This is a revised review. I initially had a bad experience with one employee but won’t hold it against the business. However, the manager reached out to me personally to reconcile the situation. I was pleasantly surprised by the call and he offered to redo the print work. I would definitely recommend Park Slope Copy Center they have been my trusted source for getting materials printed over the past few years, the manager is responsive and truly does care about the business and satisfying the clients.
Way too expensive and hide the prices. Small paper poster print costs >$80 and no way to see standard prices - only to contact their sales and they quote you personally - shady.
I'm glad I found a reliable source for my printing needs! They were able to accommodate me with the same day service for a very reasonable fee. Overall just a pleasant experience.

We've been printing by them A LOT for a while. Recently, they made mistakes, refused to take responsibility and charged us for it. We tried contacting them regarding the issue but there was no one to talk to. We're now printing with their competition. Not a smart way to grow/hold on to your customers.
This is the place to go whenever you need some printing on anything. Good service. Quick service, pleasure doing business with them. Highly recommend it

This was my first experience with Printique and I had questions about print size and image quality before I sent the files online for processing. Maya was super helpful and the prints I picked up today look terrific, thanks to her patient assistance on the phone.
Excellent customer service. Convenient lab location in Brooklyn. Professional staff, quality printing. 10% discounts avail if you search the internet. This is the printing lab of Adorama, known for quality and service in photo and digital media. If you are able to upload your own files, you can print here. It's not a custom lab, but it works great with quick turn around (rush orders for some extra reasonable $). Shipping was useful.
I go here to drop off return packages, and Milton and everyone at the shop are always super helpful, friendly and warm. Highly recommend them for all services they offer!
I can call this my second home since I am constantly here for my business and personal returns/printing stuff! The staff here have become family to me and provide outstanding service. The owner, Milton, is also so polite with customers and employees! It's so lovely to see a boss being nice to everyone.

They tried to charge me for a UPS drop-off (a free UPS service), then said “this is America” when I questioned it. I found this to be extremely unprofessional and lacking in common decency. I will walk 4 more blocks and go to the UPS store.
I've ordered from Printique multiple times and always received incredible prints. The quality of the prints and paper quality are outstanding. On a recent order of mine, I noticed a printing error a several prints, which would indicate an issue with the printing equipment. Although I wish that the issue was noticed before the prints were shipped to me, Jack Peters with Printique's customer support, was quick to reply to my email, reprocess the order, and ship the prints back in time to give them as a gift to family. If the usual print quality wasn't enough already, the customer service from Jack and Printique has earned my loyalty.
I went into the shop with an unusual request to print an image on thicker paper than what printers usually handle. They were willing to give it a try and produced just what I needed for my project. Excellent service.

A good handful of rolls I’ve sent in over the past year came back with huge puncture marks on the last frame, basically ruining the photo (see examples).
When I eventually asked the person at the front desk about them, she insisted that the damage is unavoidable in the loading process and that I should turn on some (nonexistent) setting on my camera to leave some space at the end of the roll. Not only does this setting not exist, but the fact that this damage only happens sometimes despite me using the same camera and film stock should indicate that the problem is likely in the way they’ve handled my film.
It was disappointing that they couldn’t take responsibility for the damage and offer reassurance that it wouldn’t happen again. If I had an especially important roll I needed for personal or professional purposes, I definitely wouldn’t take the chance with Griffin again.

Printique (and especially Jack) was awesome. I needed some photos to be printed out because I was planning something special for our anniversary for my wife. We were leaving in a day or two so you can image I needed the photos ASAP! Jack went above and beyond and got my photos printed for me in time. This is a business you can depend on for high quality photos - I needed photos to cut out and put in a locket so you can image the high level of detail needed for this type of photo. The photo was much higher quality, more detailed and higher resolution than what was provided by the store where I purchased the locket.

