This photo print company was a lifesaver for me. I needed paperwork printed and googled a print shop. Acro Photo Print shop came up. I got there and had a hard time trying to send them the email to print. Steve was very kind and told me no worries please take your time. I would highly suggest you go here for printing needs. I can’t say enough good things about Acro. I recently went to them for help dividing up my law school textbooks into smaller, rebound pieces. It was the best decision I have made! The final product was better than I could have hoped for.
Before heading to law school, I used Acro for a lot of print jobs. They always delivered on time (and often early!) and I never saw a single issue with any of the print jobs. I would recommend calling them up for any of your printing needs!

Need a Notary? The UPS store has a Notary Monday - Friday. I needed something notarized and I was pleased with the diligence in reviewing the documents first. I recommend calling ahead to confirm times.
Amazing place! We were confused if it was a storefront but it’s actually inside the 75 maiden lane building 5th floor. The guy was super sweet and helpful! Got our printing done in minutes! We just moved in and printed our artwork IN TOP QUALITY. I recommend this place to everyone!!!!
The team has been incredibly responsive and helpful both by the phone and email. If you are looking to visit, it is best to book an appointment through a website. For a quote, I sent a request online and they responded right away with many options.
Pretty horrible people working here. Extremely rude, and of absolutely no help. Apparently you are unable to package your own package with your own tape inside the store?? UPS corporate said this was absolutely not a thing when called so definitely just scummy business practices to get you to pay for their overpriced packaging service, hopefully corporate addresses this. Go to another UPS store and save yourself a headache
good, but small space, and during covid there were lines out the door, it is still slow moving, but that is fine since there is less demand
This place is great. I worked on a project with Kyrolos and it was very easy. The finished flier looked very professional. If you need help with fliers, copies or layouts this Is the place to go- excellent personalized service!
My experience here was phenomenal! The desk attendant who helped me, Rodwell, was very welcoming and helpful with my request. He made sure everything I needed was completed, and had a great attitude! Will be back for any printing needs, and a high recommendation for all Fi-Di friends! Thank you!

I called them last minute as I was in NY for an event. Asked them to print out some business cards for me and they literally stopped what they were doing to be able to accommodate me as soon as possible. (No other shop I called was willing to work with me.)

Simply put this store is terrible! Not only is included the customer services abysmal! The sales rep behaves as if he’s annoyed with you for being a customer. The old adage holds true, if you do not like your job, why are you working that job, find another! She is very dismissive, and I personally wish I had his name so you could report him yourself. The rating for this store is authentic!

Extremely satisfied with their work. We had a quick turnaround for a legal binder printing. I reached out and they were able to start printing within the hour. Finished up the work accurately and effectively in way less time than I had previously expected. I was surprised by the customer service and their attention to detail. I would use hundred percent again. Their reliability made a huge difference in my case!

This used to be one of the best stores in the city. Employees have always been good natured, and they went out of their way to help. I ship 20 or so packages a week, and would come here religiously even though it was out of my way. Unfortunately, whoever is in charge recently started nickel-and-diming customers for everything. One of the reasons I really liked this place is because they didn't do that. They were a store that actually put their customers first. No longer. It used to be something special. Now it's just another run of the mill, less than outstanding, UPS store. Bummer.
Amazing accuracy, helpful, and quick work of any job they are provided. I first called them as I needed to have some resumes printed for a career expo and interviews. Not only were they happy to help me, but they also allowed me to use my own resume paper and were not hesitant at all to grab the file from my usb drive. Very professional quality work, staff, and very fair competitive pricing. I highly recommend Acro Printing.
These stores are franchises. They are not UPS. This store lost my $1,000 laptop I was returning to Apple. And took no responsibility, wouldn't even answer my calls. Or check the store's camera. At the time of drop-off I was told by the clerk I didn't need a receipt. And so I had no record to show that I had indeed dropped it off. I have no doubt the package was stolen by the clerk or someone else in the store. The owner is named Brad Kaplan he owns 8 other stores.Don't do business at any of them. The owner is dishonest. PS always demand a receipt.

Understaffed. Regularly closes in the middle of the day for long breaks because they only have one person working. Improperly packed a lamp of mine and it was totally busted by the time it arrived.
Wish I could give Midtown Copy Center more stars—extremely personable & wonderful service. I'll be back whenever I need another copy job done! Joseph was just awesome, thank you so much again!!
I recently visited Manhattan printing for a quick copy and print job and I had such a great experience! The process was fast and easy, and the worker who assisted me was so pleasant. They even gave me a free mouse pad. Highly recommend!
Team is incredibly friendly except one person who always makes a hard time costumers, not the first time it’s happened.
I wish I had asked the customer service person his name. The line was outside the store, and he was working alone. He was courteous and efficient. He didn't lose his patience at all. In fact most of the customer service employees are courteous. Shout out to the customer service employee who worked Monday, 5/22/2023 @ 5 PM. I told him verbally, he was the best!

