Today's experience with this shop is shocking, unlike other days. After coming home, while getting ready to cook, I found that one of the meat bags I bought, (Chicken leg) smelled bad. I was served with old meat. Half way of the cooking, I took it back to the butcher and he also felt bad after smelling it and he replaced it with new stuff. I was taken to the till by the butcher to pay the price difference. I promptly paid and asked the till woman to apologise for it. She was very rude and refused to say "sorry". She further said that I should have physically checked the meat with my nose before buying. I never expected this having lost travel time, travel cost and meals time etc etc by this bad meat episode.
This matter deserves referral to Fair Trade commission. I didn't want to do it bcs the man in the till is good and he was missing today. I am a regular customer but still this woman was rude and refused to say one single word "sorry".

Your one-stop shop for prepper supplies, if what you need is bulk beans, rice, powdered milk and the Elephant Atta then this is where you'll find all of it, and more, along with many dried spices, herbs, etc., and a fresh butcher for when the times are still good and the meat supply is still there.

I normally order on from the Oldham Worldwide store via UberEats. This time I accidentally placed the order in the Rusholme Worldwide store on Uber for collection. I realised my mistake as soon as I placed the order and rang the Rusholme Worldwide to explain and asked them to cancel the order as I didn't live nowhere near the store so I couldn't collect. They refused! It took a few phone calls from me to persuade them to cancel the order, which they eventually did.

Now I've noticed they charged me the full order value of £25 for cancelling the order!!! I can't believe a company could do this after such a genuine and honest error while ordering! It's not as if they started making my food like they would in a takeaway. All they had to do is put the items back on the shelf but I don't believe they started packing as I rang them within 1 minute of placing the order. Absolutely horrendous 😢 💔.

I was looking specifically for Kaempher and Palm sugars as I'm following an old recipe from my mother, but couldn't find it anywhere in London Chinatown supermarket. I was very deflated that day, and I accidentally found the items I want at Tuk Tuk Mart. Yas!! :D

My order came very quickly, it was packed neatly, (my Kaempher was properly packed with ice bag) as well as all additional items I ordered.

Got free sweets as well as they don't have one of my order (which they refunded the monies), very kind!

I purchased Chinese Roasted Chestnuts on April 22, 2024, but never received the item. Someone from the store called to inform me that they were out of stock and promised a refund, but as of today, I still haven't received it. When I tried to call the store, someone answered but then immediately hung up. Be cautious with this store; it appears they advertise items they don't actually have and may be running a scam.
I need my money back asap and I will not hesistate to report to the Trading Standards

I was looking for tempeh. In the supermarkets, they charge you an arm and a leg, so I was so happy to find Tuk Tuk... I am part Indonesian and struggle to find some things. I order this at 14.19 Monday afternoon and it was delivered 14.26 the next day! 😳

Brilliant little store, with friendly staff...went in for a quality dark soy sauce, came out with a bag full of goodies.

I would say one stop shop for all the Groceries Indian, Pakistani &Bangladeshi. I would appreciate if they could provide Club card or loyalty points & offers

It’s been 4years go to Worldwide its not upto mark now, all staff has been changed none of them are responsible, nor they show interest. If you ask about any item they just stand in the place and direct with there fingers which is such a rude customer service, we are customers we are paying for it we need some proper response. None of them will smiling none of them are welcoming, and door guy who is security very rude.

Anyway management should look into it to save there customers, because customer service is key for success business.

Fresh vegetables and fresh lamb & chicken. I always prefered to buy meat and poultry from there they know how to cut and clean.

If i could i would give this place a 0, the staff and owner are careless, unhelpful and are very disrespectfully spoken. Surely as workers you should show some hospitality and respect but the owner has a upper hand in the way they everyone acts as this behaviour is influential and the staff acts just as the owner. I am very disappointed

This superstore located in rushthome. All fresh vegetables, fruits and groceries are available. All Asian groceries are available. Fresh meat also there inside this shop. Cash, card and contact less payment also available.

I bought South Indian rice £18 but very costly compare online purches but quality of annapoornna rice brand is good. Don't buy Shankar brand.

I love this place! Quality products at affordable prices. Friendly staff. Twice, I lost an item there (I'm not proud of my infrequent carelessness). They were both returned to me. Great place to shop. Always neat, well-lighted... I can go on and on.

Popped by after watching a halal review guy on instagram- was really excited. However I don’t know if I just went at the wrong time but it was just disappointing. Shelves were empty, couldn’t see much halal options (that’s on the review guy though- false advertisement), and just overall didn’t live up-to the expectation I had. Will visit again though.

Easy to buy all needed sources in one place from veggies to household goods. Prices are worth purchasing many things.

