3 stars: I'll have to give them a second try. The green tea smoothie was not my favorite. I think I'll try their coffee next time around.
4 stars: Update, coffee is decent!

Coffee is good but a little pricey. Really the only not great thing is the employees are very loud talking to each other when all else is very quiet. I’m all for having fun while working but they are yelling across the very small area during a slow time with no customers, it ruins the atmosphere of a chill coffee shop and comes off as unprofessional

I I've been coming here every Sunday for months. And the service was perfect. This time . The coffee was way to strong and I got English muffin sausage egg and cheese instead of... Sausage egg and cheese with croissant. And I think the prices were raised. So that is my last patronage .

We recently visited this restaurant while we were in town for a conference. About 30 of us wanted to have breakfast together and they accommodated our large party. The food was amazing. The service was excellent. They were able to get all of us fed in a timely manner can’t say enough, wish we had one close to us. I would go there all the time.

I went a week or so ago through the drive through I love trying different coffee shops especially if they aren’t chain shops. The selection is ok and my cappuccino was good. Price tag is high but coffee shops everywhere else are priced similarly so price isn’t too far fetched my problem with this place is I ordered a large drink costing me a little over $7 and asked for a cup of water. I was then told I would have to pay for it. I bought something so I just though a cup of water would be something that could be given…anyplace I have ever gone local coffee shops, Starbucks, McDonald, a small business by my house have never tried to charge me for a damn cup of tap water. I was a paying customer so a damn cup of water in my opinion should be free. I will never go back simply because of this. It felt rude and weird to me. Especially with the price for a drink. Everywhere else I’ve been would never do that. It’s embarrassing as a company and outrageous in my opinion.

The cashier was amazing! But other than that pass!! You are under staffed, super slow and the drink wasn’t really good, was very flavorless!!!
Great ambiance! The food was amazing, and the service was outstanding! Would recommend a 1000 times! Kidsfriendly menu!

Locally owned, great easy location for in and out drive through. Walk up window. No inside dining room but 2 outdoor tables if you want to stick around. Wonderful service, fast and super friendly!! Pup cups ❤️ food is limited but good and a very wide variety of beverages even beyond coffee and espresso. Trademark chocolate covered espresso bean on your coffee.

I frequent this coffee shop often and the coffee itself is great however, the service I just received was disappointing. I ordered an iced coffee, I said it once when I ordered and then again when they asked specifically for iced or hot coffee. I assumed they didn't hear me the first time, no big deal. I remember that I said iced coffee specifically because they hadn't heard me the first time. I get to the window and am presented with a hot coffee, I politely let the barista know I ordered an iced coffee (again, mistakes happen, it was no big deal). The big deal is that the barista said nothing else to me, pulled the coffee back with a straight face and turned to have a back and forth with the other barista who multiple times said they asked me if it was hot or iced and suggested I never said iced, they did not care if I heard. I mentioned I ordered it iced again because at this point it feels like I'm being accused and neither one of them say anything. No one apologized for the confusion or said anything to me about it at all, they finally gave me the iced coffee I ordered as if nothing happened. I don't like having to write a review about getting hot coffee instead of iced but the service was so bad I felt someone should know what kind of service is being provided. I would want to know if it was my company. It wasn't even a big deal to me until I was being made to feel like I had done something wrong.

Very cool spot. I have driven by this coffee shop dozens of times and figured I would try it out. Got the classic mocha and it sure was good! They roast their own coffee here and even have it on display. If you are in the area and need some caffeine, check it out!
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Cafe Patachou, and it was an experience I won't soon forget. Despite the bustling atmosphere and packed dining area, Mike, who remarkably resembles the actor Kevin James, took my order with a smile and made sure my takeout experience was nothing short of exceptional.

Navigating through the crowded space, I decided to opt for takeout, and Mike seamlessly facilitated my order, ensuring that everything was prepared to perfection. Despite the busy environment, he remained attentive and accommodating, further enhancing my dining experience.

