I ordered a soft taco through drive through. We drove away then parked to eat. I unwrapped it to discover someone took a bite out of my taco. Could see the teeth marks and all. I was in disbelief for a second. Inspected thoroughly and it was indeed a bite out of my taco. NEVER going back to any Taco Bell again. Disgusting.

9 times out of 10 the food is wrong or order has missing items at Shadow Lake location. Quality in food isn't very impressive especially with Rock Hard Chalupas on the regular and sloppy drive through packaging. I don't put out reviews unless it has become absolutely necessary but I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND everyone take an extra 5 minute drive and go to the LA Vista Taco Bell.

I placed an app order that included 2 strawberry freezes. At the window, I found out that they didn't have any, so I had to switch my drinks. Bean burrito was good, but I paid a dollar more to get extra sauce and extra cheese but I couldn't tell the difference from regular.

This place is always a great place to grab something fast to eat. The problem is is it is expensive. But I did notice that the new steak that they have that is like a season steak and it has like cilantro in it. The cilantro, first off was way too big to be in anything that they serve, and the steak that has the cilantro in it was not fully cooked. So just watch out for that. But otherwise super good I highly recommend everybody getting the app because the app does give you a lot of points that does help you combat the high prices that chipotle does charge you. And I feel like maybe to help them come back their high prices maybe charging people per ingredient because if I only get three ingredients in there I shouldn’t have to pay $15 for my rice bowl. But anyways, I digress it is a great place to grab some food really quick, but just be prepared super high priced.

My kids and I went here for dinner last night and ordered two kids quesadillas and a rice bowl for myself. The rice was undercooked and hard and the kids’ quesadillas weren’t pressed long enough. It was more of a taco with slightly melted cheese. I should have said something then but my kids and I were in a rush to get home. I was so disappointed! I bring this up to adjust food quality as I was here 2 weeks ago and everything was perfect.

No one acknowledged me as I entered. I usually leave when this happens but I really needed food. I was looking at the menu for a few moments. A guy preparing food turned around and told me that I would have to place my order using the kiosk and no one could take my order. I get it guys, businesses are trying to cut costs wherever they can. You could have someone to care for customers if they choose not to use the machine. I WILL NEVER RETURN.

I love love the food here. The burrito bowls are a good sized meal!
We have had times where the rice was crunchy, it happened twice. Food wasn't as good.
We do online ordering because lobby feels very cramped, especially during lunch/dinner.

We went in tonight for a quick supper. Food was good but the atmosphere was not welcoming or clean. All the tables were dirty, we were rushed through and after spending $43, I can honestly say the cold lobby (it had to of been 60 degrees) and having to clean my own table, there is a far chance I'll go back there. The only humorous part of the experience were 6 people standing and talking, agast that a patron left a lettuce pile on a table. There was only one employee working, seemed to be the "to go guy", and was not slacking and could of used some help. Maybe if Chipotle cut the six employees standing around talking,, maybe Chipotle wouldn't have to overcharge patrons. Crazy.

This is not my normal Chipotle, but I frequent it 7-8 times a year. The quality of food is consistent with a well run Chipotle. From what I have seen, when a crowd comes in, the team pulls together for efficienct, high-quality order filling.

seems like every time that I go to this location drive thru my order is incorrect and I do not realize it until I get home. I ordered extra beef, was charged for extra beef, but it looks like I got LESS than normal. I ordered two Nacho Taco Supreme and they did put any lettuce or tomato.

Still the best place in town for a mexican meal. My steak quesadilla was stuffed with the goodies
and at a moderate price. Chips and salsa were plentiful. Iced tea was at the perfect strength.

I usually get good or decent customer service which is not really a big thing with me as long as I get my food which has been the problem the last couple times I went in the drive through. Their lobby has been closed due to short staffing (been for a while now). I am always missing an item and they never give me any sauce despite them always asking. A few of my burritos were missing ingredients like rice and most of the time it is thrown together. I thought the one in Brentwood was bad but this one is worse unfortunately.

Went in on Friday at 9 pm. I was ignored by boy cleaning right in front of me! I finally said something and he reluctantly helped me. He then told me they were out of cheese and when I complained he said they couldn’t shred cheese after a certain time! The whole while this is going on another boy was standing towards back looking at his phone. Cashier was great. So tired of this ignoring the customer no acknowledgment at all, also when they are making to go orders.

Thursday August 24, 8:40 pm: long day, looking forward to Qdoba meal (I rarely eat out). I enter Qdoba and stand in front of the counter. There are three employees; none of them make eye contact or offer to help me in any way. One is working on a take out order, one is washing a wall, the other is refilling containers, very slowly.
As a paying customer, I’d like to not be ignored. I don’t mind waiting for service but please, at least acknowledge that I’m there with a welcome smile or a simple, “Someone will be with you in moment.”
Several minutes go by. Nothing. I am standing around 4 feet away from these employees!
Walk over to Five Guys. Greeted and served immediately.
Will not go back to this Qdoba.

