Hey guys, cut back on the salt by like 40%. Your food (chimichanga) used to be amazing but now it makes me have to check into the ER because of heart malfunctions. If you want me to come bring you all back to the glory days, let me know
Ordered food online and only received two of the five meals. Called and went in to get a refund and they refused because it wasn't within 24 hours. Manager wouldn't refund or provide their DM information. I had friends over and this was a pain to deal with.
I ordered from here pretty much every night and the last 4 times I have not been getting everything in my order
Taco Villa stuffs the tacos full of meat and toppings, and for a great price. Their daily specials offer an even better deal. Everything we have tried here has been flavorful and plentiful. So glad this is in St. Cloud.
I scheduled ahead for the quickest pickup time (which was 10 minutes) and ended up having to wait in their parking lot for 20 extra minutes. It probably would’ve been even quicker to wait in the line of 20+ people. The food was cold like it had been sitting on the shelf for awhile (which it probably was) and my order was missing the queso that I had paid extra for. Not impressed.
Great option for people have gluten sensitivity. One just needs to tell them, requirements before ordering.

Food was solid, as it always is with Taco Bell, but this place was not up to par. Every surface inside was just... sticky. Tables looked like they hadn't been cleaned in days. Service was *incredibly* slow. Again, food was fine, but overall the place was disappointing.
The chalupa shell felt and tasted like cardboard. I left feedback with no follow up. Went to another store in town and the chalupa was delicious. This store had a quality problem they're not willing to resolve. Thank goodness there's options.
I went during lunchtime, and the prices were reasonable. It was not busy, and I ordered the shrimp lunch fajitas
The food is amazing! Unbelievably delicious! I have been coming by here for 3 years and I see the signs that say daily special but never stopped in. Today I did and I will absolutely be back! I highly highly highly recommend this place. They have taco Burger monday $2, $4 regular burritos on Wednesdays. They have a special everyday definitely stop in and try it out. I wish I had stopped by 3 years ago when I first spotted them. Unbelievably incredible! And great value too!!
We have now ordered 3 times from this location, both on doordash and the Taco Bell App. Each and every single time, the Cinnabons are forgot. It’s almost as though they don’t make them at all. My stupidity to have ordered them past the second time, but thought we would try again on the app tonight. They also forgot a drink that was on the order. When you call the store, you’re told to contact customer service or drive in to pick up items they forgot. I guess when you pay the increased convenience prices per item, delivery fee, and service fee, I would expect at least the food to be all included, almost $10 for the Cinnabon bites via delivery that has never been received.
What happened to this location!? Years ago was so good. Ordered a large quesadilla online. That was not a large. The chips were stale and over baked. The guacamole used to be so good.... this was weird flavored with huge chunks of onion.... gross! The inside wasn't clean. What happened to Chipotle!! The Elk River one is not good either. Maybe someday we will try the Sartell one. So disappointing!!
Best taco bell around, the staff is polite, nice and they don't forget any items. Also the food does not taste weird or stale at this location so even though I live down the street from one of the other taco bells I always make the drive to come to this one.
The dining area is clean, the staff is nice, and the tacos are what they are supposed to look like they actually fill out the the taco and are decent portions for not a bad price.
It's an okay restaurant that hit a quick bite to eat, but hell taco jon Is step better but I would much rather have Bravo Burritos or Authentic Mexican Meal I make myself honestly. Thanks to my parents for teaching me at an early age. Yes I might stop here in a pinch depends on how low my blood sugar is.
Usually go to the st cloud one mear the mall cause it is the best one around here. Unfortunately, the Sartell one sucks so bad, and according to the current reviews, it continues to suck. I won't go back there till the reviews improve. Last tome we went to the St Cloud one they forgot the extra tortilla we paid for, and I have never seen such a small bowl. My daughters bowl was half full. For 8-9 bucks it was not worth the amount of food she received.
We celebrated our family's Christmas and birthdays, was large enough to accommodate us all. The food was delicious and we had the best staff. We also stopped in their grocery store and bought some pan dulce..
The best place to have street tacos, street corn, burritos, and enchiladas! The staff is always friendly and the owner deeply cares about the business. We got a least once a month to support this establishment and always have a great time here.
Ordered online and got a confirmation email and order number. Arrived at my scheduled pickup time and they claimed that my order was declined even after showing them proof. The manager was extremely incompetent and kept using the excuse that he doesn’t do anything with the online orders. Told me to either pay again and then refute the first payment with my bank. Thanks for absolutely nothing, never ordering from here again, don’t waste your time.
