👎Worse thai massage I've ever received. She had no technique and was essentially moisturising me. This was not a thai masseuse just someone's grandmother. She left the room multiple times. Left the door open. They promised very hard and it was pointless soft. And I could see the customer next door naked. Not professional. Waste of €90. 👎
It was my first time to visit such a place so I didn't know where to start with and the personal didn't help me. They just told me, go downstairs and try hamam and saouna. As a result, I was asking the clients for orientation.
On top of that, the door of sauna was broken and wasn't closing fully so the temperature was lost. Even for the hamam, it were the clients that adjusting the humidity.
About the gommage, I found it a bit unrespectful the way the employee treated me. I would prefer more communication about what she was about to do to me.sometimes it was painful as well.
As a result, I didn't find it a relaxing experience but rather stressful.
It's a pity because the place is beautiful.

Went for a couples supreme scrub and massage. We had a great time. The scrub was unexpected and fun, felt so smooth after. The message was excellent and relaxing.
We had a very good experience there. The space is very clean, the staff is friendly and welcoming and prices are affordable compared to the hotel spa. Also, it’s the only spot in the neighborhood that isn’t sketchy (most of the ones we saw offered sexy treatments). Highly recommend.
Khadeeja was extremely nice and a gave wonderful hammam treatment. I would highly recommend seeing her!
Nice shop that's attractively decorated, the staff is nice, the prices are reasonable, and the rooms are clean. The massages were needed after a long Transatlantic flight, and it felt great. I would go back.
I was here for sugaring and Malika was doing a fantastic job! She was very kind as well as super skilled and quick (which is great when it comes to hair removal!). Also, the place itself is really nice with a very relaxing athmosphere.

It rivals the suicide forest for the most depressing place on earth. For €40 an hour you get a wet sauna and a dry one. The only problem is that the wet one is FULL OF MOLD. At the beginning of us arriving it was not even turned on which was a blessing in disguise since once they turned it back on the smell gets 10 times as bad. The tiles were grimmy and touching them made me feel dirty.
Just above the heating element of the dry sauna there’s visible burn marks, probably from a brave soul trying to burn this place down (unfortunately failed).
We left after around 10 minutes because I am allergic to spores and tried to get our money back. I was told that the manager was not there so I came back 2 days after to try and talk with him/her. Still not there. Asked for the refund and I was told that “a guy” would call me to get it sorted. It’s been over a week and no communication yet.
0/10 if you guys want to do something slightly more pleasant and healthy than visiting this dump give coal mining a try

My spouse offered me a couple's package for my birthday which included 1h hammam, teatime, & 1h massage. The hammam was mediocre in a single small room & disappointingly the massage was the worst one I've received in memory. It was supposed to be a deep tissue massage (profonde) that was instead an oily body rub with hard punches at best. The masseuse started off with strong force on my back to the point of cracking it - wrong massage?! So I didn't ask for any harder pressure once she was rubbing my legs onwards because it was clear that she didn't know what she was doing. This was confirmed when I mentioned it to her afterwards & she responded "mais les muscles des jambes..." for the rub - uh isn't that the point of a deep tissue massage?

Sauna naturiste bien fréquenté pour ma première visite j'y suis allé avec une amie. j'ai aimé le hammam et sauna ainsi que la salle de repos avec thé. j'ai fait la connaissance de Jean-Pierre qui m'a proposé un massage à l'étage... une heure très agréable sous les mains d'un expert. j'avais hésité car Jean-Pierre est beaucoup plus âgé que moi, mais quel plaisir d'avoir un massage si sensuel. j'espère avoir le plaisir de recroiser à Saint-Paul mon masseur.

De plus elle est de très bon conseil et n’insiste/ n’oriente pas les clients à prendre les prestations les plus chers.
Selon vos attentes elle vous oriente et vous propose la meilleure prestation.
Concernant la masseuses « Julie », elle est vraiment unique dans son genre car grâce à ses mains aussi doux que la soie, on plonge directement dans dans univers au delà du réel.
En plus, les douches sont très très propres, les serviettes sentent extrêmement bons et son chaude.

The installations are very nice, however the service is not good at all. First time we booked a massage and when we got there they said it was canceled because there was no one available to do the massage, they didn’t sent a message or anything to let us know. The second time we went we booked a deep tissue for my boyfriend and a relaxing massage for me. The girls at the reception were not very welcoming and also they didn’t even ask who was getting which massage, they end up giving us both a relaxing massage, my boyfriend had a sore arm so he really needed the tissue massage which is also more expensive.

