I have been visiting Shiny Salon & Spa since 2006, and have always loved the service I received. Got my hair and nails done this week. Thanks to Hairdresser Ellen and nail tech. Crystal for their dedicated work. Both of them are so professional, patient, and detailed oriented.

I’ve been coming to this salon for 10yrs and they’ve always been amazing!

Crystal, Eva, Joyce and Coco are my favs. They pay attention to detail and put their heart into making your nails perfect. The owner Lillian is such a sweetheart!

That was the worst nail experience I’ve ever had for 85$ for THIS are you kidding me???? Nails uneven , different shape and length lady gave me a big cut and it still bleeding 85$ tho ?This place must be a joke , my nails are so ugly I’m about to take them off .PLUS THEY STILL CHSRGE TAX when u pay cash ! In better salon Downtown Toronto I pay 70$ for XL nails including stones and design

I never had an amazing experience at this salon but never had a bad one except this one. Nail tech Coco did my manicure so fast that the quality looked so cheap and honestly if I knew I would leave the salon with this nails, I would’ve done it myself. She was rude when I said I didn’t like it instead of offering to fix it. Left the salon with nail polish smudge and crooked nails. Never coming back for the price, quality and attitude

Has visited on a Saturday for eyebrows! It was hell. After specifically mentioning that I like my eyebrows thick, the lady just spoilt my brows. My right was thick and left was totally opposite!! Thin! And she says it is nice. Not professional at all. And charged me extra for threading where all she did was waxed my brows !! NEVER VISIT.

I was a walk in for a haircut on a Monday afternoon and my hair was cut by Gino. Such a wonderful man he is. Patient, polite and soo gentle I almost fell asleep in his chair. I loved Mt cut and experience I brought my 6 year old daughter and she loved the experience aswell and she is over the moon about her haircut!!

The one stop for all your pain. I had sciatic pain for a month and a half have been to my regular spa frequently and the pain was more and not going away until I met Shawn my friend who referred me to this place and I went right away and I tell you they did cupping and massage combined it was painful but as I walked to my car I felt the difference. Thank you 🙏

I just experienced the worst service and the owner was very dishonest. My husband asked if they have RMT for massage because we have benefits, the owner said they do. Towards the end of the massage, she told my husband they cannot write a receipt because he resides in London Ontario. He paid for the service at a "discounted" rate of $50 and told me the situation. I personally felt like she knew all along that they could not provide RMT receipt, but wanted to get his business this way. I was not happy about the situation because that's not the information he got prior to having the massage. Of course I went to the owner to get more information because I was confused why they cannot provide a receipt. The owner told me she told my husband that they cannot provide a receipt prior to the massage and he had no issue with it (that's a lie, because he would have just left). The owner said they have an acupuncturist who can write a receipt for the "acupuncture", then she said one of us have to reside in GTA in order for them to provide a receipt (okay, I said we do have a secondary home here), then she said the acupuncturist have to see him to provide receipt (I said we’ll wait), in the end she said the acupuncturist is not taking on new clients. What the actual F?! At this point I am so mad at the web of lies this woman is spitting out. First of all not to mention the scam she's running, second of all she had the nerve to say she's been running her business for 15 years and she never lie to customers. My question to her is, if you've been doing this for 15 years how often do you promise people RMT receipts but not provide one after the service? One way or another the owner is a liar. Would not recommend this place to anybody.

This is my go to place for my nails. A bit pricy but the quality of the work done is worth it. The atmosphere in the place is welcoming and the the nail techs are super friendly.
