HB "updated" the app at the end of November, and in the process, my entire account credit ($30) DISAPPEARED. :'-( No explanation from the store staff; they admitted today there have been **numerous** complaints. (Apparently I'm not the only one!) The app doesn't have account support, so I'm hoping leadership sees this and makes it right .... for EVERYONE.
This classic cafe in old Town Fort Collins is always worth the wait! We were lucky enough to score 2 bar seats upon arrival. We immediately ordered two fresh squeezed orange juice mimosas after friendly banter with our superstar waitress, Reagan! My friend and I opted for Cornbeef hash items, with eggs and Benedict style. Both were delicious. The entire experience was excellent,as always, but the service and the food are always better when kind employees and customers are involved!

Great service, fantastic waffles. They’ve been working to up their game with better local Boulder coffee and are always happy to give the best breakfast. A regular stop for us since our munchkins ask to come back all the time.

We love The Waffle lab! The chicken and waffles are amazing! It’s so fun to try the unique savory combinations and you can’t go wrong with any of the sweet ones either! Our kids love these waffles too, and the environment is perfect for stopping in for a quick lunch.
Waffle Lab is probably my favorite breakfast place in Fort Collins, and there are a ton of great ones to choose from. Their liege waffles are life-changing; you'll never want regular waffles again! The chicken and waffles is my favorite savory dish, and every component is delicious! The waffles are sweet and don't get soggy, the chicken is fried to perfection, and the sausage gravy is delightful. Their sweet waffles are all amazing, and their fruit cup is huge and full of high-quality fresh fruit. The servers are always cheery and nice, and whenever I get pick-up there is a little doodle on the bag (which I love!). The parking lot is a bit annoying to get in and out of, but it's well worth it! It's also within a short walking distance from the parking garages downtown, which is very convenient! Overall just a great waffle and a great experience!
I love the waffle lab!! I am obsessed with their chicken & waffles. I don't really like gravy and I LOVE their rosemary gravy. The chicken tenders are cripsy and you can tell they're fresh, and the waffles are so rich and delicious. My only compliant is I wish they were open all day :) We love going here after a night out or when were feeling lazy and want a nice hearty breakfast.
My family and I came to get some drinks and the inside has 15+ wasps swarming everywhere around the coffee and employees. Some of them were flying out to the cars in line and customers had to roll up their windows. When we asked the employee she said some people have been stung but overall they have been pretty chill. It sounds like this has been going on for awhile and no one in management or owner is doing anything for the safety and health of their employees and customers. I am extremely disappointed this is the type of environment allowed and cannot support this location if that is how it is managed! I took a screenshot of the video I took that shows two wasps at the top of a syrup.

Had a turkey sandwich and baileys (I believe) latte and it was fantastic. Nice ambiance inside restaurant

Really enjoyed the plant-based chorizo, hash browns and The Cure juice. Plenty of seats when we came in and there was a weekday special for the boozy drinks. Shannon was our server and was an absolute pleasure. Looking forward to going again!
We stopped here today after wanting to visit for awhile. The service was great and the food was amazing! I had the chicken and waffles, but I added an egg for an all around brunch experience. It was a perfect blend of savory and sweet. The portion sizes were good and matched the price we paid.
Butterfly Cafe was on my list of breakfast/coffee shops to try in Fort Collins. However, when I arrived on a normal Monday at 8:40am (store hours open at 7am) it was Closed. No sign as to why. I called the phone number a few times with no answer. I wish this business was more committed to its hours of operation so I could have tried it’s food/drink
I have been coming to the Silver Grill for over 20 years and it is definitely one of my most favorite places for breakfast ever! Amazing food, awesome atmosphere, awesome drink specials that pair well with breakfast, and some damn good cinnamon rolls! Our server Rachel was outstanding!
Our barista was so nice and he made the best pumpkin spice latte ever. Just the way I needed it. Sugar free.
The turkey sandwich is so good! The bread is fresh and soft. The mothers are blended real nicely and yummy.
Used drive through to purchase coffee and baked goods for three people. Orders taken by person directly instead of machine. The young man was pleasant and upbeat. Order was accurate and packaged carefully during busy traffic. Exxellent coffee and fresh scones.
Conveniently located in Fort Collins CO. Nice, clean Starbucks. Restroom was also clean, spacious & well stocked. Staff were very personable, as well as efficient. Inside looked nice, but the patio was spacious, with lots of tables & the sun was shining, so I sat there. My drink was delicious, as was their popcorn! A really good Starbucks location.
When any restaurant is successful for 90 years you suspect it might be good. This wonderful gem has stood the test of time. We enjoyed breakfast very much and it was delicious. I recommend you try the two egg breakfast with a choice of meat and add a pancake. The cinnamon rolls are also a must try. Thanks for exceeding high expectations.