Terrible customer service!! I printed scientific posters there twice. The first time was fine, the second time had a terrible experience.
There were problems with the way some features looked after printing and they didn’t care at all. The lady barely looked at me when I was explaining her the problem. I will go somewhere else next time.

Joseph came through CLUTCH for me and my whole team. We had a last minute same day urgent print order we needed for client meetings and conferences and Joseph was able to print in just an hour and deliver same day! Absolute life saver and pleasure to work with. Definitely recommend Midtown Copy over any FedEx, Staples, etc.!!!

I was recently in this store….. there was a irate customer trying to get something shipped for free was belittling staff members calling them racial slurs . I was very impressed with the employees. They stayed calm and handle it very professionally. After customer left they were very friendly with me and helped explain packing services .
This ranks as one of the best service experiences I have ever had in my life, full stop. I am taking a minute from a very busy schedule to write this review because I really think this store deserves it. Not only did I get the 70mmx50mm photos to the exact specifications required by a foreign service, but I was treated in a kind and respectful manner, with much positivity and swiftness. Highly recommend.
We used these guys to print up programs for our fundraiser. We were very picky and made lots of changes; they were not at all phased, got the job done according to specifications and we had beautiful programs to hand out at our event.

Comes out to $2.34 for one B&W regular print. They have just about anything you might need for a project. Really nice people that work there
This organization is top notch! Professionalism, excellent communication, ease of transactions and most important, the finished product was high quality and beautifully done; better than expected. Not only that, but the turn around time should have been 2-3 days according to their website BUT the job (100 booklets) went to production in the morning and was finished the same day!!! now that is truly amazing! My experience with print facility is great have been doing business with them for the pass 11yrs..i strongly recommend this business to do all of your job..if you need prints for anything..you can pick up or have them send directly to you via email or pdf.

I can’t speak highly enough of Frames and Stretchers. I recently decided to get one of my drawings professionally framed and my experience with Frames and Stretchers was leaps and bounds above my past custom framing experience at a different business. They treated my work with the utmost care and respect and worked with me to figure out what type of frame would work best with my piece, unlike other framers who just want to sell you on the most expensive option. The price is very reasonable for the quality and service provided—highly recommend!

love this place! I needed canvas stretching for a show and received beautiful interlocking stretchers. I had an artwork on paper that needed framing. Anais recommended museum glass and a gorgeous natural wood frame, it came out awesome. very good customer service

These guys are the best - super quick, friendly, and reliable. You can upload your documents to their website and they'll email you within minutes requesting instructions. Give them complicated instructions and they don't seem to break a sweat.

Wow what a find! I purchased a burlap coffee sack in Colombia a few years ago. And I have gone to multiple framers in the city to get it mounted. No one could give me a direct answer on how they would do it that I was always left unsure of what the final product would look like. And since the sack would have to be cut up I didn't want to do something I'd end up hating. Thank god I waited until I found these guys! The moment I walked in they were clear and concise about methods and options for the final product. They were so helpful in working with me with the budget I had and still wanting to make it look perfect. Esp the frame! I was going to choose a different (more $) one and they suggested the one I got which was less $ and so perfect for the finish! I think I have been going to low grade consumer companies this whole time - these guys are artistic professionals and will be my go-to place from now on!!

Basic robbery. Worst place I've ever seen ! They charge 3$ each printing process in addition to the actual price. 9$ for 20 printed pages.
We had a complex print job for an exhibition--we had lots of back and forth and short deadlines--and VC totally came through, and gave us beautiful materials and great service. We would definitely use this place again for anything similar, and I like very much the non-chain atmosphere. Very helpful front desk people, too.
Yes, they get the job done. But so do hundreds of other copy places in NYC. Overpriced is an understatement. I came to them with a very specific amount of copies to be done, so they gave me the total price. When when I came back to get the copies, I was surprised to find they were charging me $8 more from the initial price I was given. The guy with the long hair who works there is extremely rude. I will certainly never go back there, even though I'm a Columbia student and it's convenient location-wise. TERRIBLE PLACE.
I think it is professional, offering the kind of binding I wanted. The staff there is kind and efficient. Others say it's expensive, I think the price is acceptable. The binding was $2.75 and the cover was $4 before tax.