Great grocery shop, the staff is very polite and welcoming and the shop itself is very clean and smells great. The meat is fresh and very clean compared to other places I’ve bought from which you can see in the pictures below. All of the meat is wrapped in cling film and isn’t left out in the open which I was very happy and excited to see. They also have a service where they will deliver to you for free if you pay over £50! You cannot get this type of service anywhere in Manchester at any halal shop I can guarantee that. Will be recommending to all of my in laws and friends, thank you!

It was great pleasure meeting MR Ahmed. I went only for a bottle of milk and after meeting MR Ahmed ending up spending over £50 as the meat Quality and rest of the products, especially hygiene of the place was commendable. Great convenience store, small but great when you run out of soy sauce.
Sells a good range of Chinese products that I can’t find in local supermarkets like Asda or Tesco. Saves me a trip to Manchester when I run out of certain cupboard essentials.

I went to buy oranges and one of the staff said 12£ for the box I said ok then next week I came again to buy but the rude old man started to put price up he said no its 19£ for the box and they were so rude and they also were giving me oranges with fungus on it this old man is very very rude

Wanted to try Mr Meng's for a while, as we drive past it almost daily, and finally got ourselves down there today.

Was looking for red dried chillis, red pepper powder, noodles, tofu and other bits. There was only one thing we couldn't find which was toasted sesame oil (for spicy tan tan ramen), loads of good quality normal sesame oil however.

Really lovely staff and they gave us a Konjac spicy snack foc and it's delicious. We'll certainly be back.

Also the lychee Mogu Mogu is 10/10 and the red pepper powder is 10/10.

Best place to buy halal food and ingredients in manchester. Unfortunately the place has become dirtier over the years. Now its barely possible to walk in without stepping on dirt.
All products are slightly overpriced compared to the rest of the country, however you dont need to worry about halal as they only store halal products.
The butchers are quite skilled and you get a huge variety of choice of meat. Also fresh fruits and vegetables stocked everyday.

A shop good enough to purchase asian food stuffs and vegetables.

Here we can find almost everything about Asian food and groceries. Yes Indeed they sell all the Halal products. Price may not match with other big superstore like Asda, Tesco and others. But more or less we can find things reasonable.

The store has very good collection but still I feel more Asian vegetables like ash gourd( wax gourd),snake gourd, bottle gourd, and Parwal can be kept to make the collection even better. I also did not find steel food containers like tiffin box etc. However, it is still probably the best collection of Asian items in Manchester

Worldwide foods never disappoints!! My go to store for vegetables and fruits. All the edibles are fresh, clean and neatly organised. Also, the prices of each item are clearly mentioned which I have seen most of the time lacking in other stores. Love that price tags were clear and neatly arranged, made my shopping very smooth. Highly recommended for all my desi fellow shoppers to shop here for a wide variety of veggies and fruits

The best place to get fresh vegetables and fruits I was finding golden turmeric from many days and finally found it here and also get amazed to see a variety of Pakistani products got so happy .Everything is well organised and affordable. Recommended 👍

The stores cleanliness is something to be left to the imagination. Rubbish littered everywhere, dirty smear marks all over and many spoiled fruit/veg. Unfortunately I needed a specific seasoning which I can only find here, which is why I return.

Always check expiry dates and the quality of the item your going to purchase as it can be hit and miss. The same can also be said for staff, they lack friendliness and overall seem lacklustre.

Today I visited the Tuk tuk mart. It wasn’t easy to find since the name is not on the shop, instead there is another name on the shop. I found this very confusing. The store is located in Chinatown and is easy to reach by bus. The store is very small! The people don’t speak any other languages than chinese. The aisles were very narrow and you could only walk through it with 1 person at a time. Too bad, because they do have some great asian products. They got all the supplies you need to make sushi or a pokebowl. For a fair price!

Absolutely great for fresh fruits, vegetables and meats. Definitely recommended taking a look/trying something new. The staff could be a little bit more helpful and I find the leave-your-bag system a bit odd but overall great produce with great prices.

One of the most embarrassing and awful experiences of my life. I went to buy some mangoes, first was told not to swap which was fair enough. However, the old man got extremely rude and accused us of filling the box which was already full. I was absolutely astonished by the rude behaviour of that old staff member. It will definitely be one of the last places for me to do shopping.

I bought meat of this shop recently and it had a a very bad smell I asked the person with glasses if I could have a refund he refused and answered with some verbal abuse this shop and the meat left a bad taste in my mouth. Would not recommend at all

Good choice of fruit and vegetables all fresh, loads of different rice to choose from, butchers counter at the back of the store. Plenty of other products and prices are usually good.