Food was better than the one by my home. Place was rather dirty, and bathrooms were gross. Service was OK. Maybe try not having cranky employees work the counter.
As some of the other positive reviews say, this Saint Cloud Qdoba is a decent alternative to the Saint Cloud/Sartell Chipotle's local poor customer service and overcharging. The workers here are friendly and willing to give slight extras of some food (rice, salsa) for free, both of which I appreciate. Keep up the good work! :)
I called and ordered to-go food. Pulled up to plenty of parking. Walked in and a guy named Lucas who was outstanding on phone was walking towards me with food. At car my son said "that's faster than McDonald's" and I said yes for about the same price too. At home.. delicious. I've been in 48 states and THAT is great customer service and food right there my friends! Aside from being stuffed right now it was outstanding! Try it!
The people that work here is what truly keeps you coming back. The food is delish, I mean of course there's that. With so many options for food nowadays. I know I'm getting an AMAZING EXPERIENCE consistently when I come here. Thank you to all the staff who put their heart into their work.
Been there about 4 maybe 5 times and the employees are all super friendly and the food hasn't been bad yet. Its a HUGE plus that they don't charge for guacamole and queso. Unlike Chipotle these guys serve you with a great attitude and beautiful smiles!
Me and friend thought it would be a great idea to have a dinner night at Taco Bell. My friend order her food online and she got her and the lady seemed fine at first but than when I ordered my food the lady was having an attitude with me because when I received my food it was made completely wrong I asked for the cheese and chipotle sause but both were added and my nacho fries were supposed to be large but I got a small. I went up and asked the lay If they could fix it but she said she made it right and refused so I just sat down and brushed it off . Then I went up to see if I could get a water up and she said we don’t do water cups and walked away. VERY rude lady. With a snarky attitude this was at 9pm. This day
This location has an amazing employee that deserves a shout out. I couldn't catch her name but she was cleaning tables and had an arm sling. We ordered online and ate inside. Without even asking she just knew what we needed. She brought Silverware and bowls for us to eat in. She just catered to our needs. Overall restaurant could use a good deep cleaning. Floors and entry were filthy.
The place is literally vibes. The workers are so nice and funny for real. The food is AMAZING, I never really had much authentic Mexican food but this was amazing the birria tacos were amazing and me and my friends were literally talking about it all day. I would give a higher rating but an employee wearing a shower cap sees us getting out of car to and walking to the door and rushes to locked the door around 9:45 when the sign says we are open and your sign says open 10:30-10pm. My husband open the door and walked in which made the employee with the black shower cap mad and she came walking up the door angrily to lock it again. I am sorry but this is rude and unprofessional. We eat quite a bit of Qdoba every month and don’t appreciate being treated like this. Train your employees to be more friendly with customers because this is not right. Ordered online. First off any order bigger then 50 dollars won't let you order. You have to split it up in to two different orders. So I ordered two orders for my friends and Ii had my friend go pick it up. First order was a meal for 4 and the second order was 3 quesadillas with extra meat beans rice nacho cheese sauce and extra shredded cheese. First off they didn't have half the order even tho they told my friend they didn't just one item for the first order but the rest was there. The second order the quesadillas didn't have extra steak, no nacho cheese sauce, and they didn't even put the jalepeno ranch sauce on the quesadillas even though I didn't take it off my order. And on too of that they didn't give me my hot suaces I had ordered. Worst experience ever. I will be taking my business to taco John's for now on. At least I know my food won't be made by imcompetant nut sacks. If I could give negative stars on reviews I would. I should mention to they were like 10 minutes to close but at the time of my order they were an hour to close. When my friend got there the guy at the drive through kept making comments on how they will be closing in a few minutes. We'll it's not my fault you guys take 5-10 business days to make an order for a customer. And if they didn't have the food to make an order I shouldn't have been able to submit my order online, which is usually the case when trying to order something on the app. Plus I have worked in food industries before and I understand not having some of the items to make something but for the most part when a customer order even 2 minutes to close we made the order to the fullest we can.
The restaurant is nice and clean however the bathrooms were closed for some reason. The food was absolutely terrible. Taco meat was disgusting and solid grease and the refried beans taste metallic or some weird taste. No hot or sauce or salsa at condiment bar to kill the taste .
We went there for twins' birthdays for dinner. Great food, reasonable prices, and friendly customer service. The birthday person got a free dessert. Highly recommend!

