This is my favourite place to get filler. Lots of appointment availabilities, clean, and friendly. I have had appointments with all of the nurses here and can truly say I have had a great experience with every single one. The results are always exactly what I envision. I most recently had an appointment with Reg and he was there to answer every question I had, made me feel extremely comfortable, and was very quick and efficient.

My experience at Waterfront Laser Aesthetics with Marla was 10/10! She was extremely informative and welcoming. Even before my first session she made sure I knew how to prep for the appointment and the aftercare needed. She walked me through the process and listened to my body to make sure I was comfortable. Coralee - by far the best in the game. I have a very tricky spot between my eyebrows in addition to my body rejecting the Botox. She found wonderful solutions for me immediately. She doesn’t push for you to do anything you don’t want. She works hard to ensure I get the “natural look” I ask for. I asked about facial products and she was incredibly knowledgeable but again, didn’t push me to spend money and allowed me to make decisions that were best for me. Highly recommend, I’ve seen several other injectors and Cor is AMAZING. See her… you won’t regret it

I booked an appointment with Reg Viray for vein removal. I've had small spider veins on my nose and some throughout my face. I am very happy with the results, Reg Viray was careful and thorough. The laser that they have is able to eliminate (or push back?) the veins right away and after the procedure they were no longer visible. It also was not painful, which I was surprised about. Thank you Reg, and Visage Clinic :)

Marla always greeted me with such enthusiasm whenever I walked though the doors. Marla would check in on how my previous treatment went and always made sure I was comfortable with the laser settings. Marla is knowledgeable! I went on vacation in the sun for three weeks a few months ago and came back severly tanned. Marla and Jill recommended I hold treatment a couple weeks. My first treatment post vacation I requested a lower setting out of caution. Marla listened and respected my decision. I think despite Marla's education and experience, she understands we know our bodies best. I attribute my results to her knowledge, experience and our communication!

The absolute best experience I have ever had. Not to forget the best result I have ever had!!! I have been going in for laser treatment with Marla for a few months now. Initially starting with face and now expanding to underarms and Brazilian mainly because of how professional and amazing she is. For starters this is one the least painful laser experiences of my life. Secondly she makes it possible for you to be comfortable and not at all nervous about the entire process. Excellent service and a great/calming/clean place. Utterly exceeded my expectations and made me feel at home and comfortable. I highly recommend for anyone even considering laser!

I reached out to Waterfront Laser Aesthetics for advice on treating my skin concerns. The lovely Marla suggested I give micro needling a try, and she couldn't have been more spot-on. As soon as I stepped in, Skylar greeted me warmly and explained everything in a way that just made sense. Her consistent check-ins during the session were really thoughtful. The salon had such a relaxing and inviting atmosphere, and the micro needling results were impressive. I wholeheartedly recommend them for an exceptional experience. Elis is amazing! I went for Dermaplaning and HydraFacial yesterday morning. My skin is glowing, the texture of my face feels amazing and my pores are cleaned out! Elis also ALWAYS SLAYS my eyebrows! My wife told me the aesthetician Cassandra was very personable, informative and talented at the treatments my wife received.
I walked in not having a clue and really was impressed by everyone that l dealt with. I would highly recommend this Spa and will definitely go back in the future, maybe even me, it sounded so good.

Derma spa associate Leah removed a cyst when doctors told me my only option was to have it surgically removed and would leave a scar, not to mention the insane pricec tag. Leah extracted it almost with no pain and no scar. She is
amazing so is the whole team at Derma Spa. Don't go anywhere else.

I booked two services on separate days, the first was a regular pedicure & the second was a full set of gel nails. The place was chaos, the total opposite of relaxing.

