Affordable and convenient. Swimming staff is amazing so far. I have 2 of them worked with my kids, and they are both amazing. They are patient with kids. Overall I have great staff members.
After having some concerns about how the class is going , I spoke with Katie, and I explained her why I wasn't satisfied with my experience earlier. She was so nice and assured me that she would talk to their staff and give them some advice and will encourage them to try their best and help our kids to learn how to swim.
In our next class, it seems that Katie did a great job talking with her team, and I could see how awesome the class was. Kids got more practice, and the teachers were next to them, helping to correct their movements if its needed.
I hope that this care will last long and can't wait to see my child going to the next level and getting the skills needed to be part of their swim team.
Room has everything I need and a stunning view! Bought my own coffee maker with me. Staff here are so nice and helpful. The only complaint I have is it’s a little noisy and one of my pillows smells funky.
A very good place for us Sandpiper swimmers and it’s a very good temperature controlled and chlorine controlled pool same with the lifeguards they are good at their job and the blocks are pretty good the only problem I have with it is the rust/mold or whatever that is on the wall of I can’t remember which lane but overall it’s a great GREAT pool!
Call to check first!! It is not a good look when hotels don't inform guests the pool is closed. For whatever reason. NNothing on the website, no word when I called, and no apology or sense of customer service to even attempt to make it right. Instead, I was told it's an amenitie and subject to change. Than why I am paying a resort fee? We booked this hotel just for the pool, it's closed, and the rooms alone aren't worth the price. Not impressed.
Be ready for a massive bar bill. Not worth it. Go to bellagio pools and spend same for 5 star treatment
Everything’s new it’s nice

without advanced warning, they told us that the kitchen was closed for weekdays, and they would give us $20 off our required minimum. we said, we’re not alcohol drinkers, so spending $180 dollars is next to impossible without food, AND we didn’t eat on our way in because we expected to eat at the pool to use up the required minimum. they come down by half, but it was still very difficult to spend without food. you can only drink so many redbulls. also, the fabric over the day beds literally has holes in it. we couldn’t bring in our empty water bottle even though it wasn’t on the prohibited list (which was quite lengthy). when we were expressing our annoyance at the whole situation, the server was agreeing, and saying they wanted to leave as soon as they gained enough experience. if it was disclosed earlier that the kitchen is closed on mondays, we wouldn’t have reserved on a monday, and this negative review wouldn’t exist. it’s just one of the several issues we had during our stay at the sahara

Very nice pool, quiet and most family than azlo
We spent two days at the Resort World pool and our server, Emily, was fabulous! She has the most pleasant personality. She was attentive and made sure we were always fed and hydrated. If you go, make sure you ask which pool Emily is working.

Arleanious gave us the absolute most amazing experience here pool side at the Sahara . We were taken care of , checked on, Appreciated and felt very welcomed. Me and my bestie did not expect such excellent and attentive service being here in Vegas but we got it from Arleanious. I hope everyone gets to enjoy the same ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ that we got . Thank you Mamas! You are beyond appreciated!

This is my favorite pools in Las Vegas! Great views, great drinks, and generally nice and quiet.

1) I have a major complaint about how the "contract" for the day bed was presented. This was embarrassing and kind of ruined the surprise for my wife. It was not approached discreetly and just didn't start my day off nicely. I knew how much we were spending ahead of time but almost felt like we needed to be reminded three or four times how much we were spending. This whole process was very disappointing and nearly ruined my experience.

2) Ok, whoever is playing "DJ", pick a Playlist and quit skipping songs. Overall the music was great but the skips mid-song were distracting and annoying.

