Lovely health & wellness spa in the heart of Mississauga! Super clean massage rooms and physio room. This spa also offers acupuncture services and a couple’s massage room. Their foot oasis room is instagram worthy

I had an amazing experience with Daniel! His expertise and dedication to his clients was evident. He took the time to understand my needs and tailored a treatment plan that worked wonders! He also was very patient with explaining to me how my body works, which gave me a better understanding of how I should do things.

I had a wonderful foot massage from Jennifer. Place was very clean and staff friendly.
Tried to book after sandy left. They can't accommodate months in advance now! Tried the receptionist sounded exhausted trying to find a new date for me and my husband. So we will find a new spot for our massages. Not good for business
I enjoyed my massage at Mendsoma Therapies. Jennifer has gifted hands, that had me very relaxed and happy that she got all the knots on my shoulders. I will definitely go back again.

Physiotherapy treatment with Luv Manchanda went very well. He is a very kind and knowledgeable, and does a great job. Additionally, the location is very clean and has a relaxing atmosphere. I would recommend Serenity Massage and Wellness to anyone who is looking for physio or massage.

Matt and his team at Body Science Therapy are some of the most knowledgeable and impressive physiotherapists that I have ever been to. As a Pilates instructor and actress. The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. I was treated by Matt for physiotherapy, and his treatment approach is thorough, analytical, and customized for my own unique needs. I have been a patient at Natural Touch rehab centre in Burnhamthorpe for a few years now, and I can't recommend them highly enough. The staff, especially Dr. Samar, have been incredibly professional and skilled in helping me heal from various issues. I went to Body Science as I needed a physiotherapist. Daniel took care of me and my plantar faciatis as well as carpal tunnel syndrome. He has been helping me a lot, teaches me the right exercises and movements. He explains everything well and is very easy to understand. I haven’t even finished my whole session and it’s like magic. I’m back to the normal me!

I booked with Shirley for a foot massage and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Her skills are amazing. I feel completely rejuvenated, and incredibly relaxing. If you’re looking for a top-notch foot masseuse, Shirley is the best choice!

Let’s not forget to mention I walked in barely able to do a full squat because of the pain around my ankle. To now, full range of motion without any pain after a few visits!! Appreciate all the help!!

I had knee replacement surgery in October and I was struggling with my recovery until my son introduced me to Body Science. I started seeing Matthew and Jonathan and immediately I saw a huge improvement. My pain level steadily dropped and my knee was able to move much more freely. I started to sleep right through the night pain free. And after only 1 week I threw away my cane and I started to drive myself again and regain my independence. It has been six weeks now and I am close to 100% healed and i cannot thank Mathew and Jonathon enough for their help and expertise. I will definitely recommend Body Science to all my family and friends!

I have been seeing Nicole at Serenity for many years now and she is the best massage therapist I have ever seen. Always professional, beautiful clinic, and the massages are very therapeutic and as deep as I need. I highly recommend Serenity.
Dr.Kyle has literally changed my life in a span of a few weeks.
I came to see Dr.Kyle for a consultation and he really listened to every concern I had and came up with a recovery plan.
I've had pelvic, knee, intense shoulder and Achilles pain and always felt that other doctors never really came up with a plan for me.
Dr.Kyle took his time to evaluate every issue and learn my body. He was able to identify my pain points and the weaknesses we needed to address.
Working all day was causing me intense shoulder and neck pain. I was having to stretch constantly and use a massage gun to alleviate some of the pain. After 2 sessions, I no longer find myself stretching constantly or feeling any pain in my neck after a long day of work.
He helped adjust my lower back so I get in and out of bed easily.
He's helped open up my hip so I can move my legs around freely.
I'm experiencing mobility in my body that I never thought I'd be able to see again. I have a new found enthusiasm for my health and fitness because Dr.Kyle has come up with a plan for me and I'm seeing improvements after every session.
I couldn't be happier with my experience and I get excited before every appointment, because I know how relaxed and free my body will feel after.

I recently experienced physiotherapy at Serenity Massage and Wellness Center, Streetsville, Mississauga. I met my therapist Luv Manchanda and I found him very knowledgeable about human body pressure points, which quickly induces relaxation. He has good experience in dry needling, acupuncture and cupping therapy. Grateful to Luv and team! Highly recommend for anyone who is dealing with chronic pain and old injuries. Kudos😊

Been here a few times already for previous injuries. Physiotherapist has always got me back to full recovery to be able to play sports again, I would definitely recommend!

Relaxation Massage & Head Massage: they are very respectful, kind, accommodating & ever ready to approach and work out those knots. As soon as I came front counter was patient with me, but very ready to have me get started. The message therapist gave me the room to undress accordingly, I was given a comfortable and clean massage table to lay on. When ready the massage therapist was so quick to start, but took her time where it was needed. I chose to have a rather quiet session paying attention to each fiber as they were being pressed, and the therapist respected that. She was also very ready to talk and was very kind, calm, and easy to talk with. This was my first time and I look forward to next time. Thank you so much Mendsoma!
Dr Araujo was very rude and have no patient to understand the patient. he is also very rude to his staff.