On my 1st day I had a pedicure at 10:00am and when I entered the facility the nail technician told me the pedicure stations had been “ripped” out of the wall - no places to soak your feet or elsewhere. I received no messages, calls, or emails about the last minute construction. Kate was fantastic though, she handled things well and was able to perform a dry pedicure in the massage room in the back…

2nd appointment: I mentioned to the receptionist and on the phone multiple times that I requested nail art & to add additional time. I received a call prior to my appointment from the nail technician Bailey that she heard about my request and needed to send a photo to her, which I did. I also showed the same photo to the receptionist in my previous appt to confirm she could do them & the receptionist said yes no problem. When I arrived for my appointment the team at visage said their phone system was down and she didn’t receive my photo - but didn’t bother to call back… odd. The nail tech mentioned multiple times during our service that she would be behind on her other client because of my service & gave a slightly unprofessional experience. During my service, one of the other esthetician/employee came up to our station & inquired about how to do a certain facial to another client waiting in the room. The nail tech told the esthetician to look into a binder for instructions on how to do the said facial as they made it seemed like they had no prior training about the service. Anyways, the lady who was getting the facial came out of the room 5 mins later asking the reschedule.

Ultimately, this was definitely not the relaxing day spa I had in mind when booking these two services. Beautiful interior & exterior but lacking in communication and professionalism.

The nails pictured were $100+, the pedicure was $55+ I believe but received a discount due to the construction.

I have been going to Urban retreat spa for about 10 years and the while time I have been seeing Leah. She is very knowledgeable, caring, and is a perfectionist about her job. She has been working with me to find the right services and products for my skin. Thank you Leah

Beautiful interior design. Looks and feels clean. Jamie is lovely to have as your practitioner. She made sure my concerns were addressed. Love that they do a 2 week follow up for new patients. Reception staff are so friendly as well.

I spent the day doing injectables training with Coralee and she was amazing! Her skill level and knowledge base are exceptional. She tailored the day to my needs, and the hands-on education gave me a boost of confidence to really expand into more advanced areas and grow in my own practice. I highly recommend training with her.

Currently the only service I’ve experienced so far is electrolysis by Eva and I’m very happy with it.

Been going for electrolysis for a few years now, a few times I paid myself facials and each time I was very pleased with the experience. I got myself a full day spa treatment which was amazing with mud bath and so on to the nice lunch before covid and recently I had a dermabraison facial done. My face was glowing. I really enjoy this place it is very relaxing and friendly staff.

I did facial care in the El spa twice. The staff is extremely professional and friendly. The staffs are qualified and they provided excellent service with good products.
I always feel refressh and relaxing after visiting the spa. My facial skin glowed and clean after having appointment with the spa. I will definitely come back.

My wife was at this spa getting a service, when she overheard the owner, an older lady named Barb talking to someone about how she loves Europeans working for her. My wife has gone to this spa multiple times to apply for a job and drop off her resume but has never gotten a call back or interview. Clearly her skin color is the reason behind this not being white enough for this "owner" Barb, to even get a call back. Who would have thought that racism is still alive and well today, i guess it never ends. My advice for anyone of color: do not go here! owner is very racist!!

Barb and her team do such an amazing job! Their pedicures are the best! I have extremely dry feet, and they always feel soft, smooth, and hydrated when I leave. I especially enjoy my friendly chats with all the staff. I would highly recommend My El Spa!

The whole experience is worth every penny. This was my first time at The El Spa and I went for the The full day at spa package and my lady is Marianne. She awesome and very much experienced in what she does. She did my body treatment which is body scrubs, full body massage, the el spa manicure and pedicure and the personalized facial is the one of my first time learning something new about facial. I love it. The place is well organized and the lounge is one of best rooms. Bathroom is spacious and lockers is roomy. Front desk lady is very friendly to everyone that came in. The staff are polite and courteous. A great place to unwind and relax. I will be going back and highly recommend. Thank you thank you.

I visited for the 1st time today and was thrilled to get in with very short notice. The facility is lovely and clean. Victoria performed my personalized facial and I left feeling very relaxed and my is skin in much better condition than I arrived. Her pressure is a little bit strong, almost a wee bit rough and I could have asked her to dial it back but I didn't say anything as I'd rather feel my skin being worked than not. The price was reasonable in my opinion. I will happily return to her.