3) The pool, the drinks, and the atmosphere is what drew us to this pool. An excellent experience but the presentation up front can be cleaned up a bit.
Very lovely and convenient place to stay
Súper , me escantó , fue espectacular la experiencia, un servicio super fantástico

I had a disappointing experience at the voodo pool on 7/28/23. We had reserved and paid for a cabana from 12 pm to 6 pm, and were assured by our server, Adrian, that it would be ours until 6 pm. However, when we returned from our room everything we had left in the cabana was gone, except our shoes. We spoke with manager Brad Spencer, who seemed unapologetic and didn't take responsibility for the situation. He offered various explanations for the reason the cleanup was done and failed to address our concerns about the inconsistency in their actions. We signed a document stating that we had the cabana from 12:00 to 6:00PM there was no statement that the cabana would be cleaned up if we weren’t present for the whole duration of the rental time.

We asked if our belongings were discarded due to discrimination, but his response was unclear. Brad took offense and refused to assist us further after we questioned his handling of the situation. The concerned lifeguard approached us because she was there when we checked in and saw us leave and come back to an empty cabana. In contrast, another manager from the hotel department, Luis Ceja Rio Hotel Manager, was understanding and offered a $100 food and drink credit as a gesture of goodwill despite of the fact that the pool and the hotel are two different departments.

We are disappointed with Brad's management and the way he dealt with the issue. It was our first time at the Rio hotel, and this negative experience with the pool may deter us from returning. Luis Ceja's approach was commendable, but Brad's behavior made us question his suitability as a manager. We believe a competent manager should take responsibility for mistakes and offer appropriate compensation to customers who have reserved services in advance.

We hope that in the future, voodo pool will ensure consistent service and address customer concerns in a more professional manner. If we do return, it will likely be during the winter, and we may avoid using the pool area altogether.

Best Pool Party Deal in Vegas. Check out the Bottle List.
Just looked at it while staying at the hotel. Really cool but not worth the cost to me.

Smaller than it looks online. Drinks are very expensive and you must order $150 worth of food to get an umbrella at your chair. The drinks in my video were $40 EACH, not refillable. It was good, but not THAT good. My opinion, take it or leave it.
The outdoor area is great for kids. It. doesn't have a deep pool for treading water but can still swim around. The slides are fast! Especially the green tube. Plenty of shade and chairs, which is a plus. Overall, it's a great place to spend some time. $2 for kids and $3 for adults. CASH ONLY!!
AWFUL SERVICE, OVERPRICED, AND UNDERWHELMING I can't find enough words to describe our nightmare experience in July, 2023 . Where to begin.....
(1) We arrived at 10:00am to check in for our daybed which we reserved ahead of time. We waited a considerable amount of time before an attendant showed up at the desk to check us in.
(2) The view from the infinity pool is underwhelming to say the least. You are looking at an empty lot / construction site.
(3) Even though the pool was fairly busy, they only had one (very slow moving) bartender on shift until 1:00pm which meant we waited, on average, 30 minutes for a drink. When I tried to bypass our server and order directly at the bar, the bartender served a girl who arrived after me because she chatted him up while we both waited. He saw me waiting and just flatly ignored me. Also received attitude from our sever for not ordering through her (more on her below).
(4) Let's just say that when there's a mandatory 20% tip on your bill, there is zero incentive for good service and that is EXACTLY what happened. Our server was rude and unsympathetic. We ordered food at exactly 11:00am which arrived at 11:45am (way too long) but one of the dishes was incorrect. When we asked to send it back to be fixed, our server made a face and told us "well it's going to take awhile". Wait, what? How do you not put a rush on this when it was the kitchen's mistake??? The correct order showed up at 12:50am, almost TWO HOURS after we originally ordered it. No apology, just another face when we told her we grabbed food from another pool restaurant because we were starving.
(5) Multiple people using the daybeds / chairs that didn't pay for them and there was very little enforcement by staff.
(6) I know it's Vegas, but $40 for a 32-ounce drink that is mostly ice is ridiculous.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. There is much better service (and prices) from the other pool bars and restaurants.
Tried this place because we came with kids and someone we knew recommended this place when staying in vegas with kids .
Price wasnt bad for the stay but not worth the downgrade .
We stayed at the casino tower . Place is outdated and pretty basic . No fridge in room , however they do have an ice machine . Carpet smells though.
As for the kids’ attraction. Pool closes early at 5 pm . We only got 4 pool passes . We had to pay for an extra if we decided to go .
Parking in the garage took forever . Place is crowded. Checking took 45 minutes .lobby was crowded with people waiting. Only one elevator working for our floor. Had to wait 3 trips to either go up or down . Disappointing experience, not worth paying a little less to stay here .
The best! Kid friendly, clean, attentive lifeguards, wonderful water experiences. Great for families or singles. Price is ridiculously inexpensive. 2.00 per child, 1.00 for seniors. There is room in the pool for everyone!
I smashed my head and leg on the waterside. I rolled over and ended up in the other lane and had a concussion. I left the pool, and then when I came back, my phone and sunglasses were gone. The lifeguards had never seen anything like that. I didn't even know what happened except that I got hurt. My friend came running over worried as well.