As I waited for my order, I couldn't help but admire the lively atmosphere of Cafe Patachou. The energy was infectious, and it was evident that this was a beloved spot for locals and visitors alike.

When my food was ready, Mike personally handed me my order with a friendly farewell, leaving a lasting impression with his impeccable service and genuine warmth.

In conclusion, Cafe Patachou's vibrant ambiance, delicious cuisine, and outstanding service, exemplified by the wonderful Mike, make it a standout destination for anyone craving a memorable dining experience. Whether dining in or opting for takeout, this establishment truly

The caramel macchiato is delightful, and I enjoyed a seasonal pastry—a pistachio croissant. It's a shame they no longer offer it, but their muffins and cookies are excellent substitutes.

Stopped through on my way to work finally as I have seen it and not known what it was.

Absolutely amazing breakfast and absolutely wonderful staff. Amber served me and introduced me to Mary and Angela, the manager. The menu is simple, which I love. Their specialty is the Cuban breakfast. They have an impressive array of omelets, and while it's not on the menu, you can order ala carte.

I had 2 eggs scrambled with cheese, spinach, and mushrooms. A side of oatmeal with blueberries, wheat toast, and a coffee. My struggle was that it was all so good that I was determined not to leave anything on my plate. The veggie tasted like they came from a garden out back, some of the best oatmeal I've had in awhile.

Also..I love the tagline...a student union for adults!

Suffice to say...I will be back!!!!

The baristas were kind and friendly, joking with customers. I had a hot chocolate (delicious) and banana muffin (also yum!). I met two colleagues, and we chatted about our organization. Noise level was great, as we didn’t bother anyone else and they didn’t bother us. Great spot to meet for caffeine in the morning!

So I've been spending my money here for a few years now and, let-me-tell-ya, it's the best coffee shop in the State. I have seen faces come and go but anybody who works the window or has an ear piece in could probably tell it's me by my order. Hands down my favorite coffee spot, convenient for me because I live down the road but I'll go out of my way for this place .

Always friendly, never have a complaint. I normally get the caramel granita, comes with whip but I usually opt out and get a pup cup for my furry son (he's a dog not a hairy human) . We found out his belly doesn't like milk bones so we pass on that. But the turkey, pesto, mozzarella sandwich is so good. I wish there was a two-fer cause one just ain't enough for my big self. But mamaw used to say too much of anything is bad for ya so I take my coffee and Sammie and be on my way. Thank y'all for have good coffee that isn't watered down or loaded with sugar or HFCS.

Thank you!

Also, fix your app. It took all my points and logged me out...
The food here was slightly on the pricier side for what you get, but all in all I had a good experience. The server was very friendly, they had cafe de olla, and the cinnamon roll can be served with icing on the side. Solid breakfast all around!

Absolutely love this place! My husband and i lived in Indiana for 7 months and he took me to get me my coffee every weekend at this coffee shop. It was absolutely delicious and wish i had a place near by in Alabama. This place is drive thru only, the workers were extremely nice and they always have a little chocolate covered espresso bean on the top. I always got the large with chocolate, hazelnut and caramel. I definitely recommend this place. They are VERY reasonably priced, as well. I’ve been to many, many coffee shops and this one still sits at the top of the list for me. We will be back to this location and shop!

First time eating here. Fantastic food, excellent staff, great prices. We had the breakfast sandwich, bacon cooked perfect, very good. The eggs florentine was excellent, very nice presentation! The breakfast bowl and pancakes did not disappoint. Home town feel. Our waitress was so sweet. We will be coming back when in town. Highly recommend!!
I recently visited Northside Kitchenette for breakfast, and it was a delightful experience. The biscuits and gravy were a standout – delicious and flavorful. My daughters accompanied me, and we all loved our meals. The atmosphere added to the positive vibe of our visit. The service was excellent, and the overall experience left us looking forward to returning. A great spot for a satisfying breakfast

My favorite coffee shop! My friend found them when we were visiting for DCI finals. We went back a few times while there. Went out of our way to go back during recent road trip. Their coffee is consistently amazing. Food is delicious. Vegan burrito was so good and the coffee cake is amazing. Took my young kids this time and they loved the options for them. Wish they had a coffee shop like this where I live.

