Adore this salon! And the ladies who run/ work here are the best! I’ve been coming here for 2 years, it’s so clean and everyone is so welcoming and kind. Big shout out to the expert technicians Clarissa & Melina 🌹💘 they are so good at what they do. Moe the receptionist is also a sweetheart. Thank you for keeping my nails and hair fresh and fabulous ladies 💫💫💫💫
The only place I feel comfortable doing my gel refill and hair. They are so fast and efficient, clean and they have the most friendly staff. Shoutout to Luz and Joy - the best nail technicians!

Exceptional customer service especially to Ms Sana and Ms Mary Ann from the reception. They went above and beyond to ensure a positive experience. I also did my hair highlights to Ms April and she really did a great job as ALWAYS! I always go out happy and gorgeous. What i love about bcs is, they also have all the beauty servoces thta i always need. Wilk come back and do my nails tomorrow. See ylh again ladies
It’s a decent salon and offers value for money. I had aroma facial recently which was too good, Nimhali was very good and gentle. My go to person is Enderlin for mani/ pedi, hot oil and blow dry she is very good.
I went for a nail extension removal bcoz my original nail was hurting. I was attended by Hiruni and I told her my small finger was in pain and something had happened to my original nails. she started the service and first, she began with my small finger only with a harsh buffing I said it was hurting after my continuous saying one Nepali girl came and she buffed smoothly for that finger then Hiruni plucked my other nail and my finger was still hurting for me. after I said that she put acteon on and kept my finger covered without buffing the gel nail polish. after that, she went to attend to another lady so a staff called Chaclleo or something like that came. Oh my, she is such a face-making lady. I told her to please do it slowly it was hurting and she was making faces on me. come on...and that time hiriuni said any way you are strong mam so you can bear this pain easily She said it bcoz I went there with my child see I am a mother or I gave birth that doesn't mean I can bear any pain. ridiculous staff(not all) and ridiculous service.
This is the best place to get pampered always. I have done my lashes this time by hiruni. Thanks to her , she has done them beautifully and patiently. I recommend highly Top To Toe .

I don’t understand the 5 star ratings. I went to do my nails and hair and before starting I showed both ladies exactly how I want my hair and nails. They both said they know how to do what I asked for and ended up doing the exact opposite of what I asked for. A total waste of time, I had to get everything done twice. Gladly the other staff fixed both my hair & nails. The nail area smells like toilet sewage btw, what’s going on? It used to be an excellent salon.
Very bad costumer service. I arrived at 1:20pm for my 1:30pm appointment. After waiting for 30min I got to know that the technician still needs time with the previous costumer…. I asked for Rachel (the manager) and she was no help. Even though she knew that I was on a tight schedule she tried to offer me the service 30min after my appointment or to reschedule it.. but honestly, after waiting around and chasing the employees to find out when am I going to go inside and start the service, I dont think I will ever be coming to this salon again… no respect to time or to costumers… very disappointed…

In the middle of plenting my hair, she left to make another ladies nails for over 30mins.When I went to restroom she came rudely talking to me that they are busy I shouldnt be wasting time even though I didn’t spend more than 5mins.She was plenting what I didn’t tell her to make and she was saying my hair it’s too thick for that yet she had accepted my style from the beginning

I’ve been a client of beauty connection for so many years. I loved coming here because they were professional and fast. However my last experience makes me not want to consider the salon again. I came for a hair cut and it took them 30 minutes to finally get to washing my hair. After that they made me wait and when the hair stylist came she told me she wants to start with another client and she will need 20 more minutes. I told her I’ve been here for long and she just walked away and ignored me. She then told her colleague I’ve asked for a different stylist which I didn’t do. I had to walk out frustrated with my hair DRIPPING water because they didn’t even dry my hair well. Extremely disappointed.
I found the salon on an advert as it was only 125 AED for extensions, which I required at the time! The lady was lovely, however it took 3 hours, which I definitely will not be going back for that!! Far to much time unfortunately

Helen and Kusum are both very professional and kind persons. Helen did to me a very nice cut and blow dry and Kusum is very good in washing station. I am very happy with the services I received in that salon today ! Thank you both !

Unis from eyebrows is extremely rude and unprofessional she even has a terrible attitude. Alma sent me a rude nail technician then tried to defend her in a very disrespectful and inappropriate manner. Florence also has a very bad attitude. I spent half my day in the salon getting services done while being attended by rude staff in return! That’s unacceptable! Please provide attentive, happy and respectful supervisors and staff. “Especially the supervisors some of them are so rude.”