Hands down my favorite coffee shop in Fort Collins. I've been coming here for 10+ years, and love the friendly staff and great atmosphere. Great for meeting friends or doing some studying. My go to is always an Espresso, but I think their machine is too high in pressure or too hot. Because it is always extremely bitter. All other drinks are amazing!
What a gem! A little tucked away spot that makes the find that much more fun. Beautiful little shop with loaded bookshelves, great coffee and super friendly people. Better check out the smothered green chili, breakfast burrito also!

I have been coming to this amazing mom and pop cafe for over a decade. Best smothered breakfast burrito in town! You will not find better service, they have perfected a homey cafe style cookery with love. No better place to kick start your day. It is a wonderful community gathering place as well.
This cafe is super cute! I was visiting Fort Collins and decided to stop by for lunch. It has a super cute atmosphere. They offer a variety of drinks from coffees to smoothie. All with vegan milk options. I tried the mango smoothie which was really good. They have breakfast and lunch food options. I enjoyed their garden veggie sandwich and asked them to replace the cheese with hummus to make it vegan. They have another sandwich that can be made vegan by just asking. Would definitely recommend stopping at this place for breakfast or lunch. I will eat here again next time I’m in Fort Collins.
Our party of five had an exceptional brunch here at the Silver Grill Cafe. Their in-house hollandaise sauce for the Eggs Benedict is one of the best that I've had in Fort Collins. The ham was high quality and exceptionally delicious, having a rich flavor. The hash brows were seasoned perfectly, very flavorful. The chai was sweet but not overpowering, I loved the spice and foam on top. Jillian was our server and she was absolutely amazing! She had an energetic, positive spirit and personality; her smile never left her face and was highly contagious. She catered to our specific needs without ever seeming to be inconvenienced. She was very vivacious, attentive and accommodating. The service she provided our table will be very hard to beat! The cafe was cute and quaint with historic touches of Old Town Fort Collins. They are known for their cinnamon rolls and they live up to their reputation. This restaurant is a must try while you're in Old Town!
Excellent breakfast stop! The coffee and breakfast sandwich were delicious. We’ve never had a breakfast sandwich on focaccia before, add in the avocado and it was perfect.
Russ is an excellent manager. He truly cares for his customers and team (you can visibly witness his genuineness). Highly recommend this location over Troutman for working and coffees 🙏

The staff in the morning are fantastic. I can't remember the name of the one who has glasses and wheres a green hat, but they are never without a good attitude. Morgan, is also great. She is talkative, encouraging, and both her and the other employee, seem to work very well together.

A wonderful place to meet up with friends, sip a cup of coffee, tea or my favorite Spicy Chai. The staff is welcoming with a greeting and smile. The menu is delicious. Even the customers are friendly.
Good food, location, and typically friendly service! I do wish the seating was more spread out. I always feel like I’m wedged up next to someone else’s table, so not the best spot for meetings or working in a space that feels semi-private. It’s a great spot to grab a quick bite or hang out with a group of friends!

