Ein Ort der Stille und Schönheit. Mitten im Chaos und Lärm den Frieden finden.

Great nice cozy place in the center of Munich.
Lovely park for walking/cycling/swimming. We found small crowds here and there, but think it's generally easy to find a private spot :)

The park is greenery and cleaned. Well lit at night. And the pavement is always on site.
There are trashbin everywhere.
But I hope, doing BBQ is allowed.

Very great and large park 🌲 🌳 with an amazing nature.
I love this place, it's huge and has many places to walk with the dogs, sit to read a book, see different animals in nature. The river is very beautiful and clean. This is my favorite park in München!

very classy garden well structured and equipped with modern water basin and a fountain under trees. you can always witness in the garden talented painters getting inspiration and drawing sketches. you can relax there after a long walk in Munichaltstadt cause it is very calm.

Fortunate to have a park in Pasing. Huge park with beautiful sunset and sunrise spots. It has a sledging area for winter, basketball court, table tennis table and kids park with swing, merry go round and other rides. Very famous place amongst Pasingers for exercising, picnicking or relaxing across the lake. It also has fitness equipments which is great during corona times. I just wish there were some bbq spots as well.
A beautiful place where one can have some quality time with nature. Though it may be small, it is quite good. The place has an interesting history and a huge sum was spent for its renovation. For me this place was a good relaxing spot.

Beautiful park, main problem is bicyclists who ride like maniacs, too fast and too aggressive! Great place for dogs and kinds along the Würm river.

The Cabinet Garden (Kabinettsgarten) is a neat place to find on the east side of Residenz.

In short, through a small opening next to the Allerheiligen-Hofkirche and near to the Crown Prince Rupprecht Fountain ( Kronprinz-Rupprecht-Brunnen) you will find a small, enclosed garden that was built in the early 19th century but only opened to the public around 15 years ago.

Here you will find a few park benches, two aisles of grass and a handful of trees providing shade. In the middle of the garden there is a fountain and twin rectangular-shaped pools and nice rose bushes, which were in bloom during our June visit.

Overall, we found Kabinettsgarten to be a neat little find while exploring the Residenz grounds. It is a place we'd like to visit again during future trips to Munich.
