Top Pakistani restaurants in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia

I went to Waris Nehari Restaurant with my friends, hoping to find the authentic taste of Karachi. Unfortunately, it was a very bad experience. I think the cook didn't know how to make nehari, or maybe he didn't even know what nehari is.?????

If you’re starving for Nehari while in Khobar, it’s worth eating. I can’t say it’s up to the real standards of real nehari of karachi or lahore but still good enough to try. Tandori roti was below standards and i told them about it. They have got some other food as well on menu, but i didn’t try. So give it a try while in Khobar.

Food quality is very not recommended at all

Very spicy food without taste. We asked lamb nihari they served beef.when we asked them they said everything here with beef. I prefer to not go any time there.

Nalli Nihari is so tasty at this place. Love to eat it again and again

We ordered mutton handi and channay and My God the channay were really delicious. We left mutton for channay 😂 mutton was a bit spicy and the choice of meat was poor. Roghni naan were soft and tasty. A good experience but I wouldn’t recommend their mutton handi. But you should definitely try their channay

Food is nice and authentic peshawari style is in the taste. But their dining and cleaning is not much impressive specially for family section. As they are presenting a whole nation here and multiple nations are coming to try our food, their presenting and dining should also be impressive as well as food.

The establishment came recommended. And my high expectations were exceeded. One of the best Indian cuisine experiences for me. While the presentation is grand, the food has that home-cooked taste that testifies to proper preparation and no short-cuts. The service was friendly and attentive. ... looking forward to a return visit.

today I went with my family and the food and the service both were bad. the nihari had been mixed with water and the chana tasted stale. The nihari's gravy tasted like tap water. Cherry on top, they were not even giving spoons or plates for our family. My brother had to go and bring the plates and salad. Really bad service and tasteless food. Would really appreciate if my comment is taken into consideration and the restaurant improves the quality of food and service.

Nihari is good specially their fry nihari with bong the meat was tender enough and overall a good experience indeed

Terrible experience, the staff doesn't listen. When they speak, there's rudeness in their way of speaking. We came here with guests, ordered a rogni and a special na'an. Unfortunately the na'an were not fresh. We asked them if they were not fresh, in return they started arguing. It is requested that the staff must be revised manners on “ How to communicate with customers and must be taught customer dealing ” While both na'an bread being the expensive item on the Bread section. Would not recommend anyone if they want to ruin their lunch or dinner...

Slow service. Food was tasteless

Way overpriced. Mutton handi for 105..fish Tikka 8 pieces for 65. Chicken corn soup for 20. 1 sar water bottle for 3 sar!!!!!!! Average everything. Served in plastic utensils. Invoice attached.

Food is alright. Service was great and atmosphere is okay.

Overall delicious food. But cleanliness was not very good. Felt some kind of smell inside family hall. They have to pay attention on cleaning. Peshawari Kebab was very tasty.

I have been eating at bundoo Khan for years ,as its been around for a long time, I realised I hadn't reviewed a place I've known for this long.
I've taken my friends here recently to have them try the food that brought me for multiple visits. We ordered palak paneer ,chana daal, mutton chops ,naans and behaari kabaab.
The first visit with friends, everything was perfection and we were licking our fingers 😋 the palak paneer and deal were very nice, the behaari kabaabs were wonderful and the mutton chops were juicy and divine.
The second visit with my friends was very disappointing with the mutton chops. They were very thin ,no meat on the chops,they were undercooked and very carelessly made. Everything else was beautiful but the whole reason I brought my friends was to have the gorgeous mutton chops. My friends will not be returning because of the chops.
I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for lovely Pakistani cuisine, just ask in advance if the mutton chops are good.

Amazing Brain Nehari ! Amazing seasoning and the meat melted in the mouth from how tender and perfectly cooked it was 👌🏼😍 Truly a champions breakfast 🥇💪🏼 tasted clean and wasn’t too spicy . Went out of their way to get me brown bread which was an amazing gesture from them . True professionals 👌🏼

The restaurant is located near the Pakistani embassy school which is a food street for Indo Pak.
Taste is good but still lag behind from original taste of Waris Nehari.
Staff behavior is content like they don't need business or customers through their sluggish gestures. Hygiene is another area of improvement for them.

Superb restaurant with one of the most amazing Chicken and Mutton Karahi…. Even Chicken Hallem is also very good.
Ramzan is an amazing chef with good client service.
The restaurant has a very clean separate family section.

There's always too much crowd in this restaurant. Lack of Hygiene. Waiting time in cash counter and table is too long. Food is very expensive for the service and ambience. Only good thing in this place is the food taste. Some dishes are tasty.

This is a staple of desi food places. The nehari is consistently delicious, and portions are generous. The bread they serve I wish they would up their game and cook with traditional flour instead of the weird yellow rubber pancakes they make now. I would recommend buying some better tandoori bread from nearby but the nehari is delicious. The atmosphere in the restaurant is gloomy. I don't understand why you would want your restaurant to be lit like a graveyard. People eat with their eyes 👀. Not my taste for dining in.

Be prepared to circle the block forever as parking here is very scarce. Just bite the bullet and park a couple blocks away and walk otherwise the traffic police know this place well and will tag you if you're double parked.

All said though, I would highly recommend giving it a go for the Nehari, get some nice tandoori bread around the corner, and enjoy it with an evening picnic on the corniche.

Reasonably priced popular Pakistani restaurant. Decor is very casual . Service is excellent. They have table and floor seating (see pics). The food itself was very average with nothing distinguished except the tandoor bread which was excellent and they kept supplying it fresh throughout the meal. Would I come again? Maybe or maybe not.

Tasty nehari in Khobar. Try there nalli nehari. Paya was average. Restuarant was also small. Overall if you want to eat heavy desi breakfast in khobar, do try it. Price is reasonable.

The kebabs were delicious and Mutton kadhai was even better.

Nice Food and Taste nihari is best of all.

They serve up a great Special Bong Nehari. The best time to visit this place is during the winter because a Nehari is all you need to warm you up and keep you going. The bone marrow and brain served with soft meat in the thick gravy is all you need to fill you up. I have tried Waris Nehari but found that to be substandard compared to this place.
They have very congested seating though and it’s best to get here early or you might miss out.