They make almost everything themselves including the ketchup which is really good. The breadsticks with nacho cheese are wonderful as are the cinnamon rolls. If you want something that isn't all bread the yogurt is really nice and so are their salads.

About what you'd expect from a taco bell.... dirty lobby, worker in the back eating and making food with the same gloves (while dressed in a bra and pajama pants and slippers), getting flipped off when we ask them to remake our order that was literally turning our whole bag soggy? And god forbid we get a drink. Nasty looks every time we ask for our cup we paid $2 for. Seems about right for taco bell though.

I come to this Taco Bell because I DoorDash I don’t come to this Taco Bell anymore for personal food anymore. I don’t think they know how to handle drive-through DoorDash orders and people coming inside the restaurant at the same time. Should noone be waiting for a whole hour just to receive some food DoorDash should not be sitting there for a whole hour. When you have Dashers that’s ready to pick up the food that’s already ready and they’re sitting for hour so that means the food that’s ready been sitting there for over an hour because they don’t know how to manage a restaurant yall need to find someone that knows how to manage that means not coming there because they want the title, but actually knowing how to manage a restaurant and get things moving for the company it’s a business. This is unacceptable. It’s every time I come. First picture 2:15 Second picture 2:46 third picture 2:58 fourth picture 3:16 All A.M.

The drive thru cashier was the rudest I've ever met at a taco bell. She asks invasive questions about my personal life and then just throws the food at me. Absolutely obnoxious.

Worst taco bell EVER. Service is terrible. Staff is so rude. Need to wait FOREVER for a simple order and they always forget something. Paid extra for coffee on the app in the morning but when I got there the lady said they were out and gave me a huge attitude. How can you be out of coffee when the morning just started????? Too lazy to brew coffee. Opened the bag at the window when I got my food to make sure everything was in there and the lady told me to just look at the receipt on the bag and gave me an attitude.

This was my first visit to The Human Bean and I will say that I had a pleasant experience. I ordered the Strawberry Mango Red Bull smoothie, dairy free (so no whip cream). The size was 20 oz, can’t remember the price, maybe $5-6. I did have a lot of questions and the lady on the intercom was very helpful. I will be back to try their coffee! (forgot to take a before pic)

Food was really good. Service was kinda meh. And $5 for a single non refillable glass of orange juice is a little excessive. Gluten free bread was really good for gluten free.

Cheesy Bean & Rice Burritos are ridiculously inexpensive; some of the other burritos on the Value Cravings Menu are almost as inexpensively filling, including some breakfast burritos.

The indoor area appears closed for very early breakfast (ie, drive-thru only.) It should be open in the late morning.

Sometimes the employees here seem miserable (and sometimes not.) But they've always gotten my order correct, and in a short amount of time - despite being a busy location near downtown.

Was given the wrong item so I called and spoke to a "manager" who told me to bring my receipt next time I come and my item would be replaced.I did that a couple weeks later but was met with the worst customer service by two nasty mouth rude employees who said they never had the item that I wanted replaced so I showed them the receipt that showed the did have the item clearly. Their ignorant response was, "well we cant do nothing we dont have it". I Hope you all can get the customer service training that you need. Full of nasty attitude but no customer service.

I used to come here a lot, I think sometime in the last few years there's been a change in ownership. Food was rather bad. Got the breakfast sandwich with hashbrowns and pancakes with bacon. The sandwich lacked any kind of flavor and was very soggy for some reason. The pancakes were similarly soggy and flavorless. Bacon had an odd texture and did not taste good.

Atmosphere felt bleached and not personable at all. Definitely going to give it another chance and will change review at that time, I hope this was just rare happenstance because I used to love coming here.

