ordered a vegan breakfast muffin with a side of mushrooms (£2.35)... my side of mushrooms consisted of HALF of one mushroom.. When i queried this, the response was "sorry, we'll bring you the other half", as if one mushroom was sufficient as a side 🤷♂️... probably dont go there if you're hungry
Boston Tea Party has a small space, yet a very friendly welcoming place at the cebter of the town. I had the egg benedicts which has radishes and zaatar and delicious. An excellent experience at Bath!
Lovely visit, probably the best toastie I have had at kingsmead brilliant job from the kitchen team. Service was fast and speedy and the bar team smashed it as per usual! (I really miss the boss burger)

Lovely location in Kingsmead Square. My daughter and I sat outside and ordered via the QR code (which is a great way to order without queue pressure!)

Nice little place at a good location on Kingsmead road in Bath. Staff are super friendly and attentive and got us a table as soon as we arrived. We placed the order online by scanning the QR code on the table (though there is the option to order at the counter once you have made your selection from the menu). We took the veggie breakfast and it was all prepared fresh and came out hot! The corn fritters and hash browns were outstanding and the other items were good too. Their focus on helping the planet by being environment friendly showed in little things like getting toast with butter already applied on them rather than giving plastic packs of these items which reduces food wastage and packaging going into landfill. They also only do drinks in reusable cups which can be bought or borrowed in store. All in all a good cafe with good food which does it's bit for the planet. What's not to love!
If I could leave 0 stars I would, absolute disgusting customer service! Wrong drink given and I was refused to change it. Asked if I could please get the order corrected and had a blatant no! Arrogant staff who certainly do not serve with a smile. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
Have been here so many times because it's excellent! The staff are always so friendly and happy to help. Have always enjoyed the food, whether breakfast or lunch, and have just a massive smile put on my face from the most recent addition to the brunch menu.

Good range of Brit and world breakfasts/lunches. We had a fry-up and scrambled eggs on sourdough. Both very nice.

Love this place! Been there many times for lunch. Chilled vibes, lovely staff and plenty of seating. Kid and dog friendly too. The menu includes all day breakfasts including vegan and veggie options, burgers, eggs Benedict, and much more! Have to say I tend to go for the veggie breakfast as it's delicious and good value for money 😋 💕 The smoothies they do are yummy too!
We came here for breakfast and it was bang on! We had the Veggie breakfast and it was all cooked to perfection. The staff were friendly and the food came out quickly. There is plenty of seating and the atmosphere was chilled. Definitely recommend!
We came here on a visit to Bath as we read some good reviews about the place. However, while most of the food we ordered was good, the cornbread that came with the cowboy beans was atrocious- I think it was a bad batch as it tasted like straight baking soda. We brought this to attention of the servers and they said they chucked the rest of it. However, until I asked for a discount there was barely any sort of compensation offered by the restaurant staff. One of the female servers did ask us to come for a free coffee later on. However, I felt like we weren’t taken seriously, maybe if we were a different color they might have taken us more seriously but that’s just an assumption I’m making.
Love this place; I do occasionally find that the music can be a little loud if sat inside but the quality of the food and respect from the staff almost makes you forget that!

Staff are wonderful, welcoming and super friendly. The menu has great options and openly brags about their homemade hash browns, which (after eating rather a lot of them) is totally valid, because they are STUNNING.
Muffin was delicious, boss breakfast was also delicious. I simply can't fault it :)
Oh and the hot drinks are amazing! Best vanilla latte I have had in a long while! (If not THE best!?)

Felt like we waited a long time for our order to be taken and waited a while for the breakfasts, which some of the items were hot, some were tepid.

No option to add extras, as the portion sizes don’t satisfy folks with a larger appetite.
Avoid the decaf tea as it’s just too weak for a tea pot. Maybe get in Yorkshire Tea for a decent brew

Not only did they recommend one of their special smoothies to help with my hangover – a surprising but effective choice – they also suggested the perfect breakfast: a full English.