J ai adoré les installations une très belle chambre avec des miroirs quasiment de partout dans la salle et une douche très propre avec une ambiance très tamisée et chaude. Julie est une belle blonde avec qui la discussion est facile au début du massage puis est tellement à l'écoute du corps de l'homme que le corps à corps qui s ensuit est des plus sensuel et sexy.
J ai tellement apprécié ce rdv qu'en fin de semaine j y suis retourné pour un rdv cette fois ci avec Jade car Julie était déjà occupée victime de son succès. J ai pris l'option Jacuzzi en plus avec Jade et là aussi ce fut un plaisir indescriptible. Jade est une très belle brune orientale avec des seins magnifiques une peau douce et un incroyable corps à corps.
Toutes les deux sont des femmes chaleureuses qui se mettent à la disposition de la personne pour les rendre plus détendus et sereines. Elles travaillent dans un lieu propre et les filles s'entendent bien.
Je reviendrai avec plaisir dans cet institut lors de mon prochain passage dans la capitale.

I had such an amazing and relaxing time, the spa is absolutely beautiful and offers a variety of treatments from the HAMAM’s traditional scrub, to massages and beauty treatments. There is also a small restaurant that offers very healthy dishes and drinks. And the staff was the best!!
Facilities are great, the masseuse was fantastic! Pretty good experience overall.
Overall it was a decent experience— massage, gommage, sauna. However, they charged me extra at the end for no reason. They told me I had booked a “weekday massage” scheduled for a weekend, so they made me pay more. Nowhere was this made clear on the website nor on my booking confirmation, so I felt as though they had unfairly charged me. The woman was very rude who checked me out and could not explain the reason why I was even able to book the “weekday massage” on the weekend (this should be impossible on the website). The service was mediocre and they should improve how they treat their clients.

Découvert ce matin même le Royal Spa pour commencer mes vacances. Très facilement accessible en métro. Comme au téléphone, l’accueil sur place est très aimable. La douche est simple à manier, ouf, contrairement à celles qu’infligent certaines enseignes. Et alors Lisa !! : souriante, attentionnée, et une silhouette juste parfaite 🥰 Une prestation réciproque avec elle toute en zen, en respect, qui me fait soupçonner que… je pourrai souhaiter revenir 😀 Et en plus, jamais vu encore dans un salon de massage naturiste : on repart avec un bonbon donné à l’accueil. Si, si.

J'y suis alle 2 fois ces dernieres semaines depuis le changement de proprietaire. J'ai ete bien accueilli. Les locaux sont propres. Les vestiaires sont fonctionels. La salle de repos a ete embellie. Le the est offert. J'apprecie que ce soit naturiste et mixte. J'ai rencontre des personnes courtoises. Le sauna et le hamman sont de taille raisonnable. Un bain a bulle serait bienvenue pour le prix. Les salles en haut meriteraient un rafraichissement. Je compte y aller jeudi prochain.

We stopped by and enjoyed a tea time at the Camilla restaurant. Normally you need a reservation, but they were able to fit us in. Louis was our server and he was so kind - he made a fabulous recommendation for the dessert choice, brought us additional hot drinks and overall allowed us to enjoy a beautiful tea time date in the afternoon. Beautiful hotel, but there’s room for improvement in service. The rooms and hotel are well appointed with nice amenities, but we had several points of service that have left a negative view. Upon arrival, no one was available to help with our bags, which required us to carry them up the stairs after a long week of travel throughout France. During a quick introduction to the hotel, we were told we could enjoy cocktails on the terrace if we went to the bar to get our drinks. So, we attempted to grab a drink to enjoy outside (as the bar was full), but were told this was not an option. A few hours later, we were preparing for dinner when housekeeping arrived around 7 pm, which aligns with the earliest dinner time in Paris, so we hadn’t left yet. I informed them that we would like turn down service after we left for our 8:15 reservation. Upon our return, we were very disappointed to see there was no turn down. When calling to the front desk to ask for the turn down chocolate, there was nothing he said he could do. However, the next morning upon checkout, a note was provided on the lack of turn down and my spa service had been comped, so it was a nice recovery. Following our checkout, we were graciously helped with our bags and loaded into our vehicle, so it felt like there was some additional attention after the note. A few areas have room for improvement to truly be considered 5 star. Even the simple acts of having a bellman or doorman greet guests was missing. A few times it felt as if we were a nuisance to staff for having a request. What makes a hotel considered 5 star is not only the facilities, but heavily weighted on the level of service. I think to consider the Saint James truly a luxury property, all staff members should aim to make guests feel welcomed, and not more like an inconvenience.
We stayed at The Saint James on the first part of our honeymoon, the grounds are absolutely stunning, and the interior design is breathtaking. The staff are lovely and very accommodating! We had a great experience and would recommend staying here to anyone! I can’t wait to be back!

