I have been visiting Shiny Salon & Spa since 2006, and have always loved the service I received. Got my hair and nails done this week. Thanks to Hairdresser Ellen and nail tech. Crystal for their dedicated work. Both of them are so professional, patient, and detailed oriented.

I’ve been coming to this salon for 10yrs and they’ve always been amazing!

Crystal, Eva, Joyce and Coco are my favs. They pay attention to detail and put their heart into making your nails perfect. The owner Lillian is such a sweetheart!

That was the worst nail experience I’ve ever had for 85$ for THIS are you kidding me???? Nails uneven , different shape and length lady gave me a big cut and it still bleeding 85$ tho ?This place must be a joke , my nails are so ugly I’m about to take them off .PLUS THEY STILL CHSRGE TAX when u pay cash ! In better salon Downtown Toronto I pay 70$ for XL nails including stones and design

I never had an amazing experience at this salon but never had a bad one except this one. Nail tech Coco did my manicure so fast that the quality looked so cheap and honestly if I knew I would leave the salon with this nails, I would’ve done it myself. She was rude when I said I didn’t like it instead of offering to fix it. Left the salon with nail polish smudge and crooked nails. Never coming back for the price, quality and attitude

Has visited on a Saturday for eyebrows! It was hell. After specifically mentioning that I like my eyebrows thick, the lady just spoilt my brows. My right was thick and left was totally opposite!! Thin! And she says it is nice. Not professional at all. And charged me extra for threading where all she did was waxed my brows !! NEVER VISIT.

I was a walk in for a haircut on a Monday afternoon and my hair was cut by Gino. Such a wonderful man he is. Patient, polite and soo gentle I almost fell asleep in his chair. I loved Mt cut and experience I brought my 6 year old daughter and she loved the experience aswell and she is over the moon about her haircut!!