Overall: 4.1/5

We were staying at Sahara. When we checked in, they gave us a few coupons to their restaurants with our key card. One was a BOGO 12 oz drink for AZILO between 10 AM - 6 PM. To get to the AZILO bar at the pool, you have to go through security who checks your ID & bag. They also don't allow outside food or drinks inside. When we got through security, the bar was on the right and can't be missed. When we looked at the menu, we were surprised at how expensive the drinks were. It was $21 for a 12 oz frozen drink! It wasn't until after we paid that we saw the words at the bottom: "tax, gratuity, venue fees all included in the price". Shouldn't the venue fee be included in our resort fee already? 😑

Pina Colada With Malibu Coconut Rum: This was good but too light and had too much ice. You don't taste the alcohol for this one.

Dole Whips: So you get a choice between pineapple & watermelon dole whip and between Casamigos Reposado Tequila & Malibu Coconut Rum. We got pineapple dole whip and Casamigos Reposado Tequila. They didn't mix it so the drink looks pretty but we didn't know that so when we took a big sip, it was straight up tequila and very strong. This combo surprisingly worked well together. You can take a sip of tequila then take a bit of the dole whip to balance it out or just mix them together. I enjoyed both ways but preferred the mixed way since the tequila was too strong for me.

After we got our drinks, we walked our to find a place to sit. They have nice seating areas which is really set up for a pool party with the 2 tier level separation. At the end of the pool area is a nice photo op set up with a golden arch and Azilo across it. Cool place to chill & watch the game (or people).
Infinity Pool at Resorts World - A Mixed Experience with Room for Improvement

During our visit to the Infinity Pool at Resorts World, we had a mixed experience at this VIP pool area. The slow visitor turnout was a nice change, and we appreciated the well-designed furniture and overall aesthetic.

The service personnel were beautiful and attentive, but unfortunately, the speed of service fell short of expectations. Additionally, the prices for drinks were exorbitantly high (40$ + automatic service gratitude + tip) for mostly ice), considering their mediocre quality.

While the infinity pool itself was nice, the view was underwhelming. Instead of breathtaking scenery, we were greeted with construction sites and a lackluster view.

Overall, the Infinity Pool at Resorts World is not an impressive or memorable experience. However, for those who can afford to spend a significant amount of money, it may be worth a try.
Came out to TI for my wife’s bday/our honeymoon and everyone at the pool was AMAZING! Rich, Brianna, Teneil, Sam, Diego, Abreann, thank you from this blue collar guy as you made the misses and myself feel like VIP’s. I’ll def be back, hopefully soon!!!!!
Worst experience I've had so far in Vegas. Besides waiting for 50 min just to check in I had booked my room a week before. Drove from California and still wait not kool. They charge you around 50.00 for resort fee not worth it at all. The pool it's closed by 5pm Couldn't even enjoy my stay. Room really need to be renovated for that price. Worst worst experience I had.
What can you say about the voodoo pool area obviously during the daytime it's a little different than it is on the special occasions at night the funny thing about it was if you want to keep people under 21 out why is there a direct view or ability to see the whole pool just wondering other than that it is hot wow the women that are coming in there will smoke and Fire the Rio has always been one hell of a place to party at
Received a complimentary chair, then ordered a drink, it was not busy at all.
I waited 15 min and never saw the drink. Went to the bar ordered the soda. Received 3/4 full cup with half ice $6 for soda. Okay. Then got what I thought was a refill and it came with mostly ice even though I asked for no ice. NOPE. Each soda is $6 then auto gratuity of 20% for poor service and 3/4 full drinks. Bad experience
The front desk staff is unprofessional and unfriendly and willing to help highly recommend not stay at any Indian property tends to be the going thing now
The pool area is fantastic. Love the food and drink service at the pool area.
Though hotel is old, it has on vibe. Big rooms, big bathroom, great view from the top floors.
Note, you can stand in the line for check in for 30 mins.
Great location