My waffle came out barley a minute after I ordered it. It tasted cold & dry like it had been made awhile ago. Waste of $7. I used to love The Waffle Lab. I’ll be spending my money elsewhere anymore.
While I do like to visit the small independent coffee shops, what I appreciate most about Starbucks is the consistency I get from cup to cup, no matter which location I use.
Incredible. I have found my new favorite spot for coffee AND goodies. The perfect atmosphere and the service is so genuine and calm. I absolutely love it here and can't wait to go back. Coffee and breakfast burritos were DELICIOUS.

Excellent experience! The food and service were great. The Cure was an outstanding drink! My wife got the Hazlenut Cold Brew with Vanilla Cold Foam, and she loved it. We had the breakfast sandwich with bacon on it and the Avocado Cheddar Chicken Melt. We also got the fries and hashbrowns. Both were excellent. This is a must try place for breakfast.
What can I say? It's starbucks and its a consistently good cup of coffee... I'm a fan of a simple mocha without the fat (no fat milk and no whip).

Breakfast is a favorite meal, and Urban Egg is a breakfast-brunch treat in Old Town. Friendly staff and delicious food. Fried chicken and gravy, specialty pancakes to die for! Tip you only need 1 specialty pancake which they sell. 3 of them feeds a family of 5. Just go and thank us later.
Staff is unfriendly, they also told me they couldn't give me extra sweet cream (not that they would charge extra or anything just no we can't give it to you because you ordered it with less, some locations put way too much, others not enough) when there wasn't enough in my drink and that light ice is actually half the cup!!! I thought they have a guarantee about the drink being made the way you want since you're paying $5 and up for a coffee (that's mostly ice). Guess the manager was more interested in protecting starbucks CEO profits than the customer service guarantee.
Me and my friend ordered march as they both tasted like straight up milk. Paid 5 dollars for green milk 😭 do not recommend the one by CSU the one in old town is so much better ❤️
I loved this place. The staff were amazing, and helped me find the most senic route through the mountains. The food? Cooked perfectly. I had the eggs and bacon with hash browns. Bacon was light and crisp. The hash browns were nicely browned. Thank you for being a rememberable stop on my trip.

Absolutely amazing! Got the morning monkey shot to start off, then the pancakes - highly recommend the coconut and pineapple ones! My girlfriend and friend loved the blueberry and strawberry pancakes! The biscuits and gravy also was amazing! Best breakfast in Fort Collins!

Love the coffee! Always tasty. Friendly people, but we ordered bacon breakfast sandwiches and instead got breakfast burritos. They tasted mostly of onion so we didn't eat much of them. Weird! Not sure if there was a breakdown in communication, or that's just what they had. We will just get coffee the next time.
Love this place. Everyone is always kind and they have a large selection of yummy food for a coffee shop.I haven’t tried the coffee, but the menu for that is also extensive. In addition, they also serve alcohol. All the food I’ve tried has been great. Particularly liked the “Marli’s Favorite” sandwich. They get busy, but service is still fairly fast and there’s a really good amount of seating. Will always stop in at least once when visiting Fort Collins.

This place is beyond fantastic. This is where we will spending our Sunday mornings. The food was delicious and well worth the money. Why spend ungodly amounts of your hard earned money at some of these other places when you can get food fit for a queen ;) at Silver Grill Cafe!?! The portions are huge!

Very nice spot right across from CSU. The French toast was amazing and the Mac and cheese was pretty good too. The service was great and the people very nice and the bathrooms are quite clean.
I love their food usually first off. But over the last few months the quality of the to-go has gotten worse and worse. This time I was fed up. $18 for these small basically scraps of chicken tenders. Whered the full, juicy, high quality tenders go? Not to mention a drop of syrup provided. Please don't continue down this path TWL, I love your food 😔

This place is great. It's nestled above a small music shop in an unassuming business park, but that doesn't detract anything. They have great service and great food with plenty of seating. Also, the other customers are very nice.
Love the coffee. The young lady that was helping us was beyond amazing. Loved her upbeat and sunny disposition. We even found out we could buy the chocolate espresso beans.
Always great food and great service. Get early for the fresh baked cinnamon rolls, they're a must have to order here. Try the cinnamon roll french toast for an amazing treat. Sometimes a wait for a table on busy weekends, but it's worth your time!

