I’ve been to several Massage Envy locations in the area and this is by far my favorite location. Friendly and welcoming staff is always a plus, but the waiting room is especially divine. They have a massage chair to use while you wait and complimentary hot and cold water/tea.

Came here to redeem a gift card received for Christmas and was blown away by the customer service provided by Sam at the front. Super knowledgeable, friendly and just all around warm and inviting. Then Erik blew me away with the massage. My back and neck were the areas I asked him to focus on and his technique and pressure were spot on. I loved it so much I signed up for a membership.

I booked with Shea (Carrollton location)at the last minute. I'm so glad I did. I had a very specific issue and she attended to my achy shoulder/neck/traps like a champ 🏆 She showed me stretches I could do until I could get another massage too! I booked again with her for a 90 minute massage and it was amazing! If you have sore shoulders, SHE SHEA ASAP!!!

It’s been a little while since I’ve stopped by, but was thinking about a message and remembered how great this place was. Never busy and always take time to listen to your needs. Definitely need to stop by again! A great spot to relax and feel brand new

I recommend seeing massage therapist Sharday! Perfect pressure everything and always comes in with a smile. She truly loves what she do and is amazing at it!

Used to be a great location about 3-4 years ago. Every year it has declined and after my most recent visit tonight (12/3/23) I’ll NEVER go back. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else you can get an actual massage, trust me.

I tipped 20% minus the $2 transaction fee for debit cards and yet the lady has the nerve to tell me I need to tip more.

Me an my husband came this morning an did Couple massage the massage was o k there was Music but not as relaxing as I expected. The rooms were cold at the end of our couple massage. We were asked for a tip. We didn't hour massage, and when we handed her our tip. She asked us if we could pay more. She told us we should have paid 75 instead of 65 It's clearly that the boss is not paying them what they need to be paid if they are asking for more money. And on the sign, it does not clearly state that. And then she acted like she did not want to take the tip that we were going to give her. And she wanted us to pay her more she was telling us it's fine this time The owner clearly needs to state what they should be tipping. Before we pay, we spent over a $100 and still was asked to pay more.

Deep tissue massage was wonderful! It’s great value for money! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for specific pain relief or relaxation.

I went here on my birthday last Saturday and the service was not great. They constantly asked for a tip like who does that. You should not feel like you have to tip before or after they do a service. My massage was not great at all. They lady hit my back super hard and I had to tell her to stop because at the point I felt like she was trying to hurt me. I will not go back to this place ever again. Horrible people and money hungry.

I’ve never been so relaxed! Literally kept waking myself up with my snores haha. It was a combo of relaxing + deep tissue work. My back was so stiff, and I really felt the masseuse feel out my problem spots and went to town ahahaha! 10000/10 will be coming back 👍👍

Called and made an appointment in advance for a 1 hr massage. I show up and am asked to pay right away, which is weird but fine. $65 + tip for a one hour massage is fair.

Once I am on the table and about to start they tell me they do not have enough time for a one hour massage, and instead offer two people for 30 minutes. I comply since I am already there and ready for a massage. As I am leaving they tell me that a 30 minute massage is $45 and since I had 2 people work on me, it would be $90 dollars for the service.

Massage was great if I had maybe gotten what I asked for. It felt like a scam, unfortunately.

The girlfriend and I went to Foot Spa at the SW corner of Josey and PGBT, two doors down from Shipley's, last night for massages. Se had called ahead and arrived at 10:10pm. They agreed to still get us in despite closing at 11pm. We had to wait a bit in the room, and the AC was not working (getting fixed today). Despite that, Cindy and Tina did amazing jobs with the massage and stretching. Cindy specializes in the deep tissue massage. The facial massage part is cool and you might ask them to do more of that. We will next time. Cindy was great at deep tissue using forearms and elbows. She got the knots with minimal discomfort. She was exceptional on my large thighs and would be AMAZING after a long ride or heavy leg workout.

For starters I chose this location because it’s literally 2 minutes from my home. But upon entering, and having the “random lady come out of a set of closed doors to greet me”, as someone else stated, I immediately began to question myself. This lady in turn was my massage therapist and she didn’t even give me her name. I only read these reviews AFTER I left and had I read them before, I would have spent $100 elsewhere. I’d estimate that my session included 40 mins of her walking on my back, 20 mins of her walking in and out of the room (which by the way she never fully shut the door neither time and I was under a sheet in my birthday suit so that was extremely unprofessional), and 15 mins of her soft stroking my skin as if I was getting lotioned up after a bath. No hand massaging whatsoever, just light strokes. I was in no pain before I walked in and by the time she was done I had a headache, extreme lower back pain and was in a state of confusion as to what in the world did I just experienced. Sure the lady was sweet as pie and as gentle as a feather with her hands, but that’s NOT what I paid for. I’ve gotten plenty massages before but never like this. I gave a $10 tip because I’m a nice person and needless to say I will not be back.

