It was good but they never do it how I show them

They are illegal and don’t know how to cut hair properly if I was you go anywhere else but here please and thank you. Ps ( I’m 20 and now I look like a little kid I’m going to kill myself because of this)

Not good. Paid $70 something for pedicure and gel manicure. Gel manicure started coming off in less than a week (usually they last me almost 3 weeks). Feel completely ripped off. Won’t go back.

This place is such a horrible place, when I got my eyebrows wax this old lady ripped half of my eyebrows and now I don’t have any thanks to her, never go here but also when I got my hair done they did such a horrible job they cut my hair to much then it was supposed to be.

I loved going to the salon and having the experience with Ciara McCaul. She is lovely and did an excellent job on my hair. She cut my hair, touched up my roots and brushed my hair. Thank youuuu! (:

I had the most amazing experience at tangled up. My stylist was Ciara she dyed cut and blew out my hair when I came home. My family was raving about how great I look. Can’t wait to schedule another appointment with her. and on a sidenote, she gives the most amazing shampoo and massage. I highly recommend her she’s very talented.

I have horrible experience, she bleach my hair to the blood level, than put hot water on the burn places, fully charged me for “Service “, blame me that I washed my hair today( like I need her permission), I am still bleeding in few different places, have horrible headache and not even “Sorry for inconvenience or sorry ruin my hair or scalp or sorry for screw up my day” Nothing like that, don’t go there!!!

I got gel tips and pedi. It was 4 my daughters wedding. The owner did a nice job, until I left. One by one the little Sparkle pieces started to pop off. Within 2 days 2 nails popped off. I had to cut them all down and while doing this I lost other nails. I paid for my friends mani & pedi too. Hers was fine. 2 days after I noticed my toe polish was badly smudged. The bill was 180.00 and we tipped at least 40.00. I would give less than a one for this establishment and I do not recommend at all. I have had gel nails MANY times and never had problems like this.

Came for a pedicure after work tonight, Annie the owner did my pedicure and it looks great. Nice relaxing way to end the day and everyone working there is so sweet. Thanks!

Everyone is so nice and friendly there. Carmen does my nails. She is so friendly and very professional I love how she does my nails she's the best. And she got them so strengthen & healthy and they grow so long I gotta get her to keep cutting them lol. I go every two weeks. Forgot to tell you I get sooooo many compliments on my nails every time I get them done.

I am so disappointed with this salon. 147 dollars for a quick trim and a root touch up without my blow out.I felt was being rush since I sat in the chair. I was referred to this salon because of the great work you guys do, but it turns out the service I rec’d was totally different than what was told to me. I explained to the front desk I have a lot of hair and it needed some TLC because someone butcher my hair prior to this session. I wanted to walk out of this salon with a stylist that I can trust will do its job because I was told she is the best. I didn’t expect to be pass on to someone else to finish the work because I expect to pay someone who was referred by your staff who does great work. The stylist never section my hair to make sure the layers were even. And, now my layers are uneven. If she knew it will take longer than what she is expected she should of say sorry, but I can’t take you right now because I need to devote more time to your hair. I was not expecting it to be perfect, but the goal was to walk out of your salon with no doubt that your stylist did her job. The person who referred me to your salon has the same type of hair as mine, and I figure it will be a no brainer the stylist could work my hair. I requested the same stylist who did my friend’s hair, but your staff referred me to another stylist instead. When I walk out of your salon, I felt like I had a cut and a root touch up from Hair Sense at Monmouth mall. I felt so out of place when I walk out. Again, 147 dollars for a quick trim and a root touch up. I am really sad. Wait, 167 includes a tip as well.At this point, I don’t want to step into another salon for a long time. I mean a long time. I am still baffle.

First visit; Great manicure! Carmen was friendly and professional . My nails are still great a week later . Good vibes, happy people! Everyone was smiling and the owner greeted me warmly as a new client. I will be back !

