NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!!!! Worst service provided in here. Front desk guy doesn’t know how to approach and speak to people. Dumb to the core with no idea what’s happening around.

I had one of the worst experience with this management. I had booked couple of rooms thorugh GoIbibo and made the full payment. I just made a call to confirm on the same after 3 days of my reservations. I was informed that they couldnt trace the reservation and will give a call/feedback post 1 hr. Only GOD knows when that 1 hr will come. Even after made couple of reminder i didnt get a response. Fortunate that i made a call for enquiry, if not i would be standing in the roads on my original day of check-in or they would have demanded higher price.

Its an apartment style hotel and the stay was pretty good.. Rooms were average.. we have found few cockroaches in room.. Need proper maintenance

Bedrooms from three bhk apartments are let out for staying. So it will be a great option for family or group travellers if they get a full home, by luck, so they can use along with common area.
There is a living area, a balcony, a dining room and 3 rooms in same flat. All the bedroom have separate bathrooms and doesn't share a wall which is a great thing. Bed are a little low and cushions are not very soft, but not too bad. Living room contains a convertible sofa cum bed. Entire flat is spacious, so you can easily share the entire flat with even 15 people, if management allows it.

We booked rooms via make my trip and to the core we were shocked to see the horrible conditions of the rooms. As we entered we could get a foul smell and the mattress were very bad. When we said we do not require the rooms and stepped out of the hotel even without checking in they are not ready to refund the money. It is understood when we have stayed at least for an hour but we did not even settle our luggage. make my trip also is not helping us either in this case. It is a honest request that pls do not book rooms in this hotel and get cheated like us.I hope make my trip would resolve it.
