Unfortunately is the Management not able to provide on the end a normal bill . Also after several Mails no answer or support . Nice people but that doesn’t help if there are unable to make a fast check in more than 1 hour and then you need to discuss the price and show them booking com sites and so on . I can not recommend this Hotel sorry !!!
We had such an amazing and calming experience at the L.Raphael Beauty Spa at The Jaffa Hotel!! The spa staff so friendly, and professional. The massage was one of the best I’ve ever had!!

I also want to mention the breakfast, the food is fresh, the staff is very courteous and friendly (special thanks to Valeria who served us and the manager Matt)
We also want to mention the pool staff, Angel was very nice and took care of us until the end of our stay. but there were also employees who were not friendly, this is the concierge George, and the receptionist. We asked to open the chapel for a tour, but we were refused; the staff referred to the fact that it was not cleaned there and offered to come back another time. we think this is unwelcoming and rude.
I stayed at the Jaffa Luxury Collection in July and I had the most amazing stay. I stayed for 5 nights and it was the most enjoyable stay that I have had in Israel. Shireen at the front desk went above and beyond to assist me with early check in and to make sure my late checkout went smoothly. The property accommodated my early checkin by allowing me to use the showers in the spa to freshen up from the long flight from the US as they were making sure my room was ready, cleaned and inspected since it was well before check in time.

Shireen also assisted with local recommendations and even offered to help to get reservations for us at restaurants that were hard to get into. We went and the food was amazing. The entire staff from valet to restaurant were a delight to be with during our 5 day stay. Highly recommend this property.
A truly magnificent experience. The property with its history, location, and amenities are unparalleled. The service is absolutely amazing. I was taken care of from the moment I entered to the moment I departed.

All requests were accommodated and the staff consideration and attention were truly appreciated. The location is steps from Jaffa flea with restaurants and bars, Jaffa port, beach and many other beautiful areas to discover.

I particularly enjoyed taking advantage of the pool, spa, and gym facilities. The rooms themselves were serene and well thought out. The cleanliness, turn down service, small gifts, and handwritten notes made the stay feel personal and well cared for.

I will definitely return to The Jaffa and recommend for others to experience it.
spent 3 days in port tower hotel and I had a terrible experience!
it was literally impossible to sleep everyday until 4:00am because of the clubs around the hotel, and you wake up at 9:00am because of zoomba lessons in the port, 0 sound proofing in such a location is just rude!
and also the wall between the bathroom and the room is a small and thin glass wall so you can hear perfectly anything that happens in the bathroom from the bed!
Beautiful hotel with amazing sea view and located to many good restaurants in the area
The hotel staff was always kind with a smile.
Me and my wife were very Happy to stay here.
Thank you for make this vacation so good

Recently discovered and now stayed for the 2nd time: A hidden jewel in a mega top location; cozy and very charming boutique hotel and cute decorated small but refined rooms and bathroom with spacious balcony overlooking the bustling Dizengoff square (with a huge choice of hip coffee places, restaurants and shops); soundproof (balcony) doors; very clean ; equipped with Nespresso machine, daily biscuits and bonbons -stocked minibar with (free) soft drinks. And a welcome bottle of wine. Great and extensive breakfast buffet and happy hour every afternoon on the roof terrace with delicious snacks ; Free bicycles and yoga offered; my thanks go to Kobi and his very professional and cordial team: Hamudi, Judith , Diana, Rosalyn, Awi, Vadym : and all others, as well as to the cleaning team!! their top service definitely contributed to my wonderful and carefree stay. No 5star hotel in Tel Aviv can compete with their amazing high quality of service! This hotel is from now on absolutely my home away from home!