Mountain Cafe always delivers on great food. It is welcoming, comfortable and the quality of the food is consistently excellent. Another thing that sets it apart from many other eateries is the wait staff. April, in particular, is an awesome waitress who welcomes everyone like family whether she is waiting on 12 tables or two. She is attentive, accommodating and doesn't leave any customer wanting anything. Mountain Cafe is a must for delicious home style cooking.
This place ticks all the boxes. Its got such an awesome history and the staff were so friendly and helpful. There was a bit of a wait on a Sunday morning but the line moved quickly. We had a wonderful meal. We tried both of their famous cinnamon options. The cinnamon roll came out warm and gooey and was a really nice balance of sweet and cinnamon. Their pecan roll was also savory and delicious. Shout out also to their eggs Benedict! Their hollandaise sauce has a spicy little kick that added a lot of flavor. The egg was perfectly cooked. Their kids menu was also fun with a sausage wrapped in a pancake. The breakfast was also very affordable. Definitely try this place out it was really amazing.
Food is delicious, well portioned, well priced and its a simple down to earth small town cafe. The mountain skillet is the staple. Service was quick but the waiting staff has always been short tempered and not the friendliest over the 5+ times ive visited. One of my go to breakfast joints, just wish the servers were more friendly (especially to each other).

Absolutely love Butterfly! This has been a weekly stop for our household since I first discovered it 4 years ago. You can never go wrong here. The sandwiches are amazing—the focaccia bread is SO good, and if you’re gluten intolerant like me they also use good gluten free bread. My go-to is the lunchbox! It’s a sandwich, cookie (today was a fresh baked oatmeal raisin), a bag of Boulder chips, and your choice of drink—I suggest the hibiscus refresher. They also make great breakfast, awesome coffee, and refreshing and nourishing smoothies! This is hands down one of the best little spots in Fort Collins. Bonus?! The tomato soup. Best. In. Town.
Best coffee place in town but the food can use some work! Ordered a BELT sandwich and got mostly burnt toast that ruined the flavor of the sandwich sadly. Hands down best atmosphere but this was a major disappointment!
Came to pick up only 4 drinks, the person in front ordered only one drink but talked to the employee in the windows forever. My cold brew only ended up being milk. The syrup is also all just gathered on the bottom, so there's definitely not cold brew, and it's not mixed.

Nice & cozy medium size diner. Very good breakfast. Biscuits and sausage gravy are great, and meal portion size was just right for a reasonable price. Server was nice and attentive, she was only one on duty, and was keeping up w all customers. Will def make this one of my regular breakfast spots!
I’ve never had a meal I didn’t enjoy here, the environment is cozy, and we always have fabulous service. Bella is always a treat when we get her!! My favorite is the chicken and waffle eggs Benedict but I level it up by putting sausage gravy on top and my husband loves the steak Oscar!
I came for Gluten Free Cinnamon Swirl pancakes and THEY WERE AMAZING (I only ordered one)!!! Hit the spot & was exactly what I wanted. I also ordered 2 eggs over medium with bacon & well done potatoes. Eggs were undercooked as were the potatoes. I'd probably just eat pancakes next time. Coffee was good & fresh brewed
Amazing food the ladies lovingly create sumptuous plates. We have never received a less then delicious meal. The kitchen and restaurant is kept so clean, that as a former health inspector, would recieve my highest marks. The owner knows how to keep a happy and professional staff. Check them out you will have an excellent meal at a great price.
This is one of the best brunch spots in Fort Collins! The wait is pretty long so make sure you hop in the online queue and then check in with the hostess when you arrive (I made the mistake not to once and it never got registered that I was in line)

Enjoyed a yummy breakfast quesadilla with a cappuccino, it was just what I needed to fuel me up for the day. This cozy coffee shop that is popular with the locals has a good selection of breakfast and lunch options. Prices are reasonable, portions ample and the food is tasty. Give it go for a quick meal or hang out with you device and catch up with friends. Staff is friendly and the service is fairly quick.
Been to MUGS a few times… I like the atmosphere. It’s generally pretty nice, though small, which means you can’t always get a seat. The coffee is decent, and the chai is pretty good. They did give me a bacon burrito one time though, and I’m Vegan, so that was awkward when I had taken a bite, ugh. But the smoothie bowl is good, and the stickers are cute. Close to Campus, fairly quiet, generally nice.