Fresh atmosphere and food! Atmosphere was bright and well lit, nicely decorated not over stimulating. The food was well prepared food with fresh ingredients. I had eggs florentine and the tomatoes were amazing! What I expected vs. What I got completely exceeded my expectations. Elijah was very polite and attentive. Food came out hot and quick.

The menu stated "Fresh is Best" and I agree. They make food to order and so many things are made in house, even the ketchup and hot sauce! The presentation wasn't over the top but I could tell they wanted me to notice how well they plated the food. Not sloppy or thrown altogether on one plate (which I sometimes like when I go to small local places)
I went on a Tuesday morning, not a lot of people there but such a pleasant breakfast experience. I will definitely return.

Similarly to other reviews, service is just awful. I come here often on my lunch break and the food is always fine and quick, but they act like they don’t want you there. Never any greeting, so rude if you ask questions. Like they hired a bunch of high school bullies.
This was my first to try it, i seen a positive review on the biscuits and gravy so had to try it. The order came pretty quick, but the potato's were cold, i said something and they quickly brought me hot ones, but they tasted like they threw them in the fryer and heated them up, they was not freshly made in one minute , but they was ok, and i loved the biscuits and gravy, just wish they put more gravy on the biscuits. Then i noticed at check out that the biscuits and gravy was 12 but they also charged 3 for the potatoes i didn't order potatoes, i thought they came with it, so i don't think thats right to have biscuits and gravy on the menu for 12 but charge you 15 for biscuits and gravy and potatoes. I didn't ask questions, and tipped my waitress 5 so biscuits and gravy with potatoes and a water cost me 20 i thought that was a little high compared to other places i get biscuits and gravy, but it was very good, i might go there again, but not order potatoes for 3 bucks.

Met a good friend of mine for breakfast right when they opened and it was a great experience. We felt welcomed by the staff and that was nice! The food and coffee was delicious! I love how they do their coffee. I did order a double espresso and that was a great caffeine jolt! The coffee is fun as you get it yourself and can continue to do so as needed. We ordered the Double Major and the Omelette You Can’t Refuse. The server was great and let me trade out sour cream with jalepeno’s. It was phenomenal! We also ordered the cinnamon toast and that was a nice sweet treat to the savory omelette. Greta experience and delicious! Thank you!
Sunday morning around 11am - not too busy for brunch hour, so we did not have to wait for a table.

Vanilla iced coffee was sweet and delicious! I got the CYO (Create your own) omelet with marinated mushroom, spinach, swiss and bacon, biscuit and house potatoes. My partner got the breakfast burrito which also came with potatoes. Both were delicious! I especially loved the homemade strawberry jam on my biscuit!

We did not have any leftovers to take with us. We will inevitably be back again!

Last week I had a wonderful experience at Starbucks on my way to work! My friend and I went in and the team members realized we were both blind and did an amazing job! He walked over to us and handed us our cups and he went above and beyond by making me a new drink for free when I spilled mine! I just wanted to give the team members who were working last Tuesday morning a big shout out!

They were able to accommodate food allergies but it was extremely disappointing & limiting that they used Whirl hydrogenated soybean oil for all of their cooking. Great menu selection and clean restrooms. They make their own ketchup and hot sauce.

Downside: only milk or cream - no non-milk alternatives. Soybean oil for all cooking - no butter or non-soybean oil alternative

SECOND EDIT: Twice now they have not contacted me for an unavailable item. Poor customer service and poor attention to detail. EDIT: The owner claims this is a DoorDash issue. It is not. The bags are stickered shut before the driver picks them up. The first time you failed to include half our order, the second time you failed to contact me via the DD option I selected, should anything be out of stock. This is not DoorDash’s problem. REVIEW: This is the location I have to select when I order through DoorDash, since I work from home. Two weeks ago we were left without half of our order which was the restaurants fault. Today instead of them calling me like I selected, if something were not available, they gave two $4 gift cards instead of the food I ordered. Their lack of attention to detail and lack of communication with clients is the reason I will never order from this Starbucks again.