You can't beat this place. The staff are great. Breakfast is excellent. The rooms are good and the vibe is great.
The Jaffa Hotel is one of my favorites hotels in Tel Aviv.
As an Israeli Private Tour Guide I always recommend to stay in a safe place ,and close to the beach and close to good restaurants and bars.
The Jaffa is a great choice.
It isn't Kosher.
Their breakfast is one of the best in the city.
Enjoy 😊.
This is review of restaurant. We were celebrating wedding anniversary. Restaurant is marvelous and very romantic. Food is delicious and service is perfect. My beloved girl is very happy
This is the 3rd stay in this hotel. I have to admit that the quality of the services never changed it’s always amazing. Staff is so kind and attentive.
Location of this hotel is perfect in the beautiful historical Jaffa. Swimming pool is also very nice and you can certainly relax here.
The only downside of this hotel are the sizes of the rooms - even if you book premium/deluxe room it’s so small (there is no place where to place your luggage for example because of the lack of space in the room). Secondly, prices have rocketed up in the recent year but it’s understandable as this is probably the best hotel in tel aviv based on the location, quality of services etc.
P.S.: one small tip - in the pool area it would be nice if the staff was asking guests if they’d like to order some food or drinks instead of guests having to approach them and ask for menu etc - this is no criticism just small advice to step up your game in serving your customers as 5* hotel ;)
Lastly I want to thank concierge Ariella (sorry for wrong spelling) for her very kind approach and huge empathy and professionalism! She is amazing and deserves to be given great feedback from the hotel management!

The setting was amazing. Beautifully restored historic building. The service was a let down as it was very pushy! The chap was very nice but kept offering and ordering for us (desserts) we were not yet sure about. More listening to us would have been great. Food was nice but nothing special compared with other amazing places in TelAviv and far too expensive which imo it justified
We loved our recent stay at The Jaffa. First of all, the location and history are so compelling. Learning about the structure and the why and how it was built really drew me in. We loved be in this part of Tel Aviv to experience the cultures and convergence of what makes the city so unique.
Before arrival, we corresponded with Aviad at the concierge desk. He booked dinners for us and was responsive to our questions. I didn’t end up doing any of the tours though.

The hotel itself is stunning and so unique. Our check in went smoothly and we were upgraded based on the PTS booking. The room had a small balcony, an espresso machine and a tv that was actually a mirror. The bathroom and shower were well equipped. We had twice daily maid service.
We had small problems with the room that we spoke with the front desk about. Sadly, they weren’t fixed during our stay.
We enjoyed the balcony and the small in room refrigerator. It was very hot and the water was welcome.
We had the buffet bench and enjoyed sitting on the patio. The service and food were great each and everyday of our stay.
The staff were well trained, kind and made effort effort to connect with the guests.
We went to the pool once and it was hard to go back because it was too busy most days. At some points, the hotel limited the number of people because it was so busy. Some of the guests got very rude about seating and were aggressive about taking over the lounge chairs. It made it unpleasant to return.
The gym was great and well equipped. Most of the time it wasn’t busy at all.
The front desk were helpful and tried to give tips and suggestions. Many times they were very busy and it wasn’t possible to get their help on directions.
We ate one night at a cafe nearby. The food was good but overpriced. Suggest heading down a few blocks to Onza and the Market area. The neighborhood was lively and always felt safe to walk around.
We took the bus a few times and taxis. Many drop you at the corner so that they don’t turn into Old Jaffa and have to make the trip around.
We explored a few days and wish we had more time to do so. It is a fascinating area of Tel Aviv and the Jaffa makes it so special.
We keep coming back to Atlas hotels, a different branch each time. We enjoy the design, the cleanliness, the attention to detail. Everything is acceptable and easy the booking, the check in and everything we need in our stay. Center chic is located right on Dizingof square in the center of the city with everything only a short walk away.
Hotel is situated in excellent location. Personnel is very kind and helpful. Service is perfect - nice breakfast, free towels to the sea, daily Happy Hours. It is my pleasure to recommend this hotel to other guests.
Hotel is located in a very nice area, close to beach and lot of restaurants and near by

Its relatively a new hotel building with clean atmospheres however the rooms are small and bathrooms are very small, hard to take a bath freely.. so I would say the value for what you pay is not that great
I got a room close to some staff room, and it was noisy all the night , closing and opening door with lot of noise
Breakfast is OK , reception is not bad. They are taking 250 NIS deposits even for company booking which I never seen in other hotels

Overall not bad experience..

Wow! I came for a business trip and cannot describe how well looked after I've been here. The staff are exceptional. One even bothered to learn my name and say hello to me every morning at breakfast. The cleaning staff were also so lovely and had a nice chat with me whenever we crossed paths. I've felt so welcome.