This pool is super grown and sexy. Magnificently amazing Tv screen, the size of a building. Really enjoyed the atmosphere. Loved it. Definitely recommend it.
Do not stay at Rio Las Vegas or any of the Ceasar's properties. Restaurants closed, property ran down and basically abandoned by the Ceasar's Group. The pool is an obvious bait and switch advertised 4 pools (only have 1 open). Advertised 21yo and over (pool was chock full of kids). Paid $400 for a cabana advertised to have a TV and server (no TV and no service). Started asking for refund and it was like the whole staff caught amnesia. Save your money and stay away from Ceasar's properties.
Came on a Monday around noon with only a couple others in the pool. Quiet but maybe that's because it wasn't a weekend. The view looks out onto the construction workers but maybe someday there will be more scenery. Can see the strip in the distance.

There are 2 pools, slides, one tiny hot tub, and a splash pad area, which have all been packed with people every time we have been to the pool. Not their fault, but having larger pools would help. All staff that we interacted with was friendly and helpful. They seem to try to keep it clean, but trash is constantly blowing into the pool and things like false eyelashes and balls of hair were sitting along the edge. The pool closed at 7pm every day, which feels early when it's still 95 degrees - it would be nice if they would stay open until dusk. Smoking, eating, and drinking are permitted around and in the water. Get there early for a chair in the shade.

We were staying at the Sahara and checked out the main pool, and had questions about Azilo… The main pool was good, but it was a Wednesday and we decided to get a cabana and relax/work from the pool :) The whole experience was amazing!