I went in today around 1 to order my drinks. I asked to leave them there so I could run down to Coldstone Creamery and I would be back to pick them up in 5 minutes. 30 minutes later after a very traumatic incident with the owner of Coldstone, I made my way back to get my drinks. I was shaking and could barely walk, and the 3 baristas (2 ladies and 1 man) were so kind to me. They put my drinks in my carrier because I was shaking and unable to, they made sure I was ok, and they just let me compose myself to walk back to my car. They went above and beyond the level of kindness and service. They even gave me a card for a future drink and said Happy Mother’s Day. I experienced terrible service, the worst I’ve ever had, and then walked in to Starbucks and experienced amazing service. Very grateful to these kind employees.

I wish I had gotten names because the staff in at 12pm on 2/22/23 were SO kind. My 2 year old spilled her drink and they cleaned it right up and made us feel like were were not an inconvenience at all. Then they replaced her drink. I know we were not easy customers with our 1 and 2 year olds in tow so I'm thankful that they made this stop pleasant instead of stressful. Thank you!! 🥰
I had breakfast here this morning. This moderate sized establishment is in the corner of a small shopping mall. Just to the right of the north side social club. This place has indoor and outdoor (Heated) seating. Plenty of choices to sit and enjoy your food, table, split booth and diner seating. The restaurant has an industrial modern feel, with cement floors and a bright white colors throughout with a neutral decor. Small menu offered here, with a little something for everyone. Having never eaten here before I relied heavily on the opinion of my server. I was trying to decide between the Eggs Benedict and the Kitchen"ette" Sink. I chose the latter. The Sink came with a 1/2 order of biscuits and gravy topped with breakfast potatoes, bacon crumbles, two eggs over easy and cheddar cheese. You can add avocado for 2$, or chorizo for 3$, which I did not. Must say, my waitress had good taste. I throughly enjoyed my breakfast. And I did get a side order of sourdough toast, for all my delicious sausage gravy. The Wife opted to sleep in again this morning so I brought her home a cinnamon roll. It looked wonderfully scrumptious and she agreed that it was “just that”. If your in Broad Ripple at breakfast time and want quick dependable service try here. I do believe you’ll like it. 👍👍

A very small and quaint diner, that’s located in a small strip mall and has a neighborhood feel. Table, booth and counter dining is available. Open for breakfast and lunch 6am to 2pm, 7 days a week. The service and food was very good. Hot and delicious black coffee with a deep flavor and inviting aroma. Stoped by here the second time today for breakfast. I had the Cowboy Benedict last time, and a Western Omelette today thoroughly enjoyed the omelette it had American cheese, ham, onion and green peppers with your choice of two sides for 13.48 I chose hash browns and toast to pair with my Omelette. The cowboy Benedict I chose before comes on a split English muffin with two sausage patties, two poached eggs, and smothered in delicious sausage gravy.👍👍 It comes with your choice of one side for 12.99. I really liked both meals for breakfast. Neither time was it crowded, but it did have a steady stream of customers. Food here is pretty good and you will not have to wait. Will return again for something else.

Very nice pleasant place, self serve coffee (loved the place at that moment itself), helpful pleasant staff and delicious food makes anytime of day great!
We tried the newly added spicy scrambled eggs, Cuban bowl, California omelette, the phat rabbit which is the vegan sandwich and hot chocolate.
Everything was delicious.

We tried this place today with zero expectations. It was fabulous. The biscuits and gravy tasted great! (Rare to find). The cinnamon roll was good and the icing is perfect if you don't like super sugary icing like me. My only complaint was the potatoes were not crispy, which is how I prefer mine. Still great though!

Katie and Taylor were the nicest baristas! Katie has great suggestions for my drink and was super nice during my visit. I loved the double shot on ice with sweet cold foam that she got for me. Her coworker Taylor was also helpful and I overheard her suggesting drinks to other customers, as well. I also wanted to show my appreciation for the store manager allowing the gentleman outside the store to sell back packs for kids who go into the foster system.