The breakfast is outstanding. If you can get a slice of Vered's cheesecake (I know cake at breakfast can seem a bit much, but trust me) try to get two.

The location is ideal. You're on the namal, right by the Mediterranean sea. What more could you ask for?? It's a little noisy with traffic sometimes, but that's such a decent compromise when everything else is so outstanding.

Finally, I came during a heatwave and the aircon must have been engineered by NASA because it kept my room at the perfect temp the whole time.

Huge thanks to everyone who made my stay so fabulous!

A very decent hotel close to the beach. The hotel is well maintained and the staff is friendly. The rooms were not well cleaned. There are lots of amenities close by. Be prepared for a LOT of noise at night from traffic and partying folk.
Best Place in Town 🤩
…close to the Beach
…close to the Old City Center
…close to the heart 💛

Thank you so much for all your kindness and the help you provided every time, when I asked.

I will miss your breakfast…
If I should visit Israel soon again, please keep a room free for me 🤩
Food not available as per Indian standards. No vegetarian dishes provided despite requests. Food menu is full of non veg items only. Rooms are also not so spacious. Restaurant is full of smell of non veg items cooked in olive oil which was intolerable. Suggest not to be there if you are a vegetarian.
Very lovely and clean boutique hotel in the center of TLV.
The hotel is within walking distance of the beach, the Carmel Market and Dizengoff Square.
Staff were super friendly and helpful.

Loved My stay. A very nice cozy hotel in the heart of Tel Aviv. A perfect location Everything was clean and comfortable. There was a superb coffee maker in the room. All the staff was very nice and helpful (Important).

Highly recommended! I will be Back !
no coffee machine in rooms (or in reception for clients to use), and no happy hour, unlike many other hotels in TLV.

Cleaning was late. Asked for fresh towels but request ignored. Had to go outside room to get more towels.

Breakfast used to be good, but now less good. On second morning choice very limited - no tuna for example.

I've stayed at the this hotel many times, but not again.
We really enjoyed our stay at the Metropolitan Hotel. The best part was when I went outside in the morning (we checked in at night) and looked down the street, the ocean was less than 2 blocks away. I requested a room without carpeting and it was great. The rooms are a little small, but not bad. It smelled clean throughout the hotel and the room itself. My wife is really finicky and she was satisfied with this hotel. The employees were all very nice and gave us excellent service. There are computers in the lobby available for free which was super helpful. The breakfast was really good too. If you want a great location, clean hotel and good customer service, this will do it.
Hotel with history. Incredibly beautiful old building. Wonderful breakfast. Special thanks to Anna, Alina, Roman, bartender Mikhail. Delicious food, wonderful buffet. At the front board met a nice guy Aaron who was very polite. Thanks for the wonderful experience. We'll be back again!

Greeted beautifully at reception and without a doubt a fantastic service and superb room !! 🥰🥰

Loved our stay here. The rooms in the Tel Aviv boutique hotels tend to be small and this was no exception. And, in the room you had everything you need.

The bed was super comfy, lovely pillows. An excellent shower and lots of other goodies from a selection of complimentary drinks in the room to a superb coffee machine in the rest area close to the reception area.

Location is in the heart of Tel Aviv and that does mean that at times it can be a little noisy. That’s to be expected in the centre of any city.

Definitely recommend and would definitely come back again.

A very nice cozy hotel right in the heart of Tel Aviv. A perfect location to enjoy the bustling city life - walk to coffee shops, diverse restaurants, a shopping mall, easy bus transportation to anywhere in the city. My room had a balcony with a table set and live flowers and a charming view. Everything was clean and comfortable. There was a safe and a coffee maker in the room. Everyone on the staff was very nice and helpful. I stayed 6 nights and enjoyed it all very much Highly recommended!

So we arrived to tel aviv for a robbie williams concert , we parked our car in the entrance of the hotel finding the a great vallet car service for 135 nis. The room was clean , very well designed with smart small details , a mini fridge and a great shower and comfy bed. We'll be back.