I received a gel pedicure with Betty. She was wonderful, will definitely go back to her. Current Wave One was very clean. Considering trying my french gel fill manicure there,

This salon is by far the most overpriced, unprofessional, rip off in the area. My daughter and I went to get manicures, pedicures, and our eyebrows waxed. With in the first hour of leaving there four of my daughters acrylic nails came off. She also asked for a small heart to be painted on her ring fingers. (The hearts look like a child drew them. I will post a picture for you to judge) I requested gel nail polish on my hands and regular polish for my pedicure ( I did not realize until I left and got out into the Sun that the colors did not match). Furthermore, halfway through doing my manicure the nail tech realized that she did not use gel on my hands and had to redo my nail’s. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience she blamed me for not reminding her when she started my nails that I requested gel. Furthermore my daughter was asked to remove her own acrylic nails prior to receiving service. She requested acrylic nails but they applied poly gel instead. When we finally finished our service and paid an astounding $197!!!! I was advised that she was going to charge me an additional $9 because they removed the polish from my nails for the manicure. Overall this experience cost me over $200!!! I would never go back to this nail salon again. I would have received better quality nails if I went to cvs and brought press on nails. I can not express the amount of disappointment and frustration I experienced. Avoid this business if you are looking for long lasting quality service.

The finest aesthetician located at the Jersey shore. Maraliz is outstanding! Her space is therapeutic, clean and organized. During your service you will melt away. Her hands are soft and gentle. The aromatherapy in the room and soft jazz playing in the background. She cleanses your skin and leaves you with this glow for days. It’s definitely an escape from reality. I highly recommend you book your facial with Maraliz at Blown Away Salon.

This place is a very bad job on cutting my hair and the people that cut hair are really bad at cutting hair and messed up my hair.

Janette is a truly experienced and talented hair professional , and a doll. She got the color and natural blend correctly with a caring combo of touch up, specifically places highlights and lowlights. Trust her vision , and the perfect cut and blow you will be blown away by the results! While we are at it, Dawn gave excellent regular manicure that lasted a few weeks! I’ll be back for more visits with this “friendly feel at home staff” and clean modern atmosphere, thank you.

Although the first time I gave this salon a chance I was disappointed, I decided to give it another try. I’m in love with how my hair came out this time. Taylor did amazing. It’s hard to find someone who can style my hair due to its thickness and curly pattern, but she did an outstanding job. Definitely booking her again.

Janette cut and colored my hair and she did a terrible job. My hair is falling out from all the bleach she put on it. She didn't know what she was doing do not get her to do your hair.

The person who cut my hair was friendly,took a long time to cut my hair but I don’t think he did a good job.but he was definitely very friendly

My first experience was in March with Krista, it was honestly amazing. Super friendly, professional and talented. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she just went above and beyond my expectations. Over all I had an amazing experience at the salon and with Krista. If you are in the area and are looking for a talented hair stylist and professional salon this it.

Truly the best hair salon I’ve ever been to. Super clean, great environment, and friendly staff. It was a struggle to find a stylist that knew how to deal with curly hair but, Krista does a fantastic job. I’ve gotten my hair done here numerous times and each time, I leave feeling more confident and beautiful.

$45 for a simple fill in.... which didnt last me a week. Owner was busy taking care of other people instead of me while she was doing. My nails. Cut me and did a very thin application of gel nail polish. Then rudely asked a girl if she was going to tip someone . STAY AWAY

Very clean. Stylist was right on time. Hadn't cut & shaped my hair in quite some time. Receptionist was very nice & set me up with Adi who gave me the haircut of my life!! And it was reasonably priced. Going back for sure!

As someone with thick, curly hair that's not easy to cut, sometimes I am resistant to try new stylists..I did not have anything to worry about at Tangled Up! Allison did a fantastic job cutting and styling my hair. She even walked me through the whole process to explain how I could style my hair similarly myself. I highly recommend the salon and will be going to Allison regularly in the future.

i went to Tangled Up because my mom goes there faithfully and decided to give it a try. It has been the BEST decision! I went to Alison and will definitely go back from here on out. She IS hair, color, cut, she gets my hair and it's not an easy head to do! (I even love HER hair!) She was so kind and has always been nice to my mom, too. She sincerely wants you to be happy with your cut, recommends the right product for your hair but was not pushy and although I never buy products in a salon, I actually did buy the one she suggested. It has made quite a difference in reducing the frizz I'm happy to report. GO! You will not be disappointed. I even love the decor and high ceilings. What's not to love. After trying four salons (yes four!) since my stylist retired after 35 years, I have finally found my new home. Thank GOD!
