The best police that I can find for my son they have the patience and they are so good with kids. My soon was so scare from the pool they just take 2 class to take the scare out. They are really amazing

Excellent place for your children to learn to swim, the teachers are very patient and teach the techniques with love to the children. Bianca and Mafer are super friendly and always willing to help you. I am very satisfied with this place. I recommend it.

Wonderful summer camp for kids! I don’t live close by, 20min drive each way and I still signed up my toddler because they have an awesome swimming program for kids all ages with energetic, fun, caring coaches. My toddler is now a confident swimmer because of AcquaWorld. The coaches and office staff are so attentive, kind and communicative at all times. And any questions or comments I had, they were accessible through WhatsApp - loved it! My toddler truly enjoyed the last two weeks of summer here and I’m a happy mama. Thank you to everyone who made my toddler feel welcomed and showed him a good time at camp!

The swimming instructors at the Acquaworld Swim Academy are excellent! Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the administrative staff, who were usually dismissive or uncooperative with us. We recently cancelled private classes for our kids, including one with special needs, because the staff was more worried about liability and making sure we followed procedures than helping our autistic son reacclimate to swimming in the pool after being out of the pool for some time due to COVID.

For over two years, we paid for private swimming sessions in advance for our two kids, which isn't cheap at the academy. Nonetheless, we wanted our kids to learn how to swim for our peace of mind. My wife and I were always accommodating and patient with the academy staff when our instructors or swim times were changed, sometimes at the last minute. The administrative staff, however, did not reciprocate our kindness. A lot of times they tried to assign a swim instructors against our wishes, who did not mesh well with our son, or we had to wait for weeks until they hired new instructors before we could continue swim classes, even though we paid for classes ahead of time.

On one occasion, we had birthday party at the academy that included time in the pool for our guests, with a lifeguard, for approximately 1 hour and half. We had a great time! When we recently inquired about holding another birthday party at the academy, the price doubled and the pool time was limited to 30 minutes!

This not the way you treat long term loyal clients, who always paid ahead time and accommodated the academy when they needed to make changes. The administrative staff and owners did not make any attempts to work with us, even when we offered reasonable options to help our autistic son. We started feeling ignored and unwelcomed simply because they didn't want to deal with it.

I hope the owners and staff at the academy read this review and reconsider the way they treat their clients.

The best swimming academy excellent teachers, heated water and all very nice, we love the place

I have been taking my now 3 year old daughter for almost a year to swimming lessons. Everyone is very attentive , very professional and always follows up with anything I need or ask for. My daughter has made and incredible progress. We love teacher Alexandra. I highly recommend this place. 💖🌟💖

I had my son in the past at another swimming academy where I felt he was stuck, so I switched him to Acquaworld and I am more than happy now because he has learned 4 different styles and the instructors and very perfectionists and that’s why my son has improved so much! 100% recommended !

My son had this great fear of water, I decide to finally put him in a swimming academy , after some research I found Acquaworld and I want to review few points about this swimming academy and maybe help any Mom or Dad in the Doral, Miami area that is looking for an academy and needs an honest review.

-The front desk girls are really nice, friendly and very helpful and answered all of my questions.
-From day one they help my son to overcome his fear.
-I have only work with instructor Alejandro, which has been a blessing to see the progress he has achieved with my son in only 7 days, since day 3 my son was already swimming. Just amazing how patient and knowledgeable he is.
-My son is happy to learn, not scared or anxious about water anymore, which for me is priceless.

We've been very pleased with ACQUAWORLD SWIMMING ACADEMY and my son Noah LOVES it too.
I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone looking to teach their child to swim, they are #1 in my book!
