No balloons at a balloon festival, scam.

Edit: actually. It wasnt because of the weather there was no balloons, its because the Monday there is none at all, unless advertised on the ticket that they only show them at 6am.. so yeah, such a shame :) ... ohh and the tickets for the rides is highly priced and not included in the ticket.. imagine paying for a hot air balloon festival to walk around and look at nothing :D ...

It was such an amazing event! You can really get close and speak with the owner operators at the morning event. We arrived at 630 and had a chance to watch all of the balloons get blown up and really see the hard work that goes into the event. Parking and access are made easy , and the morning event is completely free. We took the entire family and we didn't pay for the event or parking. The kids had a blast. Thanks again for such a cool event we will be sure to return again. Cheers.

Great great activity to attend. Win on everything.

Was a fun experience.
Liquor at every corner, and a few good shops to browse .
The food was well done on the choices but lines were too long.
Entertainment was fantastic, just sound check was lacking.
Sitting at every stage in the center. It was as if the guy who pre sound checked was deaf in his right ear. There was also some slight delay on lights as well, since most sequences seemed to stutter.
I get it, after a few days, things just go as they go, but when you pay money and travel from another city, be on top game to attract next year's attendees...

Rarely do I see 1 hot air balloon. Today saw several of them. There's a serene beauty to simply floating along where the wind takes you. Really enjoyed this.

Being the owner/host at Amazing Property Rentals (short term renrals), I am so haapy that this Amazing event is a 1 minute walk from our units. Myself and my guests love it! Each year it gets better. From live entertainment to lots of rides, games, fast food, restaurants, there is always so much to do and we always have a fabulous time. This event is perfect for everyone of all ages.

We went there just for hot air balloon lift off. So, I won’t be able to comment much on the rides and other events and stuff available for the family. Unfortunately due to the weather the lift off didn’t happen.

One thing you should keep in mind that parking was only available for people who were camping there. You may get asked to park in Jacques-Cartier or else park on the street.

Spectacular event, lots to do for adults and kids alike, live concerts, food trucks and cold beer :)
