Travelled from Bangalore for the first time after 2018 and I was really shocked to see the new terminal. It’s definitely one of the most beautiful and cleanest airport in India. It feels like the entire airport is made of bamboo trees and we are walking in a forest. Airport has got multiple zones and the check-in and immigration process were quick. Overall, the experience was great.
The new Terminal 2 of Kempegowda airport Bangalore is one of the best airports I have visited. It's a tribute to the Hanging garden City. Presently only few shops are functional. The food lounge is crafted with reeds, bamboo and wooden structures. Faster check-in and immigration process which can make any airport look secondary. The lounge and smoking area is someplace else.
I often travel to KIAL, via Terminal 2 at Bangalore, which is a spacious, well-designed, and efficient terminal that offers a comfortable and eco-friendly travel experience. The check-in and security processes are quick and easy, and there are plenty of charging stations available throughout the terminal. Passengers can also enjoy a variety of amenities, such as comfortable seating, restaurants, and shops. Terminal 2 is made with sustainable materials and has a number of features that help to reduce its environmental impact, such as a rainwater harvesting system and a solar power plant. Overall, Terminal 2 is a world-class airport that offers a positive travel experience for all passengers.
I recently visited this airport and I must say this is one of the best airports I have ever visited out of multiple countries. Lots of greenery, fountain and what not. This place is mesmerizing. The check in process is very smooth. Nevertheless to mention that I fell in love with its domestic lounge , variety of food options with good taste. Hope I could have given it more than 5 stars.
I recently had the pleasure of traveling through T2. Kempegowda International Airport Terminal 2 is amazing. Beautiful infrastructure. It is a blend of modern architecture & natural beauty. The terminal is spacious. Lots of selfie points. The ambience is also very neat & good. The staff are very polite.

The check-in process was quick and easy, and the security check was also efficient. Once I was through security, I was able to relax and enjoy the comfortable seating and amenities of the terminal.

I also appreciated the fact that there are plenty of charging stations available throughout the terminal.

I particularly enjoyed the fact that Terminal 2 is very eco-friendly. The terminal is made with sustainable materials, and it has a number of features that help to reduce its environmental impact. For example, the terminal has a rainwater harvesting system and a solar power plant.

Overall, I had a very positive experience at Terminal 2. It is a truly world-class airport, and I would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to or from Bangalore.
Great experience everything I board flight from Terminal 1.

Security staff is humble and they do their duty perfectly.

Outside boarding pass print kiosk machines are perfect to fasten boarding process if you are travelling with cabin bag.

Ample space inside airport and good options to eat food outside and inside.

The outside food court is really amazing and opens till midnight.

Subject: Urgent Complaint Regarding Excessive Noise Pollution from Jets

Dear HAL,

I hope this letter finds you well, though I must confess, my own well-being is severely compromised due to a matter of grave concern that demands your immediate attention. I am writing to you today as a resident of Yemalur, Pincode 560037, where the deafening roar of jets has become an unbearable menace to our daily lives. The noise pollution caused by these jets has reached an astonishing and utterly unacceptable level of 110 decibels. To put this into perspective, the World Health Organization (WHO) recommends that noise levels should not exceed 55 decibels during daytime hours in residential areas to ensure the well-being and health of residents. Yet, we find ourselves subjected to double that intensity, causing severe disruptions to our lives, sleepless nights, and adverse health effects. The incessant noise from these jets not only violates our basic right to live in a peaceful and healthy environment but also poses a significant threat to the well-being of our community's youngest members. It pains me to think of the innocent children who are subjected to this relentless noise pollution, which has the potential to cause long-term hearing damage, disrupt their learning environments, and affect their overall development. I have attempted to engage with relevant authorities and organizations to address this issue, but my efforts have been met with indifference and apathy. This letter serves as a final plea for immediate action. If the authorities fail to take swift and effective measures to mitigate this noise pollution within a reasonable timeframe, I am prepared to pursue legal action. I want to emphasize that I am not making this threat lightly. It is a matter of principle, and it is in the best interest of the entire community that we put an end to this environmental assault. Noise pollution of this magnitude not only violates our rights but also disregards the well-being of our children, which is unforgivable. I implore you to take this matter seriously and initiate immediate actions to address and rectify the excessive noise pollution caused by these jets. We deserve to live in peace, free from the relentless intrusion of sound that has invaded our lives. I trust that you will take this matter seriously and respond with urgency. Our community's health and well-being are at stake, and it is your duty to protect the rights and quality of life of the residents of Yemalur. Failure to act promptly will leave me with no choice but to proceed with legal action through the High Court to seek justice and relief for my fellow residents and me. I hope it does not come to that, and we can resolve this issue amicably for the betterment of our community.