Our room had meticulous attention to detail, exuding both comfort and charm. But what truly sets Saint James apart is the unparalleled service. Every staff member went above and beyond, ensuring my stay was nothing short of spectacular. Nestled in the heart of Paris, this is a haven of serenity and elegance. A truly five-star experience that we will come back to.
This is an excellent hotel, easily the best I’ve stayed at. I would like to highlight the superb service from the staff - from the entrance to the house keeping and the restaurant - excellence everywhere. The breakfast was amazing, and their willingness to be flexible towards young guests is really nice. The only thing that I was slightly disappointed from was the room service , which was overpriced.
A charming property tucked away from the crowds of Paris, yet within walking distance of everything. Each part of the hotel is beautifully designed and the rooms are quite comfortable. The spa was under renovation during our stay, but we still enjoyed the lovely indoor pool and sauna. I certainly plan on returning here for my next stay in Paris!
Tired, hot and thirsty I stopped by for a cool drink and was welcomed like a princess. From the doorman, to the hostess and bar staff, I could not have been made to feel more welcome in this beautiful hotel. Of course going with the vibe the cool drink ended up being a glass of champagne! Worth every cent.

Had a splendid time for this returning trip . Had a chance to enjoy the garden bar and restaurant which I didn’t have time to attend during previous stays . It is such a treat to enjoy a pot of green tea and some fresh fruits under the sun , feels like in a small park , an escape from busy shopping districts.
Front desk and Concierge are all super friendly. Especially Jean Mariani from the concierge, probably one of the best concierge I have ever met in Paris . Helped me tremendously in organizing a boat event , attention to details, thoughtful and responsive, went for the extra mile for everything ! Jean’s colleague also helped us identify a luxury bag on the boat and had it delivered by a trusted driver to us in the restaurant , and all these work were done in the hour after 10pm . Amazing! Other plus noticed this time is : most major fashion brands are within 10 minutes walking distance , so convenient for bz travelers who doesn’t have time shopping. 50 minutes got most of shopping task done 😀

My favorite hotel in Paris. The interior and details of the place was spot on. The hotel got us a welcoming gift of a very nice white wine. The room was spacious and very clean. The spa and the pool was phenomenal. We had a very good breakfast which has a variety of selection and served to us fresh not buffet style. All the staffs are friendly and very accommodating. Can’t wait to be back :)
My wife and I came to Paris for our honeymoon in August. Saint James is our first five-star hotel in Paris. Because of AE FHR, we were upgraded from a room type to a suite. The hotel has been renovated during the epidemic, and the overall design style has changed from the original The dark colors become very bright and colorful, my wife likes it very much, the room is very comfortable, we spent a pleasant afternoon in the spa, the swimming pool is the most beautiful swimming pool I have ever seen, and the breakfast is also very delicious, it is my One of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever eaten. My wife said that the bed was the most comfortable bed she’s ever slept on. She fell asleep almost immediately after laying down. The staff are very energetic. The only fly in the ointment is that the drainage system in the bathroom in our room was broken.The problem caused the entire bathroom and 1/3 of the living room turned into a lake. The hotel dispatched a lot of staff to help us clean the area that turned into a lake. In addition, Saint James is very satisfactory overall. Especially in the current situation where a small room in a five-star hotel in Paris costs 2,000 euros a night, 2 thousand euros for 2 nights can get you a spacious and beautiful suite, a bright and beautiful spa center, and a quiet and gorgeous castle hotel. I think it is very cost-effective , will definitely stay again next time I'm in Paris.
The staff is amazing and is doing very good facials and massages. The rooms are great and I felt always very welcomed each time I am going.

My family and I were in the Jardin d'Hiver for Tea Time and we had the experience of a lifetime. We went in with high expectations at such a luxurious hotel, and they were all exceeded by the exceptional atmosphere, food and service we received. We weren't the most special people in the room, but we certainly felt like it.

My husband and I were thoroughly impressed with every aspect of this property, from the highly professional staff, to the gorgeous building and grounds, to the mouthwatering food and drinks and overall ambiance. Our suite was located on two levels with a unique spiral staircase, with numerous storage closets, an intriguing design and wonderful amenities. The bathroom was particularly impressive. This hotel is the ultimate in luxury and a wonderfully peaceful jumping off point for all of Paris' wonderful attractions. Our only regrets were not having time to use the spa/pool and not catching a glimpse of the resident cat, Pilou!

