A great place to eat after a day at Europa park. Food was lovely, staff were friendly, although not as attentive as they could have been, but the food did arrive quickly and tasted great. Was reasonably priced too so would likely return when next visiting Rust

Great place to get food best pinsa i ever had. Recommend for sure. But make sure to make a reservation the place was packed full

Great place to eat. Food is lovely, however the service here is compared to a snail. The food came out quickly but it seems like when too many people come in the service gets even slower. It took us 30 minutes to get our bill to pay and the table beside us ordered 3 minutes after we did and we had finished our food before they had even got their starters and left. Overall great food but only go here if you have a lot of time to kill.

The waiter only knew german and that was not in fact the big problem. The problem was that he spoke with his back turned, I was able to see just his back.
Of course he didn't understand what we wanted, you cannot do this without communicating with customers.
We left, it was just too hard.

We had a great stay. The location was great, 6 min walk to Europa park. Lovely staff, breakfast was perfect, and food at the restaurant at night was tasty and super convenient. Would not hesitate to stay again

A very nice hotel in Rust very near to Europapark and Rulantica. We experienced some very nice days in this hotel, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. A big shout out to the excellent cook, you don't need to go elsewhere. Just stay and enough the company and the good food. Definitely a place to return to.

Very friendly and welcoming and helped us by speaking amazing English! Portion sizes were enormous and fosd quality excellent. Thoroughly enjoyed the rose wine served in a little karaf . Super close to the park entrance too. Very welcome after a long day at Europa park .

We ate at the restaurant, which was so delicious and authentic! I can't speak to the rooms. Everything we ordered was phenomenal. I recommend the flammkuchen, the carbonara, and the caprese salad.
We would return again if we come back to the area.

The campsite is very basic, but the saloon is great!

Check in was good. Room was ice cold, very basic, English speaking channel for park info had no picture and one of the face towels was covered in blood (washed and folded but still heavily stained) staff were friendly but clearly working none stop. Sis not reserve a table in the evening as didn't know what time we would eat. Could not find place for two people.. strange how there is room for everyone at breakfast without having to reserve. Ended up driving out of town to find something. Reserve a table in Hotel or a restaurant nearby. They are all full on a Saturday night. It's saving grace is its closeness to the park.

### Rooms ###
+ Clean, comfortable beds, sofa bed, closet, safety box, TV, nice theme!
+ We are 5 people with a connecting kids room (bunk bed) well organized.
### Toilet ###
+liquid hand soap, body wash, vanity kit, nail filer , towels provided
- missing shampoo/conditioner/moisturizer
### Service ###
Everything was great except that we are 5x people so why provide only 2x water bottles (350ML)?!!
Also when asking the receptionist for more bottles, she refers us to a vending machine.
### Location ###
+ The hotel is connected with other hotels to form a colosseum shape. Centered with ground fountains that light up with music at night and becomes a nice outdoor area for kids in the morning. I plan to try out the other hotels in my next visit to compare.
- Weekend is fully booked. I’m glad I made my reservation in advance.

I cannot judge about the rooms at Casa Rustica, but it's Italian restaurant is certainly worth a visit. Excellent italian dishes, friendly service, a driven staff and a nice location. Due to its popularity I recommend to make reservations.

The most affordable way to visit europapark. We had 2 days in park and 1 day in water park. Could easily have added 1 day to each.
The accommodation is good but i wish they had an option to hire duvets/blankets.
The toilets/showers could do with more cleaning, they get a lot of use in the busy season. Also some of them are rather dark.
Travel to the park is no problem, you can just walk to the main entrance. The water park is also fine, there is a free bus, but you can’t stay too late or the bus stops running. There is still a way back from the water park but it is more complicated after 8:15ish.
While you can eat dinner at any of the park hotels but travel is quite difficult. You can walk to the park main entrance then take the EP express but we found the express had stopped running once we had finished our meal. We mainly just ate in the two campsite restaurants.

Very friendly staff, pristine rooms, and location just 2-min walk from Europa Park.

