This studio and its community hold such sacred, safe, expansive energy. I signed up for their amazing first month offer for newbies and explored new modalities I've never before had the opportunity to try. Saturday morning yin + restore + sound healing classes with Kelsey Sabo are absolutely life-changing. For days afterwards I'd feel like I was gliding on a magic carpet of bliss - not an exaggeration. I'm so grateful to the beautiful humans who cultivated this special place.

I LOVE my time at The Sedona House. I've done yoga on my own for years, but I don't go to classes because they're too fast, too hard, and/or too much like exercise. Just in the last few weeks of going to classes at Sedona House, I can feel an expansion in my whole being - body, mind, heart, and relationships. Sedona House classes are impactful, and I find myself spontaneously smiling during them. I'm grateful to experience the depth of expertise and wisdom the teachers bring to their classes. 🙏❤️

I absolutely love The Sedona House. I stumbled upon it based on a friend's recommendation, and I've taken multiple classes. The space is so relaxing and the teachers are top notch. I'm so grateful to have found my yoga home. :)

Loved it! I’ve been away from yoga for years. Something that I knew I wanted to change. Finding Sedona House is great. I had my first class today and found it to be a wonderful re-entry. The instructor was welcoming and she led a fantastic class that was attuned to where each of the students were. I look forward to making yoga, and Sedona House a regular part of my life.

I attended the Mindful Entrepreneur Retreat, which was such a wonderful experience. Amanda guided us through an afternoon of medition, thoughtful questions/journal prompts that delved into common experiences entrepreneurs face, and opportunities to share our experiences with other business owners. I felt supported and inspired throughout the workshop. The Sedona House is a beautiful wellness space that is welcoming and provides a sense of peace and calm as soon as you enter. I would highly recommend attending a workshop or class here.

First time coming here and it was amazing, I wish I got my teachers name but she was the nicest and had the best attitude. Rock climbing is awesome, definitely left with some battle scars but that’s what it’s all about, also way more peaceful and clean than the gym I currently go to lol it’s a nice breather.

If you’re looking for a soft landing place to press pause and take care of yourself, Sedona House is it. I’ve only taken a handful of workshops and classes thus far, but have found them extremely grounding and regulating. Their offerings include practices that are hard to find elsewhere, and the instructors and attendees are warm and welcoming. The environment is lovely, minimalistic, and calming—neutral colors, cacti, candles. While expensive relative to some other studios, I do think their classes offer something different and are worth investing in to the extent that works for you, whether that means a membership or just signing up for classes or workshops that call to you. I hope to be able to sign up for a membership in the future so that I can take class more often.

Sedona House approaches embodied healing practices from a non-fitness lens, which is a gap that I'm so grateful has been filled! As a person in a "nontraditional" yoga body, I have felt safe and supported in each class I've been to so far. 10/10 recommend for beginners and advanced practitioners alike!

I love Movement’s location in Hampden. I spent a year in Remington, and came here almost 5 times a week, both to climb and to workout.

For climbing - the routes are reset on a great schedule. Just frequently enough that the whole gym always has something new, but slow enough to give you plenty of time to project. It is bouldering only - no top ropes.

For the gym - big enough area to work out, even for someone that doesn’t climb at all.

The yoga is a great bonus as well. Fun variety of classes throughout the week. Instructors are super fun and accommodating for newbies - don’t be afraid to get in there!

This is a great bouldering gym. I've been going for over a year, and definitely can give it two thumbs up. Clean facilities (with showers and lockers available), full gym equipment, fitness and yoga classes available, and really great staff.

A wide variety of climbs are present for all levels, with pretty fun routes (at least I think so). I've been to a couple of other gyms (Movement and non-Movement) and I've learned to appreciate the decent slab walls at Hampden.

The community here is amazing, and generally pretty laid back and friendly. It can get packed in the evening, especially between 6-8pm on weekdays, but that is probably all gyms in general.

Bouldering gym only. The facility was clean and staff was friendly. My problem with it is that it’s not a great place for beginners or people getting back into it like myself. The V0s were fairly easy then going into V1s we’re a bit defeating. As well as every time I’ve come it’s been packed with people. Maybe it’s just me but I’d enjoy some more beginner routes.

Very cool! The bouldering walls were great. There wasn't a lot of climbs suitable for semi newbies, it seemed to go from Intro climbs that were super easy to V1's that were pretty agrressive, but the gym was clean, well lit, and we loved playing pool, too! The yoga class I attended was also great. We would definitely go back if we lived in the area.

Visiting The Sedona House is always, always, always a calming and restorative experience. Even when I don't realize I need it, this space and the community give me a safe environment to be vulnerable. I love the variety of class offerings that allow me to try new things (like yesterday's sound bath!). Also, the products for sale are incredibly beautiful and tempting.

Great bouldering gym with a really solid weightlifting area and yoga studio inside it as well. Didn't realize how good it really was until I went to 3 other bouldering gyms out of state. The facilities are kept incredibly clean and organized -- and the style of routes (same color holds for each problem) make life incredibly nice.

Staff are also incredibly friendly and more than happy to help out. One staff member spent upwards of an hour helping me find the perfect first pair of climbing shoes to buy, giving me lots of great advice.

I've brought multiple friends and family here to introduce them to bouldering, and plan on showing it off even more.
Nice climbing gym. Large bouldering set-up plus traditional fitness equipment and weights. Appropriate for all ages and experience levels. Also have food available and a pro shop. Convenient location.

It’s a damn nice place for bouldering. I’ve been to other rock gyms and they were fun but this one has a great diversity of routes and holds. It’s not just like a few walls with some small cheap holds, there’s a bunch of walls with a ton of unique holds big, small, and in between. the walls are also all different angles and rounded so their much better then just straight 90° walls or whatever. There’s this hanging island thing with a peg board, horizontal grip ladder, and those half ball grips which is fun to try and climb as well. There’s routes for all skill sets and even if you don’t want to climb there’s a gym attached and nice places to sit and watch or shop; and right next door a nice ice cream shop and craft brewery. Even though there were a lot of people kind of on the Saturday afternoon I went we still had barely any trouble finding a bunch of open routes and most climbers are like most Canadians, polite and helpful. Staff, walls, amenities, and all are enough for a solid rounded up 5 star review.
An esoteric vortex where I was married this summer!