We picked the jackpot when we picked this hotel out of many to choose from. The room was very small, but set in a beautiful, quiet location right in the heart of the city, next to a bustling circle with cafes and shops. It was clean and cozy and had everything we needed. The breakfast was divine!! We thoroughly enjoyed this place and recommend it to any traveler to Tel Aviv.
BED BUGS, MOLD
If I could give this hotel 0 stars I would. The hotel seems like it would be nice due to its location but this hotel ruined my trip in Israel.
First off, the hotel is CROWDED. Tons of groups, lobby always crowded, breakfast area overflowing with people.
The hotel rooms had mold on ceiling and bathroom, no mattress protectors, super thin sheets. On the second night there I found bed bugs under my sheets. When I told the manager he came to look at the bugs and didn’t deny that they were bed bugs. He said this is normal for hotels and that all he could do was bring me different sheets. He was extremely rude and stormed out of the room. Would not even let me speak to his manager. Bed bugs are extremely dangerous in hotel rooms as they can spread and be carried in your suitcase, clothes, etc. I had to leave the hotel and get my clothes cleaned and quarantine my suitcase for days in order to ensure I didn’t bring these bugs home.

AVOID THIS HOTEL. There are so many better hotels in tel aviv. Staying further from the beach is even better than this hotel.

Pros - super central location, great breakfast and cafe downstairs, clean and funky fit out. Con - very noisy if you have a room on the street, even with double glazing it isn’t for light sleepers
Took a night at this hotel as a treat for my sister’s wedding day. Had an incredible day. Facilities are wonderful. Rooms are spacious. But most important are the staff. The two Romans, one at reception and the other at the restaurant, went above and beyond. Liza, and the other waiters in both the pool area and restaurant were incredibly friendly. As a Russian speaker, it felt good to have the kind of service I’m used to in Israel; a big surprise.
The hotel looks fantastic from outside. The lobby is good and the staff are friendly. On the other hand, once entered room, there is a smell like a mouldy smell. The bathroom is really small really not much room to turn. Restaurant food is standard. The only good thing is near the beach.

The bathroom need an overhaul. The space on the toilet was very small and uncomfortable. The carpet in the room was so dirty, that you need shoes to walk on it. Maybe the carpet wasn't changed the last 20 years or so. If I had the chance I would chose an other hotel. Breakfast was medium quality. Nothing special. Not good, not bad.
Neve Tzedek may well be one of Tel Aviv’s oldest districts, but it’s still young at heart! Neve Tzedek or Neve Tsedek, is another district of Tel Aviv which has become increasingly fashionable in recent years. Renovation works have taken place to restore it to its former glory. Built in 1887, Neve Tzedek was the first Jewish neighborhood outside of the old port city of Jaffa. It’s the city’s first suburb. Its Oriental architectural style, combines with quaint, narrow streets with boutiques. All of this makes Neve Tzedek a retreat the modern city. The name means “Oasis of Justice”, and it really is a great escape.
We had a fabulous time at Hotel Saul. The bed and pillows were comfortable, the room was clean, shower water pressure excellent, rooms very dark and quiet at night. The decor is stylish and contemporary. The staff offered excellent suggestions for nearby breakfast and the hotel location was perfect, nearby to everything. The hotel also offered unobtrusive and helpful messages about holiday activities happening in the city at the time. We recommend them highly and would gladly return!
The rooms are beautiful, well decorated and the bathroom is big and fully equipped.
The staff is really nice and responsive.
As for breakfast: we were staying for an overnight during the weekend, so no coffee machine, no hot dish to choose, the variety is quite poor, the cheese selection is wide enough but basic (low quality), "pale" salads, but the fruit selection is great and tasty.
As for the lobby seating area: the sofas are inconvenient and should be replaced.
To summarize: great location, pleasant hotel but needs to do some "fine tuning" regarding the small details.
Thanks anyway, we enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic hotel, very clean and staff were very helpful and polite.Walk straight out of hotel 500 yards and your are on main promenade with bars, restaurants etc and can actually walk all the way across tel aviv beach to jaffa, its a long walk but lots to see and do.
Walk behind hotel another 500 yards on on a busy street which also runs for miles.
Trips to all the holy sites were well organised and a must if you are in tel aviv.