The worst of all was that my bouquet I ordered for my mother in law for her birthday was lost somewhere between the reception & the restaurant. They found it only next day only telling me that they were sorry. I stand in the restaurant with empty hands, what a shame!
The rooms have aged. The towels are not white and stiff. No fridge!!! And they ask 20Euro deposit in cash for each kids dressing-gown in the swimming pool. Who has cash nowadays?
We wouldn’t come again, neither recommend.

We had a very nice stay in this hotel. Upon arriving we requested a different room than the one which has been assigned to us, which was luckily taken care of quickly. The new room was spacious and in a better location for us, nevertheless both rooms were clean. The breakfast buffet was generous and varied. We loved the pool area a lot.

We loved staying at Santa Isabel and Bell Rock, but this was definitely not the hotel for us.
The location to the park, facilities and staff were good, but the room was not! The beds were so hard, even the kids woke up with back pain! We got extra blankets and pillows, but nothing helped. It was also really warm, the climate control wasn't working yet and the blinds were broken.
Next time it will be a different hotel for us!

ok pizzas, nothing special and they charge you 2EUR for 1/2 L water from the tap. Never again

Nice breakfast, maybe the best one of the parc so far. For lunch they have a good self service buffet too, we'll definitely come back !

Super cute!
Don't forget your sleeping bag or you will have to buy a blanket for 20e

Cozy hotel located 400m from the EuropaPark amusement park. It's run by a friendly Italian family that goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. Rooms are big with rustic taste, Room are clean and comfortable. The run an Italian restaurant offers pizza and Italian cuisine. The pizza is amazing and the Italian food as well. Some dishes adapted to the German taste, but as are made to order, you can ask for the real italian version. Prices are affordable considering the location. I will definitely recommend it.

Very nice hotel where we stayed during Christmas vacation. Breakfasts were nice and ecologically oriented which adds up nicely. The only downside was the evening restaurant (the first one when you enter the hallway) : 7€60 for a 75cl of bottles water, no choice and food was really bad (acid, too much tomato, or vulgar)

Nice camp site. Close to the park. You can get to the park by a free shuttle or walking (5mins). Bathrooms are ok and not too crowds if you go early enough.
The reservation system is not very flexible: I booked one night first then tried to add another night without success. A bit noisy if you’re close to the saloon.
Don’t try your luck at the restaurant by going there without reserving. Book a table.

Long review, fyi
Overall stay was pleasant. We pitched a tent for 2 nights. Bathrooms facilities were decent, a little outdated but nothing bad. Had breakfast buffet both mornings at the restaurant there and food selection was pretty good. We used the shuttle bus to take us to Europa-Park.
The only negative thing I have to say about this place concerns the parking area in front of the reception. There was a parking attendant that questioned us when we parked the first morning for breakfast. The language barrier was a little difficult but we got the point across that we were going to eat. He seemed to let it go. No biggie, right? Well, when we were leaving to check out (not sure if we needed to since we paid when we checked in but decided to just in case), we were going to park there again and the same parking attendant was there. Even before we parked, he questioned us again. We tried to tell him it was just for check out but he made a gesture that it was for those eating at the restaurant. So my husband dropped me off up front while I went to the reception. I checked out, no problem and talked to him about the parking area and how the attendant wasn't letting us park there. He tells me that it's for the city of Rust and doesn't belong to the campsite. I tried questioning him about it because it doesn't make sense to have it right in front of the campsite reception and how the attendant was making gestures about it being for people who are eating there. He stuck to the answer that it was for the city. Well, when I went back outside, there was a sign for parking that it was for the restaurants at the campsite...so it does belong to them after all. 😒

a very nice atmosphere in the hotel. unfortunately the rooms (standard) are not quite as great as the rest around. for us it was a bit too dusty. we also had a small spot of mould in the bathroom. however, the staff in the hotel were all very friendly and explained things well or helped with questions, despite the stress.
All in all, the nights were rather restless, as there are a lot of families with children staying in this hotel. of course, you know that beforehand, as it is a hotel in an amusement park after all. unfortunately, the doors to the room are so sensitive that you can hear every child running through the corridor. and there are a hell of a lot of children.
For people who need peace and quiet, I would recommend a different hotel or a more superior room, because there you will have more peace and quiet.

