I just left an Stay Attache apartment at Logan Circle that has been my home for almost a year. The apartment was fully equiped and if something was missed it was easy&quick to get it. StayAttache has been working as a perfect balance of human team&online system until the very last minute: I needed to check the mail for an important letter once I left and they found the way to do it. I would like to thank Niah, Sandra, Kevin, Karla, Mariana...and many others I am sorry not remember the names! You do a good job!

Attache is extremely effective @ finding and delivery of temporary housing. All of the people are on the ball. They communicate early and performance is spectacular.
I recommend Attache, the people who work for attache and the program as a whole.

We used Stay Attache for a six week stay recently. We were very pleased. After we had agreed on a property and signed the lease, they worked with us to make a last minute change because we wanted to change properties. They were amazingly understanding and were great about this and helped locate a new properly over the weekend. They were attentive during our stay and responded to our needs very promptly. We would definitely use them again on our next stay.

I’ve just moved to DC from overseas and had a very positive experience renting a short-stay apartment through StayAttache. They were very easy to deal with and responsive through the enquiry to leasing to service stages. Highly recommended.

I've used Stay Attache in 2015, 2020, and 2023. Each time was exceptional and demonstrated Attache's consistency through the years. I am in the U.S. Foreign Service and frequently need short-term rentals before and after postings abroad. I recommend Stay Attache for short-term furnished rentals over larger corporate outfits like Blueground or Sonder -- I've done all three and can vouch. Stay Attache's a local, small team, extremely responsive. Customer service-wise, it's like a small business vs. large corporation. Their properties are also often bigger, in historic buildings, giving a really local, fun experience. I recently stayed in a beautiful cozy Brownstone in Dupont, which would highly recommend - 1739 Q St NW, Unit 1. For fellow government people, Attache is the best option for working with complicated per diem sliding scales and orders. I had to revise my billing several times and the Attache accounting people were always very helpful. Will definitely use them again!

As a frequent cooperate apartment user I found Stay Attache to be well above the norm. From the process of finding a place, working with USG per diem, and making sure all maintenance requests were addressed, they were top notch and very responsive.
I’ll definitely stay with them Again!

This was a wonderful and unique experience for me. I needed a long term accommodation in DC for four months and a friend turned me on to Stay Attache. The on-line review and selection process was user friendly. There were plenty of pictures and description so I knew what I was getting and where it was located. All the paper work was done online and keys were waiting for me at the front desk. I don't remember for sure, but I think I may not even have talked to a human during the process. While not part of Stay Attache, the folks at 601 Penn Ave where I rented an apartment were absolutely fantastic. Everything was in order and I even reserved a parking spot at the wrong garage (right next to 601) but the attendant took care of me and got me parked and moved my account with no issues. The apartment was immaculate upon arrival and came with all the amenities. Cutlery, dishes, pots, pans, coffee maker, blender, toaster...etc. everything you need to be like home. The pots and pan set was so nice (Cuisinart) I attend to purchase the same one when I get home. Thanks for a great experience!

I’d like to report a different and satisfactory resolution to my previous refund request due to ongoing plumbing problems and management’s inability to repair some smaller issues like the torn screen and non-working blind. While I had to push the issue into the public sphere to obtain this resolution, I would like to express my appreciation to Stay Attache for reaching a decision about an appropriate reimbursement. Kevin in the Maintenance Office has been a good listener and communicative, albeit likely bound by the company’s management in his decision-making about the reimbursement. He led me to believe that my concerns were elevated to the highest company levels. Once the company was interested in resolving them, it did so quickly and appropriately. The financial transaction was processed in a timely way. I can only hope that others will not have similar issues, as Stay Attache returns to its previous position of offering properly prepared properties that make living in DC fun, enjoyable and comfortable. Now that they have set this right, do give them consideration for your next long-term stay in DC.

My experience with Stay Attache for the nine weeks I will stay in a DuPont Circle junior one bedroom has been terrible. Unlike my prior ten-month rental in 2016/2017, this apartment has 1) lots of issues (like unworkable water pressure, a window screen with a hole that has yet -- after five weeks -- to be replaced, a broken blind, insufficient towels/non-matching bedding) and 2) hidden costs (including a higher than listed nightly price and a non-transparent service fee for renting for under 90 days in DC). I have had to do constant follow up with the maintenance folks and, while responsive on some elements -- like providing a step-stool, getting me a duvet cover that actually closes, etc. -- much remains unattended. The water pressure issue -- affecting the whole building -- is absolutely intolerable. When I requested a reduction in my second month's rent, I was turned down. I am saddened this experience has been so miserable and will not use (or recommend) them again! Beware!

I stayed at one of the apartments for about 4 months and could not have been more satisfied. There is a massive amount of natural light during the day and it was quite spacious for a one-bedroom apartment. The older style of the building was also quite charming with some of the apartments having beautiful stained glass windows. There was ample storage throughout, including a large armoire in the bedroom, two closets, and cabinet/vanity storage in the bathroom. The fixtures, appliances, and furnishings were also well maintained. The landlords were very receptive and accommodating. The proximity to restaurants, shops, and metro was perfect, especially during the warmer months when we could walk to dinner and not have to worry about parking. Overall, was one of the best rental experiences I've ever had and would be more than happy to book another stay in the near future. Highly recommend!

DC Luxe has a great set of luxurious apartments in historic brownstone buildings right off of Dupont Circle. We loved our year-long stay there, and can't recommend DC Luxe highly enough. Although the apartments are professionally run (and professionally cleaned, every week, even for long-term stays!), the management is handled by an extremely helpful, down-to-earth couple who will genuinely respond quickly and proactively to anything that could come up. It's the best of both worlds--you feel like you're in a luxury hotel, but you have actual, human landlords who live just up the street and make the experience feel like home. For those on USG Per Diem, DC Luxe are absolute pros with the requisite forms and rules, and make the whole process as painless as possible. There's nowhere else we would rather stay in Washington, DC.

DCLuxe and their apartments in the Dupont area came highly recommended by a colleague. I stayed with DCLuxe in early 2020 for several weeks. The apartment was spacious, updated, and very clean. Everything I needed was included. The owners and housekeeper were very responsive, kind, and did a great job. I would definitely stay with them again, whether for personal or business travel.

Their furnished apartments in the Dupont area are convenient, tastefully furnished and well equipped. I have stayed in a couple of their different ones and given a choice, would not stay anywhere else in DC.