Beautiful building, cost interior design, with a good vibe inside.
Good was good. Artichoke in first course, adn lemonshelly for desert were especially tasty. Overall, good was good to very good, but it felt dig ificsntly overly priced for the quality of the food.
Some dishes seemed to be prepared with frozen ingredients (peas and dorade in particular), although of course we might be wrong...
Last, music was somewhat loud for us, although we could discuss without any issue.
We had dinner in the room on the left that felt like a private dining room, giving a nice sense of cosiness
reception desk is particularly friendly and professional
rooms with the cemetery view are okay for the price, the seaview is of course better. Room size very good.
Cleanliness was okay, better than acceptable, but worse than outstanding. Again, for the price its totally okay.
Breakfast: amazing, extraordinary. For the price the kitchen definitely punches above its weight, kiss the cook.

Recommending this hotel for the smart traveller who is willing to make some serious compromises on the fanciness, but is willing to have good location, good rooms, and a really good breakfast.
Really nice, clean hotel, friendly staff. Light breakfast choice. Stayed 4 nights. Had to get my own water... they provide coffee, tea etc in room but no bottled water after the first night. I didnt ask though so wasnt major complaint. Its quite a loud hotel, next to a main road and close proximity to other rooms when guests are opening/closing doors and talking.

Five stars for the restaurant. The boutique hotel is nice but it feels like a restaurant with rooms above it. The room was quiet and attractive but not five stars. There is no lobby so there is no sense of a hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful but mostly involved with the restaurant. The lighting in the room was our biggest complaint. It is very dark at night.
Went there for the cafe at the front. Had a great brunch there! Ordered avocado toast with 2 eggs and it was great. We also ordered the burek which was all tasty. Nice place to get a coffee too!

The overall experience was extremely good. We stayed for a weekend in a room with a balcony watching the sea.
The view was incredible, a d the service was outstanding. They had a problem with the parking and solved it for us in a very original and efficient way and with a smile.
The only down side is the bed, which was not as comfortable as could be expected.

We had a really good time, definitely coming back at some time.

Chic trendy boutique hotel in the heart of Tel Aviv. Very low key and all the beautiful people can be seen here. The restaurant is also amazing if you can get a reservation. Highly recommended!!
The best boutique hotel in a charming neighbourhood. Staff were so friendly and helpful. We came early due to our morning flight and got an upgraded room. Lovely vibe and atmosphere with a chill out area and a roof top terrace.

Definitely returning here whenever I visit

Perfect little hotel to explore Tel Aviv. Not to big, modern, but not to fancy. No own breakfast offer, but a nice coffee stores with sandwiches pastries, coffee and selection of cold drinks zu buy.
Located on Allenby close the central synagoge an opposite to Nahalat Binyamin pedestrian area. 5 minutes walk to Carmel Market. Easy to approach from station TLV HaHagana by Shterut 16.
Of cource it is not very "silent", but hey, we are in centre of Tel-Aviv.
Price okay referring to TLV.
Highly recommended an on my list for a next Tel-Aviv trip.
Damn!!!!
Talk about next level restaurant!

The food is amazing! Fresh, flavourful and Beautifully presented!
The service is so lovely and our waiters were so polite and service oriented.
It felt like a piece of Europe here in tel aviv except better.
Amazing! Would recommend to anyone and hope to go again. Now going to nap because all the yumminess and wine made me sleepy
Stayed here a year ago. Nothing wrong, but very very tiny room (at entry prices) and it feels overpriced for the value we get. It’s “trendy” and it seems that that’s what we pay for. Staff is very nice and place is clean. Very nice upper terrace and love the free hot drinks. But again, not worth the very high prices. Stayed elsewhere in Tel Aviv this year (Dave Gordon hotel), and it’s a as trendy as Saul but with much more space (feeling less “crammed”) with better location, free drinks and pop corn at a lower price.
I had great welcoming, support to know the best way to spend my time to save my money, the room supper clean the service were excellent thanks for Shalom and Sharen for the support which I received and allowing me to ease my meeting with mindVally team, and as a natural therapiest I found the food provided for breakfast one of the best, it was far far better than 90% of the 4 and 5 stars hotels which I stayed with in the past
Having been to more than 70 countries, I can say with certainty that Hotel Saul has been one of the best hotels I have stayed at. It is located at the very center of Tel Aviv in a very cool and hip area, its rooms are tastefully decorated and are very functional. The hotel serves a la carte, healthy breakfast in the mornings with great coffee selection at the cafe downstairs which is also liked a lot by the locals. What makes this place particularly exceptional and special are its staff and their attention for details and their friendliness. Furthermore, the hotel terrace is amazing. There is 24/7 free wine, coffee and tea and sofas and tables to chill, eat and work. The hotel also threw a very nice new year's eve party for its guests. I will definitely stay at Hotel Saul again, when I am back in Tel Aviv.