We stayed at the hotel and we were very delighted with our accomodation. Staff were all friendly and helpful. They also prepared special meal for us. We also tried their pizza from the restaurant and it was delicious. The hotel is also near to Europa-park. If I have another vacation, I would definitely come again.

Incredible place to spend the night after a great day in the park! Also events and activities in the Camp Resort, good and rich breakfast with everything around. Nice shower rooms, a lot of space inside.. clean toilets and rooms. We got a Tipi wich i recommend but be aware of the night.. ask for some blankets.. we didn't and we were a bit frozen in the morning.. have fun

My family stayed for 2 nights at the Camp Side, more precisely in a log cabin for 6.
Here's what great about it: the facilities are clean and very well maintained. The whole property is really nice, including the playground and the option for bullriding. There are 2 restaurants; we had dinner at the Silver Lake Saloon one night. Food quality (mainly meat & fries) was okish, not really great but not poor neither. Breakfast at the Cantina Amigo was really good considering the price. The camp resort is very close to Europapark (and the park itself is absolutely amazing!).
Now here comes the downside: the walls of the log cabins are not isolated (like at all!). Thin as paper! The cabins are grouped by minimum 4 units. If your neighbor is talking, you can hear every single word he says. We had 2 cabins right aside us with groups of 6 young guys in each cabin. This resulted in 12 wild screaming kids. We couldn't sleep until 1am, even if we asked them and their supervisors who stayed elsewhere to try to keep it quiet. And at 6am, the first doors started slamming. To be honest, after driving for more than 500 kms at the day of arrival, and hoping to find rest prior to enjoying an intense day at the park, we were completely destroyed... So if you are looking for a place to have a good night sleep prior to heading to the park, I wouldn't recommend the Camp Resort. But perhaps we weren't lucky... Also, consider that "Nachtruhe" is only as of midnight. Night two was "normal" as the boys moved out.
Now here's to the reception and how they dealt with it: I wrote an email at 00:30 to say I was very dissatisfied (not finding sleep!!) and we needed a solution for night two. A reply, with an invitation to talk about it, would have been nice. So without hearing back, I went to the reception on day 2, after we visited the park. I encountered quite a cold and distant receptionist. Professional yes, but empathy towards your customer would have been more appropriate. An "I understand and I am sorry to hear this" would have been nice. She was open to help though. So she did share that the new neighbors were families, and offered the option to move to an alternative (likely more quiet) cabin away from the tipis. We discussed this and decided we were too tired to move, and hoped that with neighboring families, we'd be able to catch up on some sleep. When I went back to inform her, she was definitely warmer and more empathetic. And she did a nice gesture towards the kids; that's very appreciated. So thank you for shifting your mindset here.
Here's to Europapark Hotels: group families together instead of grouping families with unaccompanied groups of youngsters who are not interested in sleeping before midnight. Actually, I'd recommend not to allow kids aged -16 yrs old to sleep alone in the cabins without supervision (e.g. 1 adult + 5 kids). All is all, this experience spoiled our short holiday and it shouldn't have happened in the first place.

We slept in am 6-bed Tipi. The beds are rather small but comfortable. Only one plug available, so I recommend to bring along a multi plug. The Camp Resort is designed like a Wild West Town, has a nice restaurant (try the homemade lemonade) and an fantastic breakfast buffet. The confined space and rather low light made it a bit difficult to keep all in order. Will definitely stay there again. Thanks for all the love that created and maintains this place.

We had lunch in the restaurant.
The prices are fair and the food selection is good.
Service was quick and friendly.
I had a Pizza and i for my italian taste there was to much sauce and the dough was really soft and soggy in the middle. The Taste was satisfying.
