Printique

This was my first experience with Printique and I had questions about print size and image quality before I sent the files online for processing. Maya was super helpful and the prints I picked up today look terrific, thanks to her patient assistance on the phone.

Excellent customer service. Convenient lab location in Brooklyn. Professional staff, quality printing. 10% discounts avail if you search the internet. This is the printing lab of Adorama, known for quality and service in photo and digital media. If you are able to upload your own files, you can print here. It's not a custom lab, but it works great with quick turn around (rush orders for some extra reasonable $). Shipping was useful.

I've ordered from Printique multiple times and always received incredible prints. The quality of the prints and paper quality are outstanding. On a recent order of mine, I noticed a printing error a several prints, which would indicate an issue with the printing equipment. Although I wish that the issue was noticed before the prints were shipped to me, Jack Peters with Printique's customer support, was quick to reply to my email, reprocess the order, and ship the prints back in time to give them as a gift to family. If the usual print quality wasn't enough already, the customer service from Jack and Printique has earned my loyalty.

Printique (and especially Jack) was awesome. I needed some photos to be printed out because I was planning something special for our anniversary for my wife. We were leaving in a day or two so you can image I needed the photos ASAP! Jack went above and beyond and got my photos printed for me in time. This is a business you can depend on for high quality photos - I needed photos to cut out and put in a locket so you can image the high level of detail needed for this type of photo. The photo was much higher quality, more detailed and higher resolution than what was provided by the store where I purchased the locket.

I have ordered from Printique twice now and have loved their products. As artist, high quality prints are very important to me and I have certainly found that a Printique. I am also happy to report that their customer service is wonderful! I have spoken to Jack Peters twice now as I had some questions about the my orders and he was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Jack made the experience of ordering from Printique all the better!!

I can't say enough great things about Printique! The quality of prints at a great price-point, their attention to detail and the care they put into each and every order is unmatched. I've been using Printique for many years, and they're been an incredible partner with projects I've had that have nonprofits as beneficiaries.

Most recently, I had a large issue at work where a photograph was damaged and needed an immediate replacement. They were able to get this print ordered, and even guaranteed delivery less than 48 hours later. I'm so thankful for this team, especially Jack who was so courteous and treated this problem as if it were his own. Attached are a couple photos where Printique's services were used; the rainbow wall contains 100% Printique prints and the Pantone Very Peri wall is 50% prints.

I worked with Printique for a surprise album for my wife. I was impressed on two fronts: 1) the quality of the product was excellent - better than I expected. 2) The customer service was very good. I spoke with Jack on the phone several times to confirm the order's status and ensure it would be delivered on time. Each time, he was kind, professional, and very helpful. I couldn't recommend Printique any more highly!