We had a wonderful time relaxing and soaking in the Vegas sunshine. Azilo has a good sized pool, 2 jacuzzis, and great staff! Jordan and Logan made our first Ultra Pool experience memorable with their friendliness and attention to detail. They truly made us feel cared for. Food and drinks were great, and my girlfriend Evelyn and I truly enjoyed a wonderful day by the pool :)
Pool hours are very inconsistent. If you ate staying here and want to go in the morning it may or may not open at 9. Lifeguards don't pay attention at the pool and will literally be on their phone. And I saw a kid throw up in the pool and when I told the life guard he said "yeah a kid threw up in there earlier too but we didn't close it down" 🤯
I have stayed at many locations in Las Vegas. I thought the flamingo was a little cheap. But wow this place was dirty, run down. The room smelled of disinfectant to cover up the punk smell. The wall paper was peeling off the walls. This property has not seen an upgrade, remodel, paint or new wall paper. Maybe fans in the bathroom would help with that. Hot water was good and when I called for more towels the house keeping team was on it. It minutes you got what you asked for. Front desk took 15 minutes to answer. The sidewalks outside looked like someone had been puking, etc and it hasn't been cleaned in years. People bring their kids to this location asking for illness. The rest of the strip is so much better than circus circus. My friend made this reservation I would have trusted the other awful reviews. To the rich owner, take care of your property and business. This is a disgrace.
Room is nice but we didn’t come for the room. Brought my kids here for spring break because they love the four pools and we were devastated to find out only one little pool is open; a little kiddie pool shaped like a fish. So the teenagers have to play in this little bitty pool with a bunch of babies. They should warn you on the website when they close down two of their four pools. Extremely disappointed and have stayed in this hotel many times in the last 20 years and this is the first time I was extremely disappointed.
DO NOT BELIEVE THE PICTURES!!! The rooms are nothing like the pictures. The tables and night stands are scratched and tarnishing. There was a extremely big tear in the head board that they hide with pillows. The carpets are stained throughout. The refrigerator in the room is louder than the TV at night. There is no microwave or coffee maker in the room. If you are a nonsmoker coming through the casino to get to your room expect to be bombarded with smoke. The pool area is only open from 10-5pm. If you are vacationing on a budget bring your own alcohol and snacks or visit the local Walgreens because the cost of a 6oz bottle of water is $5.99. Good Luck!
Lemme just start out by saying when I brought my tinder back to the hotel and opened the door to the room I was met with a disappointed “Seriously?” It was just a terrible experience and I’m not taking about my date that’s a different story, the customer service was absolutely just horrible. I came to this hotel expecting a very clean room only to find mysterious stains on the sheets that also made the pillowcases a tad crusty. When I walked into the bathroom, various little critters scurried about into every corner of the room. The room smelled rancid like the basement at my uncle’s house. I honestly would have been better off sleeping in my car I would’ve felt safer in there. The only upside to this hotel was that I found one slightly hairy cigarette under my bed to calm my nerves after losing the title of my prized 2010 Nissan Juke.
The Infinity Pool at Resorts World requires valid ID to verify that you're 21+ as of 8/16/2021.

Includes a full bar and two swimming pools, with one overlooking a ton of construction below and in the lot across from Encore Beach Club.

No shade in the infinity pool and you must pay for a chair, daybed, or swing, even as a hotel guest.
Nice rooms great location. Good price.
This is our first time here and just the lap pool area is HUGE! Very clean and nice... so many lanes and it is open early and there is so many class that they offer... the girl that checks you was so nice and sp helpful... and it is so nice to see so many life guards on duty... it is only $3 bucks for adults and $2 bucks for kids and $1 for senior citizens... since it is freezing outside the water pools and slides are closed but they look nice and fun... we will be back to hang out to try those other things out... there is other facilities on the other side but i think that is a different fee... we still have to check what that side offers...
Reviewing as a visitor from out of state.

Outdoor pool is rather small, with no real chance to actually swim. The kids play area and slides are good though. Shade is very limited, and no snack bar that I saw. Prices are very cheap, $2 kids and $3 adults. Pay with cash or else be ready to give ID, phone number, and address. Kids 8 and under have to stay within arms reach of an adult, which is unfortunate for a kid who is a strong swimmer. Deepest depth is 3'9".
I love a well maintained 50m x 25 yd(m?) indoor pool like the Desert Breeze pool! Perfect temperature for me (for swimming freestyle, back, breast and fly)--I don't overheat and I don't shiver even after an hour. I do dry land warmup in the locker room while still dry because brisk ventilation in the pool area brings me almost to shivering after the obligatory pre-swim shower.
The pool has a high deck relative to the water level--maybe 12-15 inches. Avoid the struggle to exit the pool after a hard swim by using the ladders at the pool corners or at the center.
The center section is often used for water aerobics. An extension from that center section has shallower water for other water exercise classes.
I go late mornings usually--it is only crowded on Saturday. Evenings and late afternoons can be busy with teams and meets, but even so I've been able to score a lane. Closed Sundays and holidays.

The water is super clear! Lighting over the water is adequate, but really bright as you backstroke to the walls.

FEE: Adults 18-55 $3, Over 55 $1.
Rates also for a month to a year.

Clean locker rooms. Courteous staff.

FYI. the pool facility has a separate entrance from the rest of the building, twenty to thirty yards to the right of the grander main entrance.

Before going, check the website. See Google for hours and a bar graph of attendance during open hours. Periodically, the pool closes for maintenance, etc.
