As first timer to host Birthday celebration for kids, we don’t know what to look for and what to do. But I’m glad I chose BOUNCE for my 7years old boy’s BD party.
It was a great experience although the place was quite popular and not a quiet place.. It is well organised with dedicated host. Our fantastic host Healey has planned for the party kids especially for my birthday boy (always inform him, discuss with him for next area to play) to cover all the area..and play with them, and also at refreshment time.. 🤩 Love it. And kids also love the bounce experience and had awesome time there.
Had a children's party at bounce and our host was fantastic. So friendly and "Bouncy" (Teheh) and great with the kids. All the activities were great and having the guided tour meant that all the kids got to try out all the different areas. We had a small room for snacks and cake after and lots of other workers around made it quick and efficient. Only downside to the whole visit was it was over very quickly, would have been nice to spend a bit more time on the activities for the kids or not be rushed at the end but understand the business side of things. Also there were very busy with groups coming through before and after our group
Had my daughter’s birthday here and the host Tam was really nice, funny and friendly. Will definitely come again.
Walking into Bounce, I wasn't sure what to expect. I mean, it's a trampoline park, right? But boy, was I pleasantly surprised.

First off, the atmosphere was electric. There were kids bouncing around, laughter filling the air, and just an all-around vibe of fun and excitement.

But here's the kicker – they offer passport photographs! Who would've thought? I needed some for an upcoming trip, so I figured, why not give it a shot?

The staff were so accommodating and made the whole process a breeze. I mean, getting your photo taken can be awkward, but they made me feel comfortable right away.

And let me tell you, the photos turned out fantastic. I was worried I'd look like a deer in headlights, but they managed to capture me looking halfway decent – no easy feat!

So yeah, if you ever find yourself in need of passport photos and want to inject a little fun into the process, head on over to Bounce. You'll leave with a smile on your face and some killer photos to boot.

An organised chaos in a good way!
We came to experience bounce for the first for a kids birthday party & were quite impressed with the size, and the popularity with the community!
From the start, we were already pre-warned by the organisers (parents of birthday girl) that they are fully booked with at least 3 kids parties running at the same time on a Sunday morning, on top of the normal crowd.
Once inside, all party groups gather at a meetup area for hurdle and briefing while all kids get a free pair of socks. It was quite an organised chaos from then on, as the two lovely hosts had to chaperone and lead the whole group of over 22 kids for the next hour around the play spaces.
The play spaces were spread out and have varied form of challenges, such as basketball, dodgeball and the high dive area, so some kids were overwhelmed.
A special shout out to our host Edie, who was a super friendly, captivating and engaging young leader who clearly demonstrated her energy, passion and care to her role. A few times when some kids were overwhelmed with the crowd or the specific play area, she would proactively engage them, including leading them to play, or even carrying them over her shoulder to engage and calm them down.

Parking: A tips is to park a little further away near Officeworks as it gets really crowded and difficult to find parking during peak times.

Although I think its a great facility and I have been a member for over 5 years , this place is going down the tubes. Lap lanes are pretty much non-existent . As I was informed from a pool attended we have a culture where we do not ask people to follow centre rules as they don't speak good English. So groups of usually 4 or 5 just jump into lap lanes and stand there doing everything but swimming. You now just have to swim around them.

Its seems now you can bommie and dive into the lap lanes also. You can pretty much do what you want in the lap pool now.

If your in group just 1 can pay for the wellness centre and everyone else your with can go in with you or just wait near the door and walk in after members. Or some leave a ticket on the entry scanner and you can use that if you like.

The change rooms floors are turn black with mould and are rife with tinea so if your in foot fungus you're in luck.
Extremely hot. I tried bounce in Melbourne during summer. The air conditioning inside there was fantastic. This place is like terrible. We were burning inside. Not worth for money and I do not recommend. Please fix your AC if you are running a business during summer.
A good fun place, nice set up for kids parties or events and a deck area for parents to have a coffee while the kids play. The kids had fun which helps!
I had a worst experience. One of the staff member approached us and asked us to find a spot in slow lane. There was no empty spot in a slow lane and no one of the fast lane. So we kept swimming until one of the staff member chased us. Felt like stray dog being chased away.
Better do not sell the tickets if there is no spot. We pay for every single entry, don’t waste our money. Never gonna come back.
The gym is nice and modern with well maintained equipment. Let down by the oddest layout I think I've ever seen. There's literally no room for free weights. Dumbbells are tucked in a corner and three benches are sort of placed at random spots nearby.

Maybe lose some of the super niche machines and create a wall with free weights and benches. You know Iike every single other gym.
Kids enjoyed themselves very much. Thought 1 hour would be enough however will book 2 hours next time.
Appears to be a very safe environment for all ages.
Recommend 👍🏼
Nice place and clean
It has one long slide and outside aqua play area
this place has a awesome smell of chlorine! the water slide is so fun and not scary, the water playground is so fun, the water temperature is always perfect for how hot or cold it is outside, the food is yummy + good drink options.

Nice place overall, but there always seems to be something broken/not operating on daily basis. Your lines of communication seem to be very casual, I emailed to update my membership (pay you more money) 8weeks ago and still no reply/confirmation and when you approach the customer service staff they never have a straight answer. although I understand your staff are unusually minors is there not a single supervisor/ duty officer that can handle your inquiries? Please id like to use all your facilities on a weekly basis please.
Ballroom Fit have run a weekly dance class for people living with a disability at the Cannington Leisureplex since 2019.
The management and staff have always been helpful.
The complex has free parking, is very accessible, clean and well maintained.
Not happy about staff in the pool. My child came specifically to use the slide but the area was closed. Upon asking one of the staff why the are was closed, he informed me that their was less staff. This is not the first time that the sliding section has been closed but it has occurred in several occasions.
