The team at Toronto Luxury Suites are great at quickly finding a location that suits during the periods needed. The apartments that I have stayed in are all very clean, well furnished and maintained.

I'm very safety conscious and the building I have stayed at (twice) is located in an area (Yorkville) that I felt very safe to walk around in, in the evenings.

A good location less than 2 blocks from a subway station; about a 20-minute subway ride into the financial district; surrounds by restaurants that will suit a variety of tastebuds and budgets; grocery stores about a 10 minute walk away.

Stayed in a downtown property, great place to stay for short-term while you're looking for a more permanent place. Everything provided and no need to worry about anything other than groceries. Location was also great: a walk to Eaton, groceries around the corner. Recommended.

This company is great for anyone looking for a short stay in Toronto or to provide their own investment condo for a corporate housing lease agreement.

I had a wonderful stay with Toronto Suites. The flat was lovely and clean and the location was perfect (Yonge and Eglinton), a five minute walk to the subway and lots of nearby restaurants and shops. The Toronto Suites team have been so helpful, responsive and accommodating and made me feel very welcome when moving in to my accommodation :)

We have stayed with Toronto Luxury Suites twice (5 months in total) and both times have been great. The suites are modern, clean and well equipped. Any time we have had maintenance requests, they were dealt with immediatley. We would use them again and would reccommend them to anyone who needs furnished accomodation in Toronto.

My stay at Toronto Luxury Suites was amazing! The apartment exceeded my expectations in every way possible. The location at Yonge and Eglinton was perfect for my needs. Not only was it conveniently close to major transit hubs, making it incredibly easy to explore the city, but it was also surrounded by a plethora of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options. The staff was incredibly warm, accommodating, and responsive throughout my stay. Any question or concern I had was addressed promptly, making me feel valued and well taken care of.

I stayed with Toronto Luxury Suites at 18 Yorkville Avenue for two months from late June 2023. It was a great apartment in nice building. The views from my 24th floor balcony were wonderful.

We really enjoyed our stay. So walkable everywhere, and has a great breakfast place down the street. I’d come back, certainly.

Hotel is dated. Service was good, they accommodated our last minute check in times at a very unsocial hour. Location was great, middle of the city and number of attractions metro/train station was walking distance

I love this spot and the staff at Toronto Flats. I've stayed at 140 Simcoe several times and the location is absolutely fantastic! The suites are lovely and super clean. The staff go above and beyond to ensure that your stay is exceptional. Highly recommend them and already planning my next trip back!

On the ground floor there is a large crestaurant where 400 guests can dine. The wide menu allows our guests to eat extensively or simply in all price ranges and from early morning until late at night. The restaurant’s unique atmosphere features high ceilings, colorful lamps, sturdy ship elements and robust pipes and pillars.

I had a fantastic stay at Yonge Suites! The room was spacious and well-appointed, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was also perfect, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel!

Unlike some of the posts I’ve read in other places, I found the Yonge Suites to be clean, inviting and downright classic! The staff was very friendly and consistently making sure I was comfortable. I will definitely stay there when I come back!

With assistance from Adam and Maha, we were able to rent a suite at 300 Front for the month of October, and were able to renew it for November and December. Even with the ubiquitous construction projects blocking some streets, this put us a mere 15 minutes from Princess Margaret Hospital, reducing our commute from Burlington by an hour each way - making early mornings far more tolerable. Our suite had a wonderful view of the sunset skies over Toronto and the lake from the tall windows at the end of the cozy living room area. The full eat-in kitchen, including dishwasher, made for easy food prep, and the office chair was a welcome addition to the living room seating when one of us stretched out on the sofa. A low window in the bedroom added fresh air for sleeping in the comfortable bed. Lots of hanging space and hangers were most welcome. The bathroom was well equipped with a large walk-in shower and fluffy towels. The washer/dryer stack was a pleasant surprise and made it easy to keep bedding and towels fresh between visits from the housekeepers every 2 weeks. Garbage and recyclable chutes on the same floor made it easy to leave the suite fresh for next time when we left to spend a few days at home. We were happy to have this home away from home during long days of tests and treatments at Princess Margaret Hospital.

I had a fantastic stay at Urban Flats accommodation in Downtown Toronto. The place has been very thoughtfully furnished for anyone coming new to the country! I couldn’t think of a single small/big thing that I needed but couldn’t find at the apartment. The checkin was super easy and the overall guest service was also friendly! Highly recommended for personal and official stays.

Absolutely the BEST furnished rental company in Toronto!!! It’s truly HOME AWAY FROM HOME. From the communication to cleanliness, they give a first-class experience in their thoughtfully designed suites. Each one of their suites feels like a home rather than a hotel. The interior decor is truly artistic with all the home goods in place that you could possibly need. I moved during the pandemic and they were so accommodating to let me see the suites before booking. I stayed in Sapphire and it truly felt like home from Day 1. I am so thankful to the entire team for making my stay as wonderful as possible.

My husband and I checked into our Urban Flats suite in Nov 2020, thinking we would be there for 3 months. Eight months later (thanks, COVID), we finally checked out. Our extended stay was very pleasant. The Urban Flats staff are helpful, professional and accommodating. The building is clean and quiet. The suite is well appointed - tasteful furnishings, comfortable bed and quality household goods (all kitchen items, bedding, towels, etc are provided). When we return to Toronto, we would happily stay with Urban Suites.

Wow! My booking with Urban Flats Toronto was for a month but I loved the place so much that I ended up staying for almost a year (had it not been for work, I would have continued to stay)!!

The unit - Super clean & modern and perfect size for a couple. There is nothing more that I could have asked for in terms of comfort and quality.

The condo building - such a warm community of people, location was fantastic - close to subway lines and minutes from the Financial district plus all grocery stores in the vicinity.

The Team - amazing team, always prompt and willing to help! Tara Q was very supportive and a gem! She is an asset to the team.

Verdict - looking for a place in Toronto - look no further! Team UFT is phenomenal!

I had a very pleasant stay. The place was clean, fully furnished, and well equipped with all necessary kitchen, cleaning and other items. Any maintenance issues were promptly responded to. In the one instance where repair took some, adequate alternatives were provided.

I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a temporary or even a somewhat long term accommodation at some of the best locations downtown Toronto.

It was such a pleasure to spend our first month in Toronto in this downtown apartment. Especially given the covid related restrictions that made our travel very complicated. The team at Urban Flats was so helpful and responsive. Their apartment is tastefully done and stocked with all the amenities one would need for a long term stay.
The location is perfect, extremely accessible with public transportation.
Highly recommend this stay for anyone looking for a hassle free and comfortable stay in downtown Toronto.

So many airbnb in the building, the security guards are in contact with tones of people each day, and is impossible to know if they have catch the covid 19 with or without his or her knowledge