If this store messes up your mobile pick up order, they will make you feel like you are trying to scam free food when you request to have an item remade. Was just told they would remake something for a customer, as a "one-time thing" and not honor any guarantees for future visits. Got it, you just told me not to come back.

There are any different La Mesa locations. This is the first time I've visited this one.
It is clearly the best one in my opinion.
Service here was the great.
My daughter and I ordered different types of enchiladas. We were both pleased.
Theirbl chips and salsa were also great.

We have been coming to this location for years. They are consistently good. One time I even had an issue and the manager called because I left a comment. That's customer service, oh and his answer to my issue made sense. We will continue to come to this Qdoba.

I personally like this La Mesa (84th Street in Papillion) best out of all of them. The food seems to have more seasoning/flavor and it has great atmosphere. We've started going to this La Mesa exclusively because we've had great food and great service repeatedly. I love their cheese dip and all of the entrees Ove tried have been wonderful!

Ordering take out is great! They're quick and made sure my order was correct. I appreciate having my order read back to me to ensure I got the correct thing, especially since I am a vegetarian and want to make sure I can eat my meal!

Probably my favorite chipotle restaurant in the area. I haven’t had a bad experience yet and the food is always perfect. Everything seems to taste fresher at this location compared to others! The sign listing the food has tiny font which makes me feel like I need some binoculars to read, that’s the only real complaint I have.

Staff was nice but pretty rushed and sloppy. The bowl I bought was not very warm There was food scattered over the counter by the register. The chips were pretty stale. Disappointing!

Just ordered from here through door dash and they completely forgot to put any queso on the chimichangas we ordered. Super bummed. Especially for $17 each. Not impressed. Have never had this happen when we order from the other la mesas in town.

Fantastic bowls and burritos! I especially loved the chicken queso burrito- tons of flavor, fresh pico de gillo and juicy chicken with delicious grill flavor.
The build your own bowl with pickled onions and slow braised pulled pork was really good too and the chips and 3 cheese queso hit the spot!

Always great service and fantastic food. We are regulars! Fajitas Jalisco, La Mesa Cheese Dip and House Margaritas are always perfect.

Pretty good. They were fast and food was fresh. Having visited recently I had some of the worst service I believe you can have, the employee working the drive-thru seem to get really angry or when I ask for the sauce that they had forgot to put in the bag. She grabs a bunch of packages of sauces and just about slams them into my hands, dropping several on the ground during this process. I asked if she was okay and she told me she was just really stressed which I understand but not good service for the customers

We had a perfect evening on the patio and enjoyed the chicken suiza enchiladas. I added a vegetable enchilada this time and WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED!! If you like fajitas, you'll love them (my mouth is watering just thinking about it!) We love the cheese sauce (Queso) here - it is a mild white cheese, so if you prefer the spicy alternative you may want to add a hotter sauce to it 😜 Last but definitely not least is the fried ice cream! It's a very rare occurrence that we can leave La Mesa without having fried ice cream - the best around, in our opinion 😋

For some reason it's not uncommon to get stuck in a drive through where it takes 10 minutes to move a single car. Last visit was 27 minutes from the time I entered the line to exit.
Edit 1/2/23: Downgrading to a 1-star. They left 2 items out of a 7 item order, lobby is closed YET AGAIN, so I can't even get this fixed without another 15 minutes in the drive through. If they can't make it right, this is my last visit. They can't even be trusted to feed my family.
Final Edit: I'm done with this place. I've spent quite a bit of money here and they can't be bothered to contact me when I ask them to. Just plain thievery.
They'll be shut down in a few years unless management changes.

Update… came back because it sounded good, they did ok when getting us our food.. there is no emotion shown, they are just “doing their job” but honestly they aren’t. The floor is disgusting and so are the tables. Had to clean my own table and the place wasn’t even that busy… also, while. We were eating the lady came out to wipe off the table but proceeded to just wipe it onto the floor then walk away…. The drink area was also disorganized and overflowing with trash. As well as the trash in the main area which as seen in the photo is also overflowing… I guess being a restauranteur isn’t something they seem to care about… oh well.
This is getting ridiculous, $40 for 2 bowls… outrageous. Skimped majorly on meat, asked for barely any guacamole and they charged me for full amount. If I wanted a dining in experience I would pay a similar amount…. The food is subpar and the service is lacking. I do not recommend. Sad thing is I used to work here years ago… my how things change

We tried the franchise for the first time and was very pleased with the food and service. I tried the chicken queso bowl and loaded it with black beans, picco, sour cream, guacamole, jalapeños, shredded cheese, and white rice…. Definitely not low fat! The chicken was tender and very flavorful. I was pleased with my heaping portion and took half home for leftovers. The service was quick, and the employees were friendly. They reminded me to sign up for the app to receive coupons too.

The food was good and or waitress was nice. I loved my carne asada taco! The corn appetizer that we tried wasn't my favorite, but everything else was on par.
Our waitress checked on us multiple times and apologized on the wait for our food. It wasn't too long of a wait for that part. However, we did wait about 10 minutes after we finished eating for our check. That was not ideal. Other than that it was a good dinner.
