Great hotel, excellent services, awesome stuff. Strongly recommend. Emaar AL Manar Thank you 😊 Food is great, Specially stuff of the resturan

It takes 10~15 minutes walking to Al-Haram from the hotel.
Very clean and quiet.
It's located in ibrahim alkhalil street and it's a very crowded street

The worst ever, I checked in and once I entered the room I found a big cockroach on the side table. I asked to change the room and took another one where I got bitten by bed bugs all the night long !!!!
If you’re planning to travel to Makkah don’t think about this hotel .

Stayed in this hotel from 15 to 17 jan 2024. Hotel is decent but not a proper 3 star hotel. Here are some pros and cons.
Pros
1. Respectful staff
2. Decent room space as compared to other two three star in vicinity
3. Excellent wifi coverage in rooms
4. Daily house keeping (on 11th floor, cant stay for other floors)
5. Decent walk to haram. Almost 10 mins to gate 79.
6. Restaurants and daily consumable items are nearby
Cons
1. No water bottles. Broken electric kettle, no mugs
2. No wiper in washroom, leading to wet floors
3. No towels
4. Smelly corridors
5. Few buttons in lifts are either broken or not working
6. Windows are sealed with screws hence no fresh air dec jan nights.
7. Old fashioned split ac with broken grill
8. Broken phone to make a call to receptionist

Good location for walking to the holy kaaba.
The hotel doesn't provide water or tea/coffee.
Counter staff are rude.
Other service staff are very helpful.
For the price it is absolutely diabolical.
May Allah swt guide them to serve his guests with dignity.

I stayed in Emaar Al Manar hotel this month. Honestly I have tried another hotel nearby. And I can say that they are very decent, respectful and very clean. The washrooms are a bit small but they clean it right away if you request it. The food too is very good but the only bad thing for me that they don’t allow you to take any food from the restaurant except if your fasting and even then they give you kind of small plate which is not big enough to put some salad in it. Honestly that I didn’t like at all. But the workers and the chef are very nice. Another thing that bothered me that they don’t provide a hairdryer in the room. That’s something I wasn’t aware of. But generally I enjoyed it as clean stuff and clean rooms are very important to me.

Please don't book this hotel. The lobby is nice but other than that nothing is good.
Internet: pathetic
Lifts: slow
Location: far from haram
Room: small, pillows are hard, electric kettle is rusty, iron is not provided , sleepers not provided , TV or remote doesn't work, you would literally die calling receptionist for housekeeping and they won't come. The air-conditioner is old n too loud. Literally gives me a headache because of the noise
Food: For Pakistanis, the buffet is separate, and it's pathetic.
Bathroom: The worst part of the stay is the bathroom. No foot mats are provided. The sewage system is pathetic. It smells of urine all the time because the gutter system is weird. It is literally open n in the middle of washrooms. Literally, it is so congested in there that you have to watch out if you wanna take a turn 😆 the bathing area is pathetic. It is scary to take a bath in this washroom if you're claustrophobic.