Took the drive through for a large coffee and a turkey-bacon, egg white, white-cheddar breakfast sandwich. YUM-MEE. Great experience starting with the drive-up ordering kiosk. The staffer on the other side of the microphone was friendly, bubbly and easy to understand. At the pick up window - same experience. My breakfast sandwich was piping hot, full of flavor and very satisfying.
From pre 5k race for homecoming to a lazy Sunday morning…..Mugs is awesome! Right across the oval it’s easy to visit the Rams and grab a bit.
This is by far, one of the best food experiences I have ever had the pleasure of having. The atmosphere, the staff, the food, the wait time, and everything else about this place-its all 10/10. I had the chicken and waffles 10 minutes after they opened. The chicken was one of the best I've ever had. The staff are very friendly. I can't say enough about this place. I definitely will return.

It's really, really expensive low grade coffee. What more can I say?... $6 for a small coffee drink. I'll support my local coffee shops by preference over this mega-corp that is mostly interested in owning the coffee market by telling people they have good coffee. Anyone with taste buds should know that this is barely a step over Foldger's Crystals in the grocery stores. Heck I'll take Foldger's coffee over this over priced coffee with attitude since I have yet to find a Starbucks where the staff don't act like taking any order is a great imposition for them.
WOW! I ran out of coffee in the office so I figured I'd walk here to grab my morning brew and try out a new local spot. Did not disappoint! All I got was a regular drip coffee, but the Jazzy brew I poured was sensational! Great vibes in there too!

This little gem is what every neighborhood needs….a way of bringing the community together. Outdoor seating if you would like, while you sip on one of their many great coffee options. I also had the breakfast tacos and at first glance I had almost wished there were three, but, these two fill you up indeed! My friend had the Ham, Egg and Pesto Sandwich. He said the Pesto was the right amount and had great flavor! Make sure to visit these super nice people. Their customer service shines! Nice Starbucks, Independent shop, with seating area, and a display counter with coffee and some souvenirs. The sell sandwich’s , chocolates and cakes.
They don’t have a lot of variety of coffee l to try. I was disappointed because all their flavoured coffees come in beans not grounded. The lady offered to blend it for me. I asked if can I taste one particular coffee if pay for it…She said I have to pay for the whole bag plus pay for the cup of coffee equal lots of money I said what happened if I don’t like it?.
Strange that Starbucks make you buy the entire bag of coffee to taste it. Starbucks is a multimillion coffee chain.
I end buying a Frappuccino… I came back with my family they ordered food and coffees. I had a mocha coffee was average.

The place is clean
The service was great, the food was good, the restaurant itself is dated but it was overall a good experience! I got the breakfast burrito and a side of hash browns, my friend got the 2 pancakes 1 egg and 1 piece of bacon. The pancakes were delicious!!!
This place has very tasty coffee! Really enjoyed the taste. Nice environment to get things done. AND the sexiest part for me was the segregated waste part (Liquid, compost, recycle, landfill.) And the reusable stirring sticks.
I enjoy the atmosphere here, it is a great spot if you need to grab a spot to write or work, or have a small meeting with a client. My go-to breakfast is a burrito smothered in green chili that I can never pass up and for a fancy drink I like the Dan latte which I suppose shouldn’t be much of a surprise! If you are looking for a lighter fare it’s hard to go wrong with coffee cake and the house blend from local toaster Jackie’s Java.