I booked an appt for 2pm. When I got there I was greeted by a lady who came out of a random room. There was no greeter and there’s a bell that rings when the door opens or closes. She took me to my room but gave me no instructions( places tend to be different on what they want you to have on or off) I came out and asked her if I should remove all items. Then I realized I had to go back home bc of an emergency. I asked if it was ok to come back and she said yes. Once I came back I was told they could only accommodate 30 mins but I’d get a discount ($10) I agreed. The massage was amazing !!! However, during the massage the person kept going in and out of the room. Not a biggie! The issue became when she took a phone call during my massage. She was booking appts and discussing hrs. I could also hear another person leaving their massage appt. When it came time to pay I gave her my card and asked if I could put a tip. She said what would be the whole total she’d put on the card. I said 40+10, make it a 50. She looked at me uncomfortably and then said that because of me she had to give the other gentleman a discount bc I was too loud when I first arrived and I had the nicer room. I was confused but I said “ it’s fine.” I am confused on how I had to pay for them giving someone else a discount and yet I kept getting my massage interrupted. I can say i will not return. I appreciate them accommodating to my request to return but they could have said they couldn’t. I felt baited in more than one way. The lady who gave my massage did a good job but as a business….

First and last time going to this business. We called ahead to see if they would be able to fit 2 people in for a massage, and they confirmed yes. When we arrived 10 minutes later, they said they could only take one person. As we were leaving, they said 2 people was possible. Poor communication. While we were filling out paperwork, they were demanding a tip from a customer who had not received a massage yet. We, too, were asked if we wanted to pay before or after the massage .We chose before. We were told how much to tip. We did not meet their demands. We waited to see what our experience was like before tipping any further. The massage did not meet our expectations. My bones were massaged more than my muscles, there was no check-in to see if the pressure was okay, phone calls were taken by the therapists during the message, the door was left open while we were exposed on the table and we weren't offered water afterwards. We were harassed again for another tip as we were leaving. We regularly get massages and have never had an experience quite like this.

Went there last week, and that was the worst experience ever in my whole life. I did a foot massage, but no foot soaking or cleaning, then the old lady came in wearing instant gloves. I had never experienced getting a massage with gloves, which felt very uncomfortable. And literally, that was not MASSAGE, she just touched my feet. So I asked her for 3times to do it harder, and she showed me the attitude and eye-rolling. And I requested to talk to the manager twice, but she refused. And she can’t speak English at all, she just brought her phone and tried to communicate with me via Google Translate. I doubt she is even licensed or not. No skill, very unprofessional. And they even asked for money before it started. That was just a waste of money and ruined my time.

Excellent service and professional massage, beautiful masseuse, it is the best massage experience I have felt, and I will go to Relax Spa massage next time. They will listen to your needs hard/med/light pressure, you just have to communicate. I don't expect them to read my mind. Depending on deep or sports massage you just have to ask what is their specialty.

First of all these 2 ladies are nice but the way they do the massage i dont know if they really know how to massage. She consumed 70mins walking in my back, i thought its just for warmup to walk in my back,im waiting for her hand massage but its just touching ur skin no massage,keep in and out the room doing something mybe answering the phones.They trying to avoid to do alot with there hands, its just amazing how to be a massage therapist like this.Honestly the way i felt after that massage bodyaches, these massage therapist just working and no passion and care on how they massage. My husband and i we felt like we never got a massage and our back got bruise from that walking in our back. I dont know why i believe in the reviews thats why i tried it out, but never again. Just giving my true reviews.

It was my first time to visit Relax Spa. I'm from out of town, and after reading the reviews decided to try it. I was impressed by how new and clean the facility was. LuLu was my therapist, and I could not have asked for better treatment. She was kind, knew what to do to help me feel so much better. I had my first stone treatment and she walked on my back. The next time I'm in Carrollton, I definitely will make another appointment with LuLu

I called and was given an appointment for 30 minutes later. I was asked to wait 20 minutes, but I was able to wait in a darkened room while soaking my feet, so that was okay with me. The environment was clean and organized. Massage for face, scalp, neck, shoulders, back, calves, and feet was very, very good. My masseuse was very skilled and checked in on me periodically to ensure I was happy. 1 hour massage for $30 and she gave me a bottle of water afterwards?! Yes, please. The day I visited was very windy and the credit card machine didn't work for some reason. I simply ran to my bank to grab cash. I will absolutely be returning. I am so happy I tried this place out on a whim!
