Terence, the management trainee, showed a strong dedication to guest satisfaction. Our stay at the Fairmont Peace Hotel was nothing short of extraordinary!

Convenient location, which is only 100m to the Bund; breakfast is awesome with a variety selection of hot dishes made to order; room is spacious and comfortable; service is excellent as Peninsula brand standard.

And the best hotel for a light sleeper I've ever been in: all lights are hidden (the smoke detector alarm for example is hidden behind a double ceiling fixture so you can't see the blinking light); at the push of one button all lights go out (completely, no annoying night lights or lamps on phones and light switches), blackout blinds completely darken the room; a double door to the hallway insulates the bedroom from any hallway noise.

No other hotel I've ever been to has been so thought through for light sleepers.

And next to getting proper shuteye, the Peninsula in Shanghai as probably one of the most beautiful hotel pools I've ever seen in the world, a spectacular art nouveau pool of marble, with a beautiful glass dome and fireplaces.

Breakfast in the lobby is extensive and delicious.

For a stay at the Bund, I'll never stay anywhere else.

Great place! Not like the sister hotel in HK but everything works very well. Different kinds of accommodation and some are very pricey, but depending on your stay, you can always negotiate, pretty much like everything in China. Long stays can be much more affordable than in smaller hotels.

you cannot give less than 1 and i am pretty sure its not real holiday inn.i stayed there couple of years ago. i still can remember how horrible it was

We had a very simple dinner with families here. The hotel is certainly one of the best we’ve stayed. Although it is not new, the situation of the room and every details of the hotel is still top on notch. The breakfast is lovely and the room is quiet, clean and spacious. We love the restaurant team. They did an excellent job.

One of the best luxury hotels in Shanghai! Everything is beyond amazing! Spotless and spacious room. Very friendly and attentive staff. The location is super convenient, and the rooftop bar, where you can enjoy the stunning night view of the Bund, is definitely one of the amenities you can't miss!

The ultimate luxury and service .. it doesn’t get better than this, I m so happy every time I get to stay here. The staff, the opulence, the surrounding, the neighborhood and convenience all makes the price well worth it. It’s quite reasonable compared to other Peninsulas in the world so if you wanna try a chain that normally is doubled or even tripled the price and so this is definitely your chance. The pool and the gyms are so uber exclusive and we were chauffeured in a brand new rolls Royce. I can’t believe it and will definitely stay here again

Jeśli przede wszystkim nie chce się splajtować w Szanghaju, jest to niezłe miejsce. Nie jest super czysto, już w 2017 roku hotel wymagał odświeżenia... Ale trzeba przyznać, że lokalizacja jest świetna: nad rzeką, w zasięgu krótkiego spaceru od Bundu, wielu innych atrakcji miasta oraz metra.
Miejsce nie dla wybranych. My jednak byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni. W hotelu można zrobić pranie oraz dogadać się po angielsku.
Na plus można zaliczyć niezły widok z okna. Na minus: rano ludzie jadący na rowerach nadrzeczną promenadą do pracy fundowali nam brutalną pobudkę. Rowerzyści w Szanghaju mają okropny zwyczaj nieustannego dzwonienia podczas jazdy - i mam tu na myśli dosłowne znaczenie przymiotnika "nieustanny". Przestają tylko, gdy się zatrzymują.

Exquisite attention to detail and customer service. I love that the spacious suites have everything you could possibly need including a spa tub, valet service through a locked cubby the goes to the hallway, and tons of outlets. I forgot a charger and they brought me one. Will definitely stay here again.

デポジット１００元（２４時間フロント）、冷蔵庫なし、テレビエアコン完備 毎日ペットウォータ５５０ｍｌ１本　部屋には電源コンセント多い 滞在中３泊では滞在中シーツ交換無し、歯ブラシ＆タオルは毎日交換 バスタブ無し、シャワー水温、パワーはちょっと物足りない 朝食は毎日ワンパターン　ブレッド、おかゆ、ゆで卵、惣菜、漬物、水、豆乳（NOT牛乳） トイレは毎日つまり、修理を呼ぶ（紙は流さないほうがBetter） 場所は南京東路駅より徒歩１０分位、駅から宿まではいろんな食堂有り 夜は周りは静か、駅からの治安も深夜でも心配無いが自己責任 全館、禁煙のようです（フロントのエレベータに灰皿があったが、喫煙者が注意を受けていた