Stopped in tonight with intentions of ordering food. Went inside to find about 15 people sitting around staring at the counter area. Noticed not a single employee in sight. After waiting around for 5 minutes we saw a total of 2 employees for less then 5 seconds and neither of them bothered to start on food or ask if anyone wanted to order. After waiting a couple more minutes we decided to leave. This isnt the first disappointing experience at this location.
We got the right amount of items, labeled all the same, because why label the products properly...? Anyways, my wife swapped out her beef for chicken in a beefy 5 layer, and they took it up on themselves to give everything upgrades. All our ground beef with the exception of 1 beefy 5 layer, had been swapped out for chicken. My nacho cheese gordita crunch was swapped for a plain steak gordita. I would have complained but since we put our order in through the app, and the messed it up this badly, that meant they clearly did not know how to read. I just didn't feel like confusing the poor illiterate soul working last night and didn't want to make their night any worse. Plus, if they can't read, I did not trust that they could leave a note for management to get back to me. It is super nice that they are giving illiterate workers jobs, but maybe this person needs to move somewhere with less reading.
Clean place if you are looking to eat comfortably. Way above Chipotle when it comes to service , cleanliness and taste.
We like Taco Bell. This one, on the East side of St Cloud,Mn,,,well they messed up 4 of 5 orders, one being ours, while we were there. 5-7 employees were "working", but actually only 3-4 were. Others were standing around, chatting. The manager did literally yell at them while we were in restaurant "to get it together". Oh, and side note, they messed up my order last week, but not those with me.

Had a fantastic experience at this Qdoba location. Service was fast and the lady who made our meals was super friendly and made probably some of the best burrito bowls we have had. Fantastic portion sizes, she listened to our requests, and was overall a very nice takeout visit. My wife and I agreed it was by far the most flavorful rice we have ever had at Qdoba. Thank you!
I went through the line quickly & the people building my bowl were friendly & fast. Once I reached the register though, it was a different story. I was asked by Emysha if I wanted anything else & I simply stated that I wanted guacamole but it doesn’t look the best so I’ll skip that for today. Emysha stirred the guacamole & laughed with another employee saying that it’s fresh & bright green when the entire top of the container was dark brown. I explained how all she did was stir the brown parts in & she proceeded to explain how avocados work. After I asked for her name, she points to her business card & tries to deny me my food, mind you I had already paid at this point. While I was walking out of the restaurant, she screamed that I was trespassed & ended everything by calling my workplace to threaten me.
after a long day of trucking, i decide to leave my hotel for some grub. decided mexican food was the move. when i first went in, place was dirty, 'll admit. the service was very good and professional. this one short mixed girl served me and was very friendly and quick with it, along with the young brotha with dreads with her. the old man on register was also very nice, and when told about the lobby, said he would get right on cleaning it and did just that. restocked everything as well! goes to show that sometimes they just be a lil busy and wont bicker about doing their job! if im in the area again, ill definitely come back!!!