I’m not sure if this place has changed owners since the last reviews but today I paid £10.95 for a single piece of brown toast with some avocado mushed on, with two poached eggs on top. If you order the regular toast, it’s £5.95 for two pieces of bread with butter, jam and marmalade.
It was tasty enough but the prices are disproportionately high even by Bath’s standards and there was no offered choice on bread (white, brown) or how the eggs were cooked (poached, fried). The service was friendly at the counter but alas the toilet utterly filthy.

A great little cafe with a good selection of indoor and outdoor seating facing a busy square. Lots of people watching available! Delish breakfast, great fruit smoothie. Just the right balance between proper old school cafe and hipster central. Great place to eat, read, and watch the world wander by.

Excellent cafe just across the street from the railway station. Outside seating for some but plenty more inside. Had a large family for breakfast time and we all had different choices. Everyone has wonderful food, coffee and tea. The staff were attentive and professional.
Had a full english breakfast here and it was delicious! It was however on the expensive side but for Bath prices, the food tasted amazing. The vegan breakfast was also very very good!

Glorious little cafe in Bath on a beautiful pedestrianised street, very close to the Royal Crescent. Super friendly team and delicious food.
Lovely cafe just opposite the train station. Food was superb. Just really good. Can't praise the place enough. It felt really relaxed. Lots to look at out the windows as well.

We wondering a while looking for a breakfast spot, and definitely happy we found the Courtyard Cafe.
A bit of a different menu with some experimental flavours, but extremely tasty and very decent portions. Staff were lovely and attentive and the coffee was also great!

Fantastic experience!!! We saw this place was highly rated and as they didnt have an online menu, we just decided to turn up to see what they had. After about a 15 minute wait for a table (which we just saw as a good sign as the rest of the street was empty but this place was packed), we got served really quickly (especially considering how busy they were) and the server gave loads of options to make many of the dishes vegan which was very nice and accommodating which in the end was a tomato and red pepper hash with beans and toast. I had scrambled eggs on sourdough with some beans as an extra which all tasted amazing and super fresh!
Best breakfast ever... asked for no mushrooms and they substituted it for a second egg. Hash brown was not greasy and bacon was tasty. If I'm ever back in Bath I'll come back with no hesitation.
Absolutely beautiful place. Great food, food brought out really quickly.Staff were lovely and friendly and all staff were happy in their work and no one looked stressed. Definately will be going back!

I had heard a lot of good things about BTP so thought we should try. What a place! We popped in for brunch. The place was busy even on Monday. Simply and quick. Friendly and prompt service. Freshly cooked breakfast, delicious fruit juice 🍉. Very good coffee and easy to ordered from their app via QR code. Highly recommended if you’re looking for somewhere to catch up with friends without rushing. Really enjoyed it!

Looks lovely from the outside. Unfortunately the food does not match the first impression. Toasted panini was a flat bread, cream tea with 'scones' was only one scone and not a scone; some sort of sweet dough with runny clotted cream. It's a shame, as if you produced what was advertised we would not have been so disappointed to part with our money.
Stood at the till I thought I had made a grave mistake. The place looks weathered and a bit dim. But damn!!! The coffee is sublime, best I've had in bath for sure. Food is also not bad and you get those packets of mayonnaise that are better than any other mayonnaise for some reason.

A lovely spot for brunch! We enjoyed brunch on a busy Saturday morning, only waiting 10 minutes for a table. We enjoyed the Turkish Eggs, creamy mushrooms, and a selection of sandwiches/drinks. The staff were attentive and our food arrived quickly. The portions were generous and everything was well seasoned - I only wish the food arrived slightly hotter! We would definitely return on our next visit to Bath!

Appalling breakfast. Toast was not toasted - it was warm white bread. The sausage was clearly frozen and looked so nasty I didn't touch it... The bacon was not proper bacon, the beans were microwaved and the poached eggs were nice but done in a poacher... there is no 'chef' here that's for certain. There was literally nothing good about this breakfast. The whole cafe also needed a good clean... and finally, we were given no reciept and according to the menu prices we were overcharged by about £5! These people will scam you with a smile. I recommend AVOIDING!