I go here often (mostly to print return slips and send away USPS/UPS) and the team is always fast, nice and courteous. Great neighborhood shop
HIGHLY recommend, I was able to email them my files and 20+ page script before walking over to their shop, they quickly printed it all very affordably, and I was in and out within minutes. The whole thing took maybe 15-20 minutes from sending the email to picking up the prints? I couldn't believe the speed. Will def be back, so so kind and helpful too!
I have ordered from Printique twice now and have loved their products. As artist, high quality prints are very important to me and I have certainly found that a Printique. I am also happy to report that their customer service is wonderful! I have spoken to Jack Peters twice now as I had some questions about the my orders and he was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Skink Ink is an exceptional printing studio. An incredible artist friend whom I trust implicitly for the quality and execution of his work, had told me about them when I lived in Brooklyn, down the street from Skink Ink. Philip and his team are incredible; talented, diligent, meticulous, and overly generous with their advice and time. They treat you with care and consideration and make you feel like you are the most important artist and customer they've ever had. I have been working with them for almost a decade now and every single order, no matter how small or large has been delivered with efficiency, ease, and with the highest quality. I have a very hard time telling their print apart from my original watercolour painting. I was worried after moving to a different city that I wouldn't have the same access and service, but I was foolishly wrong. The package of 24 prints that arrived within 48 hours of shipping, was flawless. Each piece was thoughtfully packed with not one blemish. I cannot say enough about Philip, Casey, Ben, Vera, and the rest of the team who have helped me over the years. I am so grateful and so happy that I can proudly say my prints are from Skink Ink! I cannot imagine there is a better printing studio out there!

I worked with Printique for a surprise album for my wife. I was impressed on two fronts: 1) the quality of the product was excellent - better than I expected. 2) The customer service was very good. I spoke with Jack on the phone several times to confirm the order's status and ensure it would be delivered on time. Each time, he was kind, professional, and very helpful. I’d like to thank Milton and his team for an amazing help and service throughout the years I’ve lived in the area. The returns they provide, the printing and the quality of paper is excellent! I recently attended the Counting Crows concert at Jones Beach Northwell Health Arena, and had front row seats. I caught some amazing images of the band! I worked with Jack Peters, a truly wonderful person who is the definition of what customer service means! He guided me with the printing of my images on Dye Sublimation Metal Prints, which I will now gift to the band in Bridgeport CT Wed evening 7/19/23. I'm sure the Crows will be fully impressed with the results, as I have been!

I love working with Skink Ink! I am new to reproducing my watercolors. I didn't understand what I needed to do for scanning and reproducing my artwork as giclee prints, but with wonderful customer service and guidance, they made the whole process easy to understand and seamless. Of course, the best part is that the scans of my artwork and archival prints they create from the scans always look as beautiful as my originals. They are true artists who know how to capture the original perfectly. I highly, highly recommend Skink Ink!
After years as a happy customer for my business printing, I no longer will print here due to their bait and switch/ ripoff pricing. I put in an order as usual and the price they quoted was 3x more than it ever was .

With the help of the friendly and professional staff, everything I wasn't sure of or undecided on before was replaced by an informed design choice and an overall feeling of joy- and most importantly confidence that the prints will look great! Old manager was amazing . The new young kids that run the place are dishonest , will paid your bill and pretend it is normal prices . I have invoices from here for years - these kids are fleecing you . Frauds . Can no longer recommend .
Amazing service, extreme quality. I have exhibited my photos in major museum/auction house with the print from Skink Ink, always top of the line quality and I never had a problem with the most picky collector. In additional, their staff are very friendly and I was cutting in close to their closing time when I need to pick up and they were able to accommodate. Thank you! Recommended.

Amazing. This is actually the only copy place that I use. And not even just for the convenient location. The staff is amazing in assisting me with the sizes and best ways to get the most for my money. Their patience with my son when I come in for lengthier projects has turned into a super cool relationship. He loves it there as much as I do! Social distancing is respected which I appreciate as well. There are times I’m in a rush & I just email them and I’m in and out! Really helpful place. As and event planner & art teacher I’m always in there for something and I truly wouldn’t rather give my business to anyone else !
The Park Slope Copy Center is the go-to place for all your office printing needs and more. There are two well-maintained self-serve black & white / color printers, as well as personal counter service for more elaborate copy jobs. I especially love their customer set-up for printing digital files from one their computers, either via internet cloud-based file access, or via your own thumb-drive. It’s an easy and user-friendly setup. The staff is super-professional and always cheery. Do check out all their services, as they can do quite elaborate print jobs. Highly recommended.

You guys are literally "one's phone call away" and a complete life saver today. The sound quality was perfect and the turn around time was phenomenal. I can't believe that you actually made it happen. I called you, I told you what recordings, you were able to locate them online with the information I provided, and you literally completed the job in less than 10 minutes efficiently.