Was trying to find something to eat here at 11 o’clock just got out of the hospital from visiting my fiancé who is stuck in the hospital for another 11 weeks.
Because of construction I had to drive all the way to the Sauk Rapids Budweiser bridge to come all the way back to find the drive-through, not working pop foamy as hell and soggy tacos with nothing in them don’t even go there. There’s a quick trip down the road.

Well let's see they screwed up 4 out of 7 margaritas. Gave me raw steak for my fajitas and basically were clueless. They tried to cover for their hideous wait staff with a free gift certificate. Yeah don't waste your time.
I never doordash taco bell at night but i really wanted tb tonight. every time i order at night everything is either super sloppy or completely wrong ! NIGHT WORKERS SUCK EVERY TIME!!

Despite the difficulties in getting to the restaurant, I would consider eating here again if I'm in the area and craving a quick, affordable meal. Hopefully, by that time, the road construction will be completed, making it easier for customers to access the restaurant.

We stopped for their half off margarita pitchers and realized quick that they weren't going to cut it for us so we ended up ordering singles for our second round. Either way the atmosphere is great and so was the service.
It was a super-easy online ordering & pick up process. The food was hot and delicious. Everything I ordered was full of flavor and the portions were spot-on! Satisfied first-time customer.
So I love Chipotle. This location, though is a little dirty. I walked in and there were food remnants scattered all over the counter where they prepare food, not fresh mind you, looked like it had been there a bit. The glass partition was smeared and not clean. And the guy making my burrito was a nice enough guy, but he handled my cash then gave me change back with the same gloves he used to prepare my food, then went back to making other customer’s food WITHOUT changing his gloves once. No sir, not one time.
I still ate my burrito, because I was starving and I do love Chipotle. But I’m not proud of it and I couldn’t help thinking about where those gloves had been.

Chipotle never disappoints! Food to satisfy the kids, the vegans, and the mestesters- all with the level.of heat that we want. Fast service and convenient pickup options, easy in/easy out.
Ordered fajitas, supposed to get four tortillas and only got three, stale ones instead. Food is processed and not fresh. The location is the only thing this restaurant has going for it. Food is not fresh at all. Stay home and make your own, save your money from this disappointing place…or take your chances, I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.
My first chance to stop in since the new owners opened under the old name. I had lived in St. Cloud for 2 stretches and been an off and on customer of the original Taco Villa(s) for 35 years, and a 3-5 times per month customer for 15 of those years when I travelled through St. Cloud as a salesman.

I was pleasantly amused that my gps took me to what had been a chain taco joint around the block from the headshop that I managed for 2 years in the late 70s. It cleaned up nicely and carried its new name proudly, both outside and inside. I eagerly stepped up to the counter to order my usual 2 hard-shell beef tacos and 2 soft shell beef tacos, all with sour cream. The fellow brought them out soon after I filled my water cup and chose a table.
They were very, very good. They didn't, in my opinion, get the recipe exactly the same as the original, but it was very close, close enough that I'm sure my pallet won't remeber the difference after another visit or 2. Yah, I will make the detour for a 4 pack, or maybe a 4+2 pack with a couple burritos on top of the tacos, every time I take I-94 to and from any future visits to a home town.
Good stuff, my friends. I recommend give it a try.