Excellent little family run friendly independent. Called for brunch with my wife and daughter and sat outside. Although a busy Sunday, the service was prompt and efficient. I had the poached eggs on toast, which were fine. The eggs were nicely done. My daughter had Eggs Royal with an extremely generous amount of smoked salmon. The baklava was the best that I've tasted in a long time and the coffee was excellent. Some reviews have claimed that the cafe is a little expensive. I think that their prices are similar to other establishments in Bath. There is an element of "you get what you pay for".

I had a wonderful experience at Lulu cafe. The food was delicious, and the coffee was absolutely amazing. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff made it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. I highly recommend it!
My friend and I came here for a weekend brunch, and were very happy overall with our experience. The restaurant interior is bright and airy, and we were lucky enough to sit in a window bar seat. Our waitress was polite and friendly, and our food arrived quickly. It’s table service, with final bills settled at the counter. The food itself was delicious: each component of the Wild Beans & Avo breakfast was cooked perfectly and nicely seasoned. We’ll definitely return.
The Green Bird is a beautiful cafe and I love it here. The staff are so warm, friendly and attentive, especially Ellie she was so lovely and looked after us well. The food is excellent and presented beautifully, very wholesome and tasty. The coffee is also 10/10. Overall really enjoyed my brunch experience and will definitely be back.
Visited for a friends’ birthday bottomless brunch and was so impressed! 2 courses of food (massive portions too!) and continuous bubbles for £35pp. Honestly such good value as the food was excellent (especially the pancakes!) and the service was fab.

Service is slow, they took a while to give us tap water and utensils, and it took a while to get their attention. But the food is good. I had the vegetarian panini (cheese, tomato, pesto) and pictured here are the chicken paninis too. It is not too hard to get seats.
Favorite food stop in Bath! From the food, to the service, to the atmosphere, all were amazing. The decor is lovely. My waitress offered great recommendations and other staff were helpful and attentive. The food was delicious! I had the hummus bowl and a piece of the chocolate hazelnut cake and it was probably one of the best meals I ate my entire time in England. Highly recommend!

This attractive coffeeshop is attached to the home decor shop Blue. There is inside and outside seating, all with table service. There is a good brunch menu. I enjoyed Belgian waffles with bacon, egg and maple syrup along with a black coffee - giving me a great start to a busy day wandering the streets of Bath. I hope to go there again.

Popped in for breakfast without any great expectations and we’re served the most delicious Full English breakfast. Sourdough toast topped with 2 poached eggs, delicious high quality bacon and a meaty butcher’s sausage, accompanied by grilled tomatoes, a large flat cap mushroom, spicy baked beans and hash browns. The veggie option was just as good. Best I’ve had in a long time and good service too. Highly recommended!
They offer a variety of choices of breakfast/brunch ideas that you can choose from. My friends like their iced coffee (a secret recipe with avacado) and I like their cuppaccino with oak milk. Customers can order food via mobile apps, and the screen flow design is easy to find food you like and then pay in one-go.

Enjoyed it here. Friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere. It's tucked away so I had to follow Google maps to find it. I went because the write up said it was reasonably priced. I personally didn't think it was that much cheaper than anywhere else but then I guess its city and tourist prices. 😕 they were good at accommodating my daughter though with a kids dish not on the menu. My food wasn't the best I've tried but it was okay. And edible. The lady who served us was lovely and very friendly. Would still go again and try a different dish.

Great food in a pleasant atmosphere. Only issue was the server did not check back after a few bites to see if meal was okay. I did have an issue during my second visit and was unable to have it acknowledged until the end of my meal. Regardless, I would still highly recommend you go, you'll love it!
Location at centre of park is good, with a sunny view, but if you're after good quality food, some sort of atmosphere and, especially, friendly service, there are numerous other better choices in the area. The staff really don't seem to treat patrons with care. Re food, the milk frappes are a bit gummy, but we did enjoy the lemon pie. Coffee was below average.

