Kids had a ball ‼️We went for quick birthday fun. There is laser tag, go karts, zip line, jungle gym, rockclimbing, trampolines, couple arcade games not a lot, party rooms, dodgeball, basketball, jump pit, concession stand, lockers, and restrooms 🚻. Purchase the packages that include everything it's worth it more time and bang for your buck! You can fill waivers out online. I believe in advance and purchase online. It does get pretty busy in there, so just be mindful of times, etc. Pricey if multiple people are participating but still fun and worth it. Adults are welcome to participate as well. Definitely will return !
We went on Monday, when the kids were out of school for Martin Luther King Jr.'s birthday. No wait, not crowded, and the staff were all great and super helpful! We have gone on a busy Saturday before and you will wait if you want to race the go-karts or get on the zip line. My son always has a great time here!
Unfortunately I didn’t get a picture of the pricing but it’s $15 for kids 5 and below and they have three or more pricing options for older kids and adults. Adult does not necessarily need a ticket. You must have their socks or you have to buy for less than $4. The highlight is laser tag and the zip line. Food option is limited and cafe closed at 7:15pm. Pizza was pretty basic.
Just awful! I booked a birthday party for 10 kids, and 4 adults. This was the most disorganized party I have ever had, at a place I paid 667.44, plus a measly $40 tip, ONLY because she did set up my party and check us in- see below! I am beyond glad I made the reservations for noon, when the park opened. My 10 kids had the enjoyment of having fun for an hour prior to this madness and chaos in these pictures. With my party package I should have had a party attendant, whom should have assisted. She checked me in the room, went over the party package I purchased. Then she left. Just after the pizza came and we served ourselves, I was asked to pay the remaining balance on the party, and asked if I wanted to include a tip- $129.00. I said no thank you, as I had 100.00 cash to give my assistant. Everything up to this point was ok, as the kids were having fun playing on the equipment. I am assuming that because I didn't put a tip on my debit card, is why my assistant never came back. We did not see her while having cupcakes, and she didn't come back until we were packing up at 2pm. I wish my video could upload. I will be calling corporate momentarily. If there is not enough staffing to tend the activities, then those things should not be open. The warrior course was full of kids and adults playing in it like a ball pit. When I spoke to management about it, the 1st time he sent someone over to the foam pit and got the kids out, but after he left they went right back in. The second time my friend spoke to management about the ball pit, he said he didn't have the ability to control people. This place is understaffed.
My daughter had her party here and she likes to come for free play time. They have a ball put, trampolines, go karts( extra fee) climb area up to the ceiling and a zip line that goes around the ceiling, kids love that it's a thrill. Food is good. Great customer service.
Urban Air Adventure Park in Laurel, Maryland, provides an exhilarating experience for thrill-seekers of all ages. The facility boasts an array of activities, from high-flying trampolines to challenging obstacle courses. The staff is generally attentive, ensuring a safe yet exciting environment. I personally liked the racing go kart thing. The pizza for my friend’s party wasnt all that. Cheese tasted like tapioca lol

Great day at the ClimbZone in Laurel. There were only a handful of other climbers, and we basically had the place to ourselves.

Purchased our tickets online, which made the check in almost seamless. We had already signed the waiver from previous visits so that was already taken care of. I recommend you do all of this in advance to save time and any potential issues.

Tons of climbing walls, a huge play area for the younger kids, and games to win prizes. Climbing walls are color coded based on difficulty with yellow, blue, orange and red walls. There are charts on the wall to tell you where each wall is located and what color of difficulty the climbing wall is. Additionally, where the climber harnesses up on the wall is color coded as well. Walls present various challenges, and even for my 21 year old son, some are still difficult.

Staff here was excellent. Several "Instructors" walking around to help anyone that needed it. They also had several employees walking around cleaning the lower levels of the climbing walls. In addition, the front desk staff was quick to get drinks and snacks as needed. The person in the training zone was professional to ensure the harness was properly installed and safe.

Plenty of seating around for parents or non-climbers to sit, relax and watch. Additionally, they have cubby holes around to put any jackets or personal items you want to store. They also have several "party" areas in case you want to have your party here.

I hope you enjoy your time here. We spent 2 hours and my son said it was an excellent workout.

Enjoy!

Well run climbing facility. Gave it 4 instead of 5 because several climbs were out of service including 2 of the 3 warp walls. It is also quite expensive and I wish there was a 60 min option. You can show 90 min or 120 min with add on arcade credit. Parking is adequate and it is connected to another building but there isn't a lot of traffic. You get your own harness. Use the bathroom before you get harnessed. You can bring your own food and drink and there are designated tables and chairs for food. The staff was very nice and are willing to help if needed. 4 levels from easy to challenging. Blue, yellow, orange and red. The harder climbs do not have any or very little finger holds.
Great place for a kids group activity - like a birthday party. Issues - crowded on a Saturday night means long waits for attractions that need an attendant - like the zip line. Several attractions were closed. Pros - the attractions we did were fun - ninja warrior ball pit was a favorite
This place is awesome! On the other side of the building at the front there’s a pretty big arcade and a prize counter. They also had a small selection of snacks, ice cream, and drinks. I would definitely go back!
From an experience standpoint the place is outstanding. We went midweek with a group of 7 kids when they opened and at $30 for a play all day it was brilliant.... No waiting in line... Completely clean. Ran into a couple hiccups, which is why I took away a start ⭐ One miserable and crabby staff member that we addressed with management and they took care of immediately. The food situation was rather ridiculous. I took over half an hour for a celery and carrot veggie plate with nobody else to ordering only to find out they didn't have carrots and celery. Then over an hour again with maybe 20 people in the whole place We ordered dinner at 6:00 and didn't even get it till 7:00.... It said on their board it was a half an hour wait.... Two pizzas two wings two chicken tender baskets... It was overdone, cold and was probably some of the worst food everyone is eaten. The place has a brilliant concept and I wish we could find more in the Annapolis area however I will not recommend eating there unless they can clean up the quality of the food. Maybe they were under staffed but at a premium they should be able to staff adequately. The 90% of the kids-centric staff were extraordinary and accommodating. I can't imagine what this place looks like on a weekend.... I heard they're opening up two additional locations however they need one in Anne Arundel county that's closer than Glen Burnie. Parents are free to watch... And for $10 upgrade they could go on the go-karts unlimited.

Soooo wonderful , great customer service just walk in and let the kiddos roam! But stay close to help them put on there harness... Customer Service is DOPE ! People are friendly and helpful... and feels like old school hospitality... keep that up 🙏 plenty of activities, arcade is cool climb gym is cool. For the arcade fyi it's not all you can play the money on there does run out even with the deal for bundle... so let them play it out and just let them climb! I seen ages 1.5 climbing with help. Glad to have the experience 😌 Peace and Harmony to you and your families...

This is a fun spot! We brought our 6 year old here because it seemed right up his alley but it was fun for adults too. It was fairly empty. The climbs are color coded by difficulty and some of them are challenging because there is no grip on the plastic. Great places for a birthday party over the trampoline places.

We decided to try this place with our grandchildren that were in town visiting. The staff is very helpful and make sure everyone is comfortable climbing. They put a harness on each person and then explain how to climb. Our kids had an amazing time and they were worn out! This is such a great concept and provides good entertainment for kids and adults.

Great place to have a birthday party for the kiddos and fun for all ages! I'd say 5/6-14/15 is the target age bracket. It's a great place to build confidence and self-determination through physical problem solving. There are multiple color coded difficulty levels, and the controlled descent is very smooth once you get the hang of it. Practice sitting down! Have fun!
