retail so I know how it is to work understaffed if that’s the issue. The sign says (be back in 20 minutes, gotta stock the back and restrooms). Well it’s been 30 minutes. Also no one ever answers the phone. Upper management needs to get this under control. Completely unacceptable.
We had never been here before. We were the only ones in the place. The blonde lady who was running the store was rude and seemed annoyed we were there. We ordered the goat cheese. It tasted like cream cheese and the pesto was terrible. The wine itself was a terrible Rose. The staff seemed pleasant to the "locals". As we were leaving a brunette worker showes up and thanked us for stopping by. There are to many good wine shops to waste your time on this one.
A little pricey, but a fun experience nonetheless ! The servers were all helpful and knew their products, the vibe was nice, and the wine and food were great. Only taking a star off because of the price, as we were caught off guard. If you prepare to pay a little more, you'd probably give it 5. :)
Madelyn (not sure on spelling) is absolutely so helpful and sweet. I was greeted warmly and very thoroughly educated on the entire process of visiting the buisness and exactly what to expect. Overall after 12 years in the service industry I must say this girl deserves a pay rise raise because I was blown away with how patient and helpful she was. Star employee no doubt and I cannot wait for our visit next Saturday!
Amazing place. Amazing people. The best restaurant in Indianapolis for great wines. They also offer home ads pizza and a bunch of tapas and snacks. The wine menu is amazing. The owners are very kind and experienced in wine. If you are a wine lover: definitely a place to go to!
This is a cool idea for wine tastings! I enjoyed the concept of less talking to a SAHM and more selecting my wines.

Mass Ave Wine is a wonderful place with a great, rustic setting! Lisa is an incredible host and knows so much about all the wines she sells, telling a story with all the descriptions she gave of the wine! They offer wine by the bottle and the glass as well as food, beer, spirits, etc!
The prices are fantastic as well! Highly recommend this place to anyone walking by!

I LOVED this place. Such a cool idea, you are able to pick and choose your tastings and size of pours. There were only two waitresses/bartenders, but they did a great job. We got there on a Saturday at 3, when they opened, and it was full by 4pm.

They have a varied selection of wines not easily found in many stores in Indy. The owner has tasted all the wines they have for sale and is very knowledgeable. She is helpful and can easily assist you in selecting the wines.
You can also get the bottle opened and consume it there at Market price without any restaurant markup. They also have Pizzas, Charcuterie and Chocolates.

Such a cool venue. Good varieties for your palette from all over the world. Fair prices on the pour and a very knowledgeable bartender for cocktails. Charcuterie was on point and staff was very attentive as well.
You can preload a wine tasting card and walk through the entire establishment tasting samples until you can't walk..

You know all liquor stores are pretty good now unless they have high prices right but it's one right here has fair prices not too high I guess but when you see a king cobra for like almost three dollars that's pricey so be on the lookout need everything cheap how cheap cheap as hell

If I could give zero stars I would! Nasty attitude, Poor Manners, the cold beer refrigerator looked decrepit & smelled of old spilled ale! The chap behind the counter stank of Cat urine & three days of unclean sweat! Go a bit further east for great service, As this Establishment Is Lacking!!! Just Not Good at all!
This place... Let me tell you. Best wine experience and I am not a wine person. My wife and I were celebrating our ten year anniversary and this was one of our stops. The flowers, the arrangement, the food was all done by the Tastings team. I did nothing but ask for what I wanted. The normal tasting process isn't occurring due to covid-19 but it does not change the awesome experience or atmosphere. The selection of wines is impressive and has a full bar as well. Thank you for making our night memorable which we still talk about years later. Updated with more information today.
Scott and Paul do an amazing job of keeping this big red location clean and well stocked with a great variety of products including my favorite Indiana craft brewery, Terre Haute Brewing Company.
This is my go-to Big Red when on the westside. Jerry and the rest of the staff keep the store clean, organized and well stocked. They also carry my favorite craft brewery, Terre Haute Brewing Co. Stop by and check them out!

Went in here to buy a lottery ticket with my wife while we were waiting for our wings from Wingstop next door. I know it's the law, but I thought it was silly that they had to check both of our IDs just so I could buy a lottery ticket, when they have vending machines in grocery stores. I'm not sure why I'm leaving this review. Hahaha also if you want good alcohol at a reasonable price you should try Costco.
I called asking if they had Malibu Black and if so how much was it for a fifth. Sierra, the girl's name said we do have it but I can't tell you how much it is. I replied with I can get it for $18.99 down the street, if you guys sell it cheaper I'll come get it from you.

I'm not a big drinker, but this is my go to liquor store. They always have a good deal on something. Beers and wine coolers are also cold and 9/10 fully stock. Workers are great, very friendly, very helpful!!!
This is your typical big chain lqr store but it does have it's charm. Large selection on just about anything and the ability to taste test anything before you buy. Check first before you do if that's the case, but I think it is. Prices are reasonable but not always the best. Overall a well run establishment.
Great variety! Terrible customer service. They use to have two very knowledgeable and friendly guys working there, ow there is this woman who is always on her cell phone talking to her mother, a dude with a broken arm who hates having to go to the back and get something they didn't restock the shelf with, sometimes there is a tweeter looking lady. The place serves its purpose get liquor and leave, I just actually perfer decent service when I give my hard earned money to a buisness.