Love this spot and love the sweetness Sophia, the lady who does nails, is like a nail artist especially nail extensions. She can make your nails look like tiny pieces of art, and it's amazing. Plus, everyone who works there is super nice, so when you go, it's like treating yourself to a special day out.
I lovedddd my experience at the Beauty Box. I got a silk press, full face wax, pedicure and manicure and everything was amazing. Each one of the staff members was very professional and friendly. The price is also amazing for the quality. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone in Dubai. In terms of booking, everything was super easy and straightforward. You only need to message their WhatsApp number and tell them what services you would like and for what date. 10/10 stars!
The massage itself was great and we’ve heard good things of the hammam. We did a couples massage, my husband went for Swedish and I went for the pre-natal massage. The only downside would be the other spa facilities like the sauna, steam room and pool which were small. There were only two of us in the relaxation pool but there were so many people in and around for hammam it really didn’t feel peaceful at all. It’s felt crowded and overwhelming. Also the therapist asked us if we wanted a drink whilst waiting for our treatment and the drink never came (we waited around 45mins).
Sofia is amazing, and the best! She takes care of my nails since they were short, and I simply looooove! Highly recommend also for Emirates Airlines Staff ❤️
Had a really positive experience with Beauty Box Salon, the lady that did my hair was really lovely, she knew her craft and I felt at ease. I love how the salon uses water filters to clean the water that they are using on your hair (not many salons do this), I loved the steam and the massage during my treatment also. Overall great experience and I will be back again for another treatment soon, thanks to the ladies at Beauty Box.

nothing about this salon was decent. The first time i visited i dealt with house of lashes only for eyelash extensions and didn’t not do another other services.
the second time i booked with beauty box services and it was the most traumatizing experience ever; first of all other than the depressing scenery of the place, it’s said to be a ladies salon and there was a male client getting his hair done. the staff is so noisy and doesn’t take a moment to be quiet. the time management is horrible, I started my manicure and halfway through it they took me to start my lashes, my fingers were bleeding from the terrible cleaning of the nails and not only that but the “technician” left half way through and went to another client!!! she didn’t continue my polish and didn’t even start my pedicure. as for the lashes, the beauty box technician kept poking my eyes with the extension and the glue. i informed her that my eyes are burning and she ignored. she was so rough and it was painful! when she finished the end result was disgusting and far off from what i asked for. she removed it and re did it again. i asked her to see halfway she ignored. and again the burning was still there and i told her. it was still not done well.
i left the salon with the scariest looking reaction in my eyes, they’re bloody red and it keeps getting worse and worse. the next day i came to fix my lashes with house of lashes and the lashes look nice but my eye is in terrible condition from the traumatic application on the day before.
my eyes are hurting me and are so sore even blinking hurts. the lash technician doesn’t speak basic english and the communication was such a struggle. i wouldn’t spend a cent there. and if condition develops with my eyes i will resort to legal action. also note that the picture is taken two days after.

The location is perfect, there is parking behind the building which has great access, the front parking is quite busy so keep that in mind for when arriving for appointment.

I went to try their Dip polish and it was absolutely amazing. Amelda did my nails with so much passion. It came out brilliantly and I can’t help but show it off to everyone.

Terrible customer service. I made an appointment and the reception Pawana said cannot do it and also for hair only on Monday. Then why accept the appointment when I booked it. Her attitude is rude. Don’t go them at all very bad service.

I have visited here twice now and although it's far from where I live, they can't be beaten on efficiency and quality work. Lots of services to try but so far I have had a manicure, pedicure and lashes done here. Special shout out to Mel and Mel who really made my visit enjoyable. Had a great experience from the beginning to end. Meena (I think is the assistant manager) was wonderful as she communicated very quickly through email and told me exactly what to expect before she booked my appointment. Once there, I was happily greeted from the gate to reception where they provided some orange juice before I could start winding down by going for a swim. When it was my turn, Amin took me in and did everything to make me comfortable throughout the hammam as it was my first time.
I had an absolutely delightful experience at the Royal Mirage one and only luxury spa! From start to finish, everything was perfect. The environment was calm and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and attentive.
I decided to go for the Swedish massage, and it was truly outstanding. Juvilyn, the therapist, had such a gentle and expert touch, and she clearly knew all the right pressure points to use. I left the treatment feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated.
I would highly recommend the Royal Mirage one and only spa to anyone looking for a bit of pampering and relaxation. I decided to go for the Swedish massage, and it was truly outstanding. Juvilyn, the therapist, had such a gentle and expert touch, and she clearly knew all the right pressure points to use. I left the treatment feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated.