This was the worst customer service experience that my mom and I have had in a while. Not only did the receptionist's not give us the correct information about the treatment we were going to recieve but they also proceeded to speak extremley passive aggressively and condescending to us once my mom tried to explain the pain she was in after recieving the treatment, and was trying to figure out a fair solution. We used to come here many years ago and never had any issues but since the mangement and admin team have changed, this place has drastically gone downhill. Needless to say, my family and I will no longer be going there anymore.
I highly recommend Humza for any physiotherapy treatment. Having personally being treated for a neck injury, I experienced remarkable improvement, even after the first treatment. The clinics really nice, and they have a wide variety of gym equipment as well. Definitely highly recommend!
The staff at the movement lab are very friendly and welcoming. I saw Dr.Jade for a shoulder injury and she was very professional and knowledgeable and made my first chiropractic appointment very comforting. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone dealing with an injury or aches/pain.
Thank you to Strong Athlete for recommending this place. Kris is the best physical therapist out there. Within minutes he was able to diagnose my issue and set a treatment course that got me back to playing baseball. Kris, Lindsey and the entire team there are amazing.
By far the worst clinic ive ever been to. Whatever the white male doctors name is he deserves to have his license revoked. I want there on three different occasions and each time he would talk over me not hearing my actual symptoms and then prescribe me some random medication that when brought back to my family doctor, would be absolutely useless to my actual condition. On my last visit he literally walked out of my room and his response was “my co workers know when i leave a room i dont come back in” and that was the extent of my visit.
If you are going through any sort of illness i recommend making the two minute drive to any clinics down Ridgeway because mississauga wellness is absolutely abysmal. The second last occurence i was waiting over 2 hours to see a doctor and I WAS THE ONLY PERSON THERE followed by two others. Only when i got fed up and left to go to another clinic that would serve me quicker did i get a call back from mississauga wellness asking why i left. I was told the doctor was simply ”stepping out” the secretary doesn't know when he's going to be back. And of course its the same white male doctor once again.

I went to dr. Araujo to seek medical assistance because I had an infection and could barely move. He scrolled through some random page while I was listing my symptoms. He wouldn’t even examine me at all. He literally just gave me some painkillers and sent me home. Later that night I was in intense pain and was dropped off at the ER. They told me I had formed a severe infection and I needed immediate surgery to drain it. I told them about the painkillers that dr. Araujo had given me and they said he shouldn’t have given me those it’s useless.
It’s sad he’s been my family doctor for over 5 years and I don’t think he’s actually physically examined me. He just asks for my symptoms and prescribes me something that doesn’t help my condition. He feels more like a salesman trying to sell me on medication that doesn’t help me at all.
I won’t ever go back to this clinic. They prioritize virtual consultations over physical examinations.

I have been coming to this clinic for the past 5-6 years and I’ve never left with any complaints. The staff is always warm and welcoming. My family Doctor Dr.Arujo is one of the best I’ve had. He always takes the time to listen to any concerns I have and addresses them accordingly. The facility in general is very clean , I always feel like Iv been looked after whenever I visit. Highly recommend visiting here :)
Dr. Adilson is one of the best doctor in town. He really gives time to his patients. I must say front desk staffs are also amazing. Even my kids like to see Dr. Adilson 😊.
The centre is well located with ample parking. The moment you enter the centre you feel relaxed. Very well kept place. Must say has a soothing aroma. The staff here is exceptional. Extremely welcoming and courteous. I had opted for for an 1 hour massage session and every minute was extremely relaxing. I informed the therapist on the nighling pain in my shoulder and she took extra effort to ensure that the muscle knots were taken care off. I think I slept off a couple of times :-). Pressure points were perfect and overall experience exceptional.

Great team of therapists, coaches, and trainer. The team here is very welcoming (as if you’re family to them)! They offer a variety of services including athletic therapy, massage therapy, chiropractic services, concussion assessment, mobility classes, training (performance, partner, personal, group), infrared sauna, and Normatec boots. Each practitioner is spectacular in what they do. They are amazing at what they do! 100% recommend this place!
I came in during the holiday season after being told my family doctor was away on vacation. His walk-in clinic at Bristol Circle had about 30 people waiting at 10:30 on a Wed morning, so left immediately. This clinic had one person ahead of me and no one else. I was in an out in about 15 minutes with a prescription for my problem. Staff and doctor were friendly and helpful.

He is very organized and almost always spot on with the time slots allotted for phone consultation. He issued the flu shots by appointment thus making the experience very orderly especially for little children and seniors.
The pharmacist at Mississauga Wellness always gives very precise instructions about the dosage and ideal food gaps between medication and is very helpful with questions.
We have also had great experience with Dr.Mona Seif, and in physiotherapy with Tejash Modi. The front desk staff at Mississauga Wellness has always been helpful in accommodating appointments especially when we have needed short notice ones for our little one when she was an infant.