Visited for breakfast and drinks while in Bath for tye weekend, the food was better than some high end restaurants we Visited.
There can be a queue during lunch time, but not that long. Although not much variety in the menu, but all taste great. The cakes are on the sweeter side, but normal for the UK. It’s dog friendly, so a lot of dogs inside.

Would love to return again next time I visit England.
It definitely is worth trying the baklava which is vegan, but tastes absolutely amazing!
An excellent treat for the whole family. We took the grandchildren here today and they loved it, especially the babychinos! Busy restaurant but helpful staff seated us quickly, food took a while but well worth the wait. Great lunch, thankyou.
If you are looking for a simple and delicious meal, this is the place. there are loads of cake choices, too. Highly recommend Coconut Chicken salad (slightly spicy) and carrot cake. It is located inside the shop, called The Loft.
However, the service is not good that in our second visit, staff committed to come take order of cake after we finished our main/salad. and we waited for long, seeing her around and chatting with people and don't help us order. I gave up to order dessert. I am disappointed by their service.

Really good weekday lunches but the big surprise was how good their Sunday roast is! Friendly, great food exceeded expectations

We enjoyed a delicious cream tea! (£8). Seemed reasonably priced with the location! The scones were moist and buttery and the clotted cream and jam complimented perfectly with them! The pot of tea for one was plenty and stayed nice and warm the duration of our brunch!

One of my favorite little cafes! Highly recommend their sautéed mushrooms on toast! There was a queue to get in but it goes down quickly! The staff are really lovely, our order was accidentally forgotten we were waiting about 35 mins (it was Saturday and very chaotic) the staff were lovely and sorted it straight away! She even gave me another free Earl grey free of charge. Food was well worth the wait! Second time visiting whilst being in bath and will be returning when back!

Tucked away on a little cobblestone street you’ve got a great coffee, brunch and lunch spot in Bath. It is only a 4-minute walk from the Roman Baths so centrally located in the city.
They don’t take reservations but be patient and wait, it’s worth it! We got a table by the window and quite enjoyed sitting next to each other tucked in a little corner. It’s quite a cozy place. We started with a cappuccino (of course) and a fresh glass of orange juice. I had the Bubble and Squeak (mask, leek, cabbage, poached egg, hollandaise sauce and bacon) and Trevor had the Eggs Benedict. We left satisfied and ready to take on the beautiful city of Bath. The staff were extremely friendly as well.
Wild Cafe also runs on 100% renewable electricity and they recycle, reuse and shop second-hand as much as possible to help the environment. They even have some plans to serve the first zero carbon eggs, Benedict, in the near future!
Ps. Make sure you check out the washrooms on your way out, there are some pretty neat comics on the walls. I know it’s weird that I’ve got a thing for bathrooms, but believe me. Just go and have a look. Wash your hands while you’re at it!

Had a delicious breakfast here - good quality ingredients and cooked perfectly, plus great coffee. My husband is quite (very) fussy about his flat white coffee but he was happy with this one! There are lots of staff working and the food came quickly and with a friendly manner. Thank you, nicely full now. 😉

A beautiful little gem ! It’s on one of the most famous bridges in the world Pulteney Bridge in the city of bath ! Menu is easy to read and priced very well from burgers , sandwiches and a range of pasta and top deserts ! Seating is amazing with views ! Staff are cool & very child friendly! Grazie for for looking after us today plus coffee is amazing!
There just have 3tables which next to the window and you can enjoy the lovely river scenery. Me and my boyfriend were lucky but a lady was refused by the waiter because she came alone. She must be disappointed.
We were a group of 8 today, wanting to share a few pots of tea, but were required to buy 8 pots to get 8 cups. Quite rudely told to go elsewhere if we didn’t like the arrangement. The cafe could do with a facelift I feel and a more convivial approach all round. Disappointing.