Even had the owner come in who was so lovely and chatted to me about all the things she’s doing for her business. Parking on site free for the first 2 hours.

I personally love this Bus Station, it clean and I had an amazing experience.
I have given 4 start because I had an unpleasant experience at the FOCUS WORLD SHOP, which is located at the station, the staff were very rude and judgemental towards customer.
I had a worst time there. I won't recommend to any tourists to visit the store.

I tried the Royal Hammam with Fatima Zahra. I loved the fact that within the big hammam, there are small private sections for more privacy ! Fatima ensured I was satisfied and comfortable all the time.
The facilities include: a small whirl pool, one small sauna enough for 3 people, and one small steam room fit for one person.
I give this place 3 stars because they were about to charge me extra for a service I did not get! Thankfully, the manager was walking by and I inquired from him.
So, be careful before you pay for the service!

The service and quality at this place is impeccable. I always leave feeling zen, out of the many spas available in Dubai, I gravitate back to the One and Only and wish they had this in London. Saif and team are very welcoming and are on hand to every request. I highly recommend the Signature Hammam and Hot Stones massage. Thanks team and I’m sure I’ll see you again when I’m back. The service was amazing. I got a silk press and nail extensions. The staff were so friendly and efficient. My hair usually curls in humidity but after this service my hair stayed straight without me having to re-straightening it and kept its volume. I will most definitely be returning.
By coincidenze i entered the saloon and checked that they had offer on nails and other treatments and usually Fridays there are ongoing offers on different services. Decided to do nail gel and i was very satisfied with the work that Marie Chris did, she was amazing, professional and fast.
I just left the Salon and left so happy and very satisfied with the wonderful service i have received. Rina & Alina the beautiful young ladies i dealed with they were outstanding. Before i went there today which was my first time there i read a review regardless the Gel Nails As mentioned it was old products, so i was worried a little bit. But Honestly my nails and toes looks stunning ❤️ beautiful Red colors and Rina she did over miles as its similar to the one i removed so she did a very beautiful design in one finger for each hand.

I made an appointment via Whatsapp a day before the said appointment, they confirmed and when I came to my appointment they said it was cancelled and they said I was the one who cancelled, its clearly shows on my whatsapp the confirmation that it was booked. Therefore, I have to wait for almost 40mins. The service I received is okay. Cris the filipina lady who did my manicure and pedicure is amazing. I also had my haircut done, I requested for a layered style and I dont like it the other lady seems unexperienced it doesn't looked like a layered one. Very disappointing.
I came here because of the 75 aed gelish nails discount. The women there were nice but they were not wearing gloves. The nail polish application wasn’t very neat. They didn’t cover the tips and sides very well. Their equipment was cheap/old. The place looks okay but it needs maintenance, new nail polishes and a new UV light.

The new bus station is so awesome, it feels like it’s powered by solar panels totally for the whole station office, it’s made the station have its new standard of expo 2020, it’s really mesmerising view, unfortunately I could not take pics, place have 6 blocks and the bus station is whole over 3 sided. Looks so clean and pretty. This new station makes the fame of all other bus station in Dubai.
I had done my Eyebrows & Facial with therapist Minoli, I can say it was one of the most great Facial I ever had. She is very expert & very sensor at her work. I got very glowing & soft skin as immediate result. She had wave out all that tension & tiredness from my face & shoulders. Thanks a lot you made a great thing for me. Environment was so quiet & relaxing. Their are following good precautions & hygienic rules. They were flexible in booking an appointment. Good location at AlKhail Gate Centre , plenty of car parkings with 2 hours free parking. So nothing to worry. Overall it was great experience.

I went to get a gel manicure. The lady removing my previous gel was so rough on my nails and she had buffed them down so much to the point that they are so thin now and keep bending when I’m doing things. The application of the gel was done badly too. You can see through the polish at parts and then it’s thick at the top. My pedicure was done alright. My toes were a bit sore after because she cut too much skin around the nails. This is the second time I visited the salon.
The First time was normal manicure and pedicure, that was alright application of the polish was not neat though. And my toes were sore after. I understand that it could have been a genuine mistake so planned to revisit the salon.
It’s a cute salon but dirty. Coffee cup rings on the surfaces. The staff were nice.
Probably will never go back.