Arrival experience was great. Being a new terminal it’s spanky neat and Clean. Bright interiors and shinning new equipments
The toilets were fitted with sensor controlled tap with both sides are Dyson air dryer so it’s easy to wash your hands and get them dried there. Nice innovation indeed!
However it is not waterless unlike Mumbai airport.
Conveyor belt was spacious and lots of trolleys were available for passengers
The arrival area is bit congested which could have been better
The terminal work is not complete so not many Shops
The parking area is also not fully ready
Overall a great experience to travelers
When I saw this for the first time - it felt as if I was in Changi Singapore airport.
Kempegowda airport is not less than any international airport.
Entry was so smooth and fast hardly any line. Everything is digitised.
The infrastructure and interiors are outstanding. Ample places and options to sit, eat and shop.
Beautiful lighting and lamps seems like a luxurious hotel.
Lounge is international standard with wide variety of food.
Overall great experience.
Kudos to airport authorities and support staff
First time visiting the airport. Transfer flight from domestic to international and we were in terminal 1. I was shocked at the level of service and how organized the teams at the airport was. It was by far the most seamless experience I have ever had at any airport. The only other airport that works in this manner would be the one in Singapore.

However only 1 are la that needs improvement and it was the area where you are screened and your items are checked. An advise / suggestion would be to have an instructional video and board placed on what we need to remove and place in the baskets along with what is recommended to be done. This will speed up the process and also cause less stress on passengers and the ground staff alike.

Two thumbs up and I have definitely decided to only use this airport for transit going forward. Thank you to the entire team on the ground as you have outdone yourself compared to Delhi, Bombay, Goa & Chennai airports.
The airport is extraordinary and I feel in love with the domestic lounge, excellent design and service. Nice food options and also few live counters.
Compared to Hyderabad the food lounge is big but the domestic departure gates are small, it looks crowded if all the people who want to board the flight come at once.
I have seen few airports and I always compare Hyderabad airports with other airports, in which Bangalore can compete with Hyderabad.
I recently travelled through this airport and thought it was one of the best airports I’ve had the pleasure of visiting. The entire place had a clean and modern feel to it, making the whole experience very pleasant. The staff were incredibly helpful and always willing to assist with any queries. The airport also had a great range of shops, restaurants and amenities. Overall, I had a great experience at this airport.

3. Connectivity - 9/10
4. Staff behaviour - 10/10
One of better airports in India with clean toilets, ample eat outs, shops, faster immigration, faster baggage clearance.. friendly airport staffs… clear sign boards for taxi & pick points… it is truly face of new India. If you want transit point to South India this airport is highly recommended..

Amazing airport in the outskirts of Bangalore ( terminus 2), Everything is so clean and vibrant it just gives a otherworldly feeling. The architecture, the design, cleanliness everything should get a perfect score. Hassle free entry, security staff were friendly and nice, several airport employees were there to show the direction. Good seating arrangement. Huge airport in the area of around 2700 acres.. Even when coming out from the airport the roads are wider. Beautiful trees, plants and flowers made it like a scenic ride.
One of the best and busiest airports. Well maintained and has all standard amenities. Food rates are not affordable at all. Plan your start well in advance since you never know when it will become crowded.
