Haircut itself came out fine today, but stylist was very rushed and impersonal. Jabbed me in the back of the ear and generally abrasive with the clippers, hurrying through the cut as fast as possible.

My daughter had her first haircut ever here. Everyone was super nice and professional. Laid back place with great service, my daughter and I are both VERY pleased. Bang trim was also super cheap!

Best place to get a haircut for an affordable price. Absolute amazing staff and always look forward to getting a haircut there

I had my first ever razor cut from Tasher and I absolutely love it. Tasher is an excellent hair stylist! So is Anna Lee. She does miracles with color and textures.

I took my girls to only have their bangs cut when I got home to bath them. Oh My God they left them all sheared. In addition to paying 30 dollars just for the top of both. Money is not the problem. The problem is how my girls look now. I would never recommend this place. One of the old lady there super rude. I want at pictures but my girls are minors.

Staff is friend and welcoming , love all the stylist and their customers service. Best place to get my haircut.

With checking in online, my experience started out great!! When I arrived it didn't take long for me to be seated for my haircut. My stylist, and all of the others there, were exceptionally warm and welcoming! I'm looking forward to going back for the same wonderful experience!!

I went to get my haircut yesterday. It was cut by this guy but he cut it way to short. Told him to cut it up to my eyebrow but he went way past that. I walked in there feeling confident and I left feeling insecure. Cool guy but not getting my cut by him again💯

When I came here previously to get my kids hair cuts, the woman was amazing! This recent visit was beyond disappointing. The woman there seemed irritated that I brought my kids in. She told me son that he didn’t have sensory issues whenever he started getting upset by the hair clipper. She didn’t even style his hair after it was done. His haircut wasn’t even what the picture looked like at all. She essentially gave him bangs instead. My daughters hair wasn’t layered like I asked and it was uneven as well. I won’t be bringing my children back here. Nothing worse than having to spend even more money to fix what this lady did.

Had an amazing experience here today with Jackie. She cleaned up my hair did a great job with the fade and cleaned up my beard. All with a great attitude, great conversation and within a good time. Thank you Jackie will definitely be back soon

Prices are very reasonable. Dont hesitate to give them a chance.

Super friendly at Supercuts. Yes there are plenty of choices when it comes to a hair cut. But it comes down to a few factors like trust, skill, personality, and cost. The days of $10 haircuts are gone unless you travel outside the USA. Skill and trust? I'm relocated to Reno area and took a few tries to fine someone I trust to handle my haircut. Lisa is amazing and a great representation of the salon. Asian hair can be tricky especially since I have two cowlicks on top. Lisa knows how to make me look good ever time.

Checked in and waited in store for over 30 mins. We had no problems waiting, but guy checks in after us, says he has a 2 hour wait on the board. Down to the last 6 mins (which didn't change for at least 10 mins) guy with 2 hr wait somehow makes it to the front of the list and gets in first. I don't leave reviews, but that's now how you treat paying customers! I won't take my family to this location again.

I was greeted with HI, Was not told to sign in, was not aware as I dont go here, after waiting a walk in that was instructed to check in unlike me who dident know was called to get a haircut before me. I walked out after that.

Walked in and saw the screen that showed a 1.5 hour wait and turned to leave. As I was leaving, a stylist said "Oh no, it won't be 2 hours waiting; there's only 2 ahead so it will be like 30 minutes." I waited an hour as 6 people walked in and went ahead before I finally gave up and left. I don't understand why she felt the need to lie about the wait list. Thanks for wasting my afternoon!

We came without an appointment and we're taken right in. My grandson (7) needed a haircut and didn't know what he wanted but the stylist was able to ask him questions in such a way that he got a great haircut. The stylist was really great with him and I was truly impressed at her ability to interact with a child. I'll definitely go back.

Great stylist both friendly and skilled. The wait wasn't bad for a saturday being 15-30 minutes. But scheduling online before arrival is better than walk-ins for the weekend.

This is our second visit with my 4 year old son. First experience was amazing and cute haircut not to mention took a girl 10 min to complete it. Second time i was hoping we will have the same .....but even with online appointment waited close to 30 min. I was nervous when stylist machine was too hot and needed to cool off. Like she got no other tools to use only this one.She just cut the sides and around asked for 0 or 0.5 but even that short she could not pull it off to have clean lines,and didn't blend the rest of the hair. Used scissors to clean up the top. So turned out patchy all around because she didn't do the right thing. I kept pointing at certain area needing a fix and finally give up she would mess up even more at that point we would have to go super short. I thought this place is better the great clips ..but definitely no. We are not coming back for $23 Jr haircut plus the tip on top of it. Easier to watch YouTube and learn myself how to cut hair and not have buttered haircut form a professional.

I was a little apprehensive on coming back to this location due to having a not so good haircut from a stylist who no longer there. However I needed a haircut for a social event and went to check in. Upon seeing some new stylists I saw Michelle on the screen and choose her. I wanted a nice high bald fade and she got to work. During the haircut she asked it has been a while since I last visited since I had an account with them and I told about my last haircut. She then proceeded to not only cut my hair perfectly, but also gave me a shampoo wash and rinse free of charge due to my not so good haircut last time. After everything was done and looking at me fresh cut I couldn't be more happerier with my experience. Ever since that day I have been going to Michelle every week on Fridays always knowing what to expect, a great conversation and a great haircut

Jessica does my hair and always does an amazing job with my cut & color. She really knows what she is doing! She has colored my hair multiple times and she always makes me feel my best! Jessica is careful with my hair and approaches each application with thought and technique. She never rushes and always does the color and cut that I want. Highly recommend. 5/5 stars.

Nicole and staff in Sparks Nevada Supercuts is really awesome highly recommended to everybody to stop in and get your haircut or to get your kids haircut here however it is first come first serve. To the lady that just walked out and was crying about how bad her haircut was why didn't you speak up and say something to the lady who cut your hair and have her fix it rather than you run your mouth on how bad the place is. Apparently you do not specify what you want it done clearly to them.

The app makes it easy to book appointments; stylist asked me if things were okay every step of the way!

Removed one star after not being able to get a haircut at 6:30pm after successfully booking an appt for 6:30 through the app when the store closes at 7pm 04/02/24

I went in for a whole new style since I'm balding like crazy. Julia was my stylist, and she just took over and gave me an amazing cut! My 8 year old son also got a cut from another stylist and she was awesome, she actually entertained him while I got cut. Highly recommend them, I may never go anywhere else.

My first time here and I will be returning. They found a new customer in me. Jess was wonderful and she did just what I wanted with color and highlights and my hair came out fantastic. Sean (the owner) is also wonderful and was able to offer input on my hair . Which again came out fantastic!!!!

Great place. The stylists are friendly, professional and do a great job. The owner Sean does his best to accommodate you. Even though it says it opens at 9, he's usually there early. Most of the time I get my hair cut at 8, and sometimes people are there before me.
