Everyone is professional. It's regular city government service building. No one is rude. GREAT COUNTRY, TO GIVE YOU $250.00 OF FREE FOOD EVERY MONTH AFTER MONTH.

It would be nice to have someone return a call when I leave my information to be called back. I know there is people in your office that know how to pick up a phone and say how can IO help you

They are the worst, people who hate their job and that is why they treat people who are going to ask for help badly. They don't seem to be trained correctly because I have tried to apply for child care help, and they all give me a different information and forms and tell me something different. I had miss 5 days of work and I still not able to apply for the last 2 months. This is supposed to be people that care about helping others . I’m in customer service and I will never treat people like they do.

Constantly, tampering with case notes, disregarding fair hearing rulings in favor of clients. They need to be shut down, some staff imprisoned... Just replace the staff with A.I! Because that have no intelligence nor any regard for families or the needs of others. Same with NYCHA, DHS, DSS, CON-EDISON!

It is a place where people go to ask for help and we receive discrimination and poor attention. They should close this place and carry out a restructuring of workers.

I keep getting hounded about interviews and documents, and I have completed the interviews over the phone and also confirmed it with the workers at this location. Even their automated phone system and website says I have finished the interview. I have also submitted documents through their app, and using their scanner in the office. Yet SOMEHOW I KEEP GETTING NAGGED ABOUT LANGUAGE PREF, MISSING DOCS, AND INTERVIEWS with the case number of the case I completed, verified in person and over the phone system. I am having to go back anyway to apply for Medicaid, I will be speaking with a supervisor armed with screen shots printed out and the docs they sent along with notes I made on the front page of each doc they sent. Also as a warning, watch out for the old crone with the bald spot on the back of her head in front of the machines, she is a nasty piece of work who refuses to assist and lies, security sent me to her, she sent me back to security refusing to help get me the correct ticket. Thinking about reporting this place to Albany.

It’s not that bad, I go with with kindness and I get it back.. but things doesn’t happened when i expected but most work with me

HRA makes it a point to get you to go to your local office to handle a case. For those who are confined to the but and not a lot of time, its inconvenient. Especially when they want to close the case at the slightest appointment miss. Grace day? Are you serious with that? They can't just come running out of bed and sit for 4 hours.

Edit: If youre looking for the fair fares program, you have to contact MTA Directly. HRA isn't much help here.

Worst welfare in NYC always messing up cases, workers are rude, supervisors are worse !! Not helpful !!!

Most of the when I visit any public service location I got frustrated. I just pray to God when this people will change . I always request to everyone . Facebook must be off any city office.