The only negative feedback I have is regarding the food. I do not mind paying a high price when eating at a place like this, but the dishes were small portions and not that special. During breakfast the service was messy and received the wrong orders and while the server acknowledged we didn't get the right order, he did not apologize or offer anything for compensation.
Apart from this we did have an absolutely wonderful time here so I do definitely recommend it.

I have stayed in a few Mandarin Oriental globally and must admit it’s a hotel where it’s easy to feel comfortable. 1) the rooms are quite nice, well appointed and extremely comfortable. I just wish the pillow was a bit harder as I prefer it to a soft pillow. 2) I am always well greeted and the staff is good. I was a bit disappointed by the concierge that I expected to have better access to the exclusive restaurants and ended up using my contacts instead. 3) breakfast on the terrasse is quite nice. 4) the best feature of the hotel is its amazing location! Nothing tops that in paris!

Thank you to all of the team at the Hotel de Crillon, for making our stay such a lovely and memorable one. Our 3-night stay in this beautiful property was the grand finale to a wonderful 7-week European holiday. We were particularly touched by the "1973" welcome drawing on our glass top table, as reference to my stay as a 15-year old girl! Our only wish is that your French Government would ban smoking in outdoor areas - particularly restaurants, as we did many years ago in Australia. It is such a shame that people smoke whilst others are eating...and it spoils the lovely ambience of sitting outside in your beautiful courtyards. All public areas (inside & out) should be NO SMOKING!!

I have stayed in the majority of outstanding hotels and yours is the best by far! The staff is wonderful, goes out of their way and really seem to "mean it" rather than treating it just as a job. The decorating and comfort are top of the line. I have only one suggestion. I would put a "grab bar" to help someone have stability if lose balance in the shower and one in the bath to help with getting out of the tub. These can be as elegant as your other fixtures and not as wide as the US recommends.
Had an amazing experience during our stay. We could not have asked for more. Each and every interaction we had with restaurant service team, housekeeping, guest relations, bellboy, butler and various other staff had been fantastic. Over and above, butler and guest service team was very prompt to handle any questions and requests. The little surprise, cake, flowers and balloon this team arranged for my wife birthday made our stay memorable for us. Thank You team

Myself and my partner both had 80mins treatments. Absolutely fantastic experience and the staff could not have done more for us. Super professional and attentive. Would 100% come back and recommend.
The spa is very nice and clean but the client service is very very very bad ! They don’t respond to their phone so to take a simple appointment you need to fill an online from or send an email
The biggest trick is their online offers they will let you buy an offer that expires within 3 months then good luck in finding a suitable appointment within those 3 months :)

Friendly staff, nice showers, hammam, and sauna. Pool could be warmer, and the place more refurbished. But nice to have a mixed naturist option in Paris.

Facials are excellent BUT location change during Reno is very disappointing...hotel room for treatment is average. Same price $165 but NO add ons like the sauna or complimentary hot beverages and no reduction to reflect diminished benefits...most uncomfortable was the toilet being 3 feet from the reception as it's in the same small room...cancelled my next appointment as the experience was VERY disappointing 😞

This is the place to go if you want to be naked with a bunch of guys. My girlfriend and I went and besides there being a 10 to 1 ratio of men to women, the place kind of sucks. We were underwhelmed by the dry and wet saunas, and the small pool, which was all there was to do on the day we went. Massages and other body treatments are apparently only offered certain days and not on Tuesdays, the day we went. Would have been nice to put that on the website. Although the staff were nice we would not recommend this place - there are better ways to spend your time and money in Paris!

I bought a service called Spa scintillant which was a Xmas special offer from Villa Thalgo Spa using a gift voucher. When I called the Spa to make an appointment they noted my email address incorrectly and did not send me the confirmation mail. I kept calling them for the confirmation but they did not send any confirmation even after repeated calls. In the end they told me I had an appointment which I missed and and it is all my fault. After repeated requests they still refused to provide the service which was already paid for.

The staff is continuously speaking loud and bothering the tranquility of the guests. But I got a very professional massage otherwise one of the bests !
If you like overpaying, this is the place for you. Though the staff is very friendly (and doesn't speak a word of English) the facilities are inadequate and overpriced.
2 dry Saunas - small and big. Both are not heated and you have to continuously pour water in the stones for it to be even a little warm.
wet Sauna- small and again not enough heat.
Pool and changing room - small and not comfortable.
The lounge doesn't have a bartender and the chairs are made of plastic. Not comfortable and definitely not worth paying 45 euro per person for.
