Great location. Near market area. All type food available nearby.
Very Good experience, hotel located near the Kubator Chowk and at easy access to Khana Kaba. Further, Pakistani hotels are available at front and back of the hotel.
Toilette smells bad rooms. Each room is close each other. Toilett smells like hell at each floot. no Service. Lifts are 3 just 2 working 1 Always closed only 4 people can go. In lift other wise it will still say to heavy loaded.

This is basic hotel. Rooms are very small. Actually they accommodated four bed in a double bed room.

The experience was very bad with hotel and hotel staff... Rooms was in dirty condition bedsheets and carpet having stains. Wifi connection not working no signals in back rooms
They have to learn manner with their customer. Most of the people come here for umrah or hajj will not come in life second time. They should treat this in a positive way,whereas they behave like they are the boss.
Hotel staff at entrance don't know basic ethics. Agents from Pakistan and Bangladesh making fool to innocent people. The will keep you waiting for long time for assinging room. Lifts are too less. Minimum 15 mins walk to Haram entrance if you are young and distance is around 1KM. If you still want to try your luck the have fun ;)

The manager of this hotel is Pakistani and a number one thief and the staff system of this hotel is also very poor.
1. Internet issues not working & Not in the range of room.

Staff member Abdul Latif was very friendly and helpful. He provided excellent customer service and regularly checked up on how customers were. Whenever there was a problem Abdul latif would solve it straight away. We forgot our iPad after checking out from the hotel and we were informed immediately by this brother. He is a very hard working and honest brother who made our stay excellent. I have seen very few people as hardworking and honest as him. Overall, the hotel was really good, however, the female receptionist was very rude.
One of the good budget hotel in misfalah. It has a good room. I like more in catering servis, because it has pure indonesian food, with indonesia ingredient. So good
Do not come to this hotel if you are a solo Umrah pilgrim. My agent booked this place for me. On the first day a worker came to my room for some inquiry and while I was talking to him he came inside and sat on my bed. I complained to the management. After coming back from Madina the agent booked the same hotel for me and my room was booked with a couple in it. I asked the hotel manager that the man was a na mehram for me and I won't sleep in that room. The manager said consider him as your father. I left the hotel at 1am and walked on the roads of Makkah to find another hotel. Luckily I got one.
Living in Makkah they are serving Umrah customers but they themselves look like are not Muslims at all.

Tap water is always boiling hot, only 2 elevators. No wifi in the rooms, nothing is good here.
Very old hotel and the facilities are very poor, ten/twelve minutes walk from The Haram.

Worst ever hotel, worst service, worst staff, we have a prebook and prepaid room, but when we get there, receptionist told us they don't have room available , it was really stressful as we have a patient with us, we have to move to other hotel. In the meanwhile isha prayer started, so we thought lets move to other hotel after praying, as roads were full of hajis praying. To perform wudu i ask her for washroom, and she literally told me to "GET OUT" and started shouting. Don't book this hotel at all

Lift is not good, more often you will see lifts are not working. Rooms are ok. Dining hall needs maintenance. Hand Wash area near dining hall is pathetic.
Never come to this slum. Abandon travel agents who book this hotel. Your umrah or haaz will be completed with a dirty feeling.

Within ~800m of the Masjid al Haram, and that's the only positive about this hotel. Rooms and toilets are extremely congested, especially the toilets are very very dirty from the day one. I doubt if they ever clean it. No internet throughout the hotel, only you can use it from the hotel lobby. These hotels simply rip off the holy pilgrims who visit Mecca and Medinah. May Allah return the favor the way they treat pilgrims if Umrah and Hajj.
It's a well relaxed place. And near to Masjid ul Haram.Almost 15 min distance between haram and hotel. So helpfull and kind stuff it has.

The location is a 5 minutes walk from the Haram, however, the rooms are very much congested. There is no WiFi service in the rooms, for that you'll have to go down. The staff doesn't help at all. The only plus point is that they understand Urdu, Hindi and Bengali, so there is no language barrier for the people of subcontinent.
However, the fact is that this is condition of all the hotels in the vicinity of Haram, size-wise and service-wise.

Really not a healthy environment to stay in! Stuff is rude, the entire building has an odour, the one bed in the room was broken and we complained about it, Nothing was done about it. Rooms were not cleaned, We had no hot water. There is no basic needs in the bathroom. Terrible Terrible!!! STAY AWAY!!!
You should come prepared if you plan on staying here during your umrah stay. The location is very convenient and close to haram sharif. Their rooms are unclean and no service available for you at the hotel.

Very pathetic experience seriously I m exhausted here.... rooms have very bad smell no cleaning for 5days we came round reception again and again for room cleaning request but nobody helped us very bad environment all pictures that are showing in Google pics are fake very low rated hotel do not come here to ruined your most beautiful days of life