Went for a hair cut, turned out great Toya was the only one working and she fit me in between customers, super grateful for that!
I’ve heard mixed things about this location and one previous visit was not bad, albeit not stellar. What you might ask was bad on this visit?
1. The employees worked with no sense of urgency, quite the opposite, almost purposely slow. This was my first warning sign - the lack of caring.
2. They were out of guacamole and didn’t tell me instead they let me leave the store without it, even though I was charged. I had to call to find out what happened & the girl that was the lead told me they don’t do partial refunds and the best they could do is offer me free chips, and guac the next time I came in.
3. The gentleman that handed me my food straight up lied to me. I asked him if there is pico in the bag because I didn’t see them put it in. He looked in the bag and told me yes! Guess what? It wasn’t!
4. The real icing on the cake was the quesadilla - you know, the meal where cheese is the main ingredient. Well, not this time - there is no other toppings that I ordered on my quesadilla except corn, and the tiniest bit of cheese I have ever seen in my life (pictured is the part with the most!). There is so little cheese that the entire thing came apart and wasn’t even edible except as a corn salad.
5. Might as well not stop now, because my meatless meat was also burnt to a crisp.
This is the first negative review that I have left on here - that’s how bad it was. Not worth it, I’d rather wait at chipotle. At least the quality of food is consistent there.

I usually visit here around lunch time, I love the food!! I stopped there this evening at 6:45 and the young man working behind the counter said he closed the taco bar 10 minutes ago. It says they close at 7. It's upsetting cause I made it a point to get there before close to grab food after a long day. I said, it says you close at 7, so you closed 30 minutes early? He said, yeah. The hotel I stay at while in town is right there, McDonald's and here are my nearby choices. The man working on the gas station side was nice and apologized about it.
Don't waste your time, food was expired and over-priced gas station food. Great place for food poisoning!!

I finally got to stop at the new Taco Villa today. I ordered two beef burritos hoping they would taste like the original Taco villas in Waite Park. To my delight they were exactly what I expected them to be taste size even to the tin foil wrapping. Atmosphere is as good as any other restaurant in this town. Service was perfect. And as I stated the food was exactly what the old Taco Villa served me many years ago. I'd recommend anybody to go and try it. And knows what the old Taco Villa served. You won't be disappointed! I wasn't!
This was the worst food I have ever seen from a chipotle. The Burrito was smaller than my hand, ordered two salad bowls and there was no lettuce in them. Everything was cold including the steak and chicken in the burrito and burrito bowl. Disgusting! They didn't even deserve the one star. 50 dollars for lunch
I ordered 4 sausage patty crunch wraps and they all had little to no sausage ,no sauce , made with small tortillas and was completely dry. I come here at least 3/4 times a week for breakfast & I’m so disappointed to the point that I will never spend another dollar here again .
Amazing authentic food! The birria tacos have so much meat in them they don't even compare to anywhere else. The quesadilla has perfectly melted cheese and it wasn't greasy at all like other places. The staff was super friendly and knew exactly what to recommend.
I was so excited to hear that Taco Villa was coming back. It was my favorite taco place when it was located in Waite Park. The chili was AMAZING back then. I ordered the chili and a chicken burrito. The chili was NOTHING like it used to be. greasy and no taste. The burrito was chicken wrapped in a tortilla shell. No beans, lettuce, sour cream, extra sauce, nothing - and it cost over $5!!!. Disappointed in the new location.
Pre-ordered three hard shell tacos. Received three broken up tacos shells which basically makes it a bowl with tortilla wraps since the shells were soggy. The workers who were doing the takeout orders were completely unprofessional and acting as if it was a kindergarten project.

We came here to celebrate my husband's birthday. It was such a fun atmosphere. The food was excellent. The staff was amazing. My brother was visiting from out of town. So, it was just perfect all of the way around. We look forward to going back. My husband received free fried ice cream with a candle in it and a $15 gift certificate for our next visit.
It's a shame that the general manager and managers can't do a proper job at training their coworkers to wrap a proper burrito. If it's not wrapped properly the whole burrito tastes off. On top of that there was no sense of urgency when doing the second part of the burrito the guy acted high and slow the whole time he was making it. The General Manager needs to get their act together because the chipotle I knew growing up had higher standards then this.

I never had any issues before and i do love chipotle for their good food and fast service but this is sheer negligence by the staffs. The avocado in the guacamole was not smashed and worst it was rotten. Never going to buy chipotle with guacamole ever again.