Good value for money.
Good hotel in an excellent location. Two things:
1. The body towels are too small.
2. At night there is noise from the road. I recommend the hotel staff to seal the windows and for the guests to bring earplugs.

have fun

Unique experience! Very central location in the lively heart of Tel Aviv, lots of opportunities to go out, to do some shopping. The hotel itself was very cool, starting with entrance into the charming cafe where breakfasts were also served. What a breakfast! Excellent coffee of your choice, warm croissant filled with cheese and tomatoes (you could also choose from the whole backed goods assortement - everything freshly prepared couple of minutes before consumption), yoghurt with fresh fruit and muesli, small bowl of sliced vegetables, and fresh juice (variety: orange or currant). Everything served in a stylish way on a chopping board. The room was spacy, pristinely clean, with interesting design and lightning concept. What I appreciated a lot was the huge walk-in shower. Last but not least, the attitude of the personnel was very warm, kind and helpful, especially the young lady receptionist I met on arrival and the smilling attentive barista by breakfast. Fully recommend!
Nice little boutique hotel in the centre of Tel Aviv.
The good:
The location is great as you can walk pretty much anywhere.
Breakfast was served at the cafe downstairs and was delicious.
The hotel staff was really nice and helpful.
The lounge area is nice to hang out and there is free wine and coffee for hotel guests.
The “less good”:
It is listed as a 4-star hotel but I would say it’s more of a 3-star, so the price is quite expensive. I think Israel has its own star rating system.
The room was tiny and minimalist, there was less than 1m between the bed and the walls around. There was nothing to place my luggage on, not a chair or a table.

The rooms are spotless and very well appointed. The Israeli breakfast is more than a simple continental spread, and, perhaps most importantly, the staff is among the most thoughtful and accommodating I have encountered in my travels. A big "YES" to this boutique hotel. Shout out to Julian, Shalom, and the lovely young man who recently emigrated from Russia.

This was a very nice hotel and good desicion to stay. The people working at the hotel are so kind and helpful and give you a lot of ideas.
The room service changes your towels and bed sheet every single day.
If you want to go to the beach you can get towels at the reception.
The breakfast is very small but totally enough. I enjoyed the honey cakes.
You can enjoy the evenings at the rooftop of the hotel by a drink or some fruits :)

The only thing I did not like was the loudness of the main street. In the night it's possible that some random people push the gas of their vehicle and make sleepless nights.
We had an amazing time in Tel Aviv staying at the Port hotel!
The location is just a three minute walk away from the beach and there are also a lot of nice bars and restaurants close by.
The rooms were very clean and comfortable.
The breakfast selection was not as big as it might be at other places, but everything was very tasty and we looked forward to it every day.
The best thing about Port Hotel is the staff: everyone was very nice and caring and when one of your group got sick, we got the best help we could ask for in re-organizing our further stay in TelAviv.
We can only recommend this place!

This was a great stay! Hotel 75 is in a super convenient location near an area with lots of good restaurants and bars. It’s also not a long way walking from the beach.
The hotel is very cool looking and the rooms are actually great.
The staff is really helpful and nice! Sofia in particular did a great job welcoming us to this hotel and to Tel Aviv.
Definitely recommended!
Nice hotel, friendly and helpful service at the reception. The gentleman at breakfast is very kind as well. Breakfast was tasty and varied enough for my taste, but some people think it could be more elaborate. Dependibg on the room you get, the outside can be noisy at times, especially when motorbikes or vehicules sirens on go by. Overall a very positive experience!
