Excellent service from the guy Endry, very kind and patient, I would recommend his service. The only thing I didn't like about the store was that they have that guy working alone and I think that is abusive on the part of the owner to have that guy alone all day without giving him space to rest. I felt sorry for the guy because he is very attentive and helps all customers but I think they should have another person helping him
This place is a rip off. They over charge you to hold your boxes and they charge by the day...Thankfully i picked it up after 1 day but after receiving my packages i wound up paying more than the packages itself. Absolutely horrible place. I do not recommend receiving your packages here.

Just had the worst experience at ups ever. The customer service here is usually awesome, but today I was greeted by the rudest unhelpful customer service rep TANIA. She refused to help me on the computer, was so condescending, I had to apologize for not being computer efficient, she than proceeds to the computer and aggressively presses the button and says that’s where you put your email!! Needless to say I didn’t get done what I came for, I asked her on my way out why was she so rude to me, and she just smirked and made funny faces. I’ve lived in this neighborhood 24 years and never received customer service so terrible!!!
I actually went back, but seen TANIA WAS STILL THERE, and just didn’t go in. Guess I’ll try another service. very disappointed in UPS.

Destiny was super helpful, very patient, and friendly. She was very knowledgeable in helping me out with the return process. She communicated with me through the entire process and answered all my questions. Destiny definitely made my trip to The UPS Store a 10 out of 10 service. Thank you!
If you wish to avoid a disappointing experience, it's best to steer clear of this location. The printer is in disrepair, resulting in subpar printouts. Furthermore, when you raise concerns, they offer to reprint but insist on charging for both the faulty prints and the replacements. Their customer service leaves much to be desired, and their professionalism is lacking.
