For many years I have dealt with severe knots in my upper back along with neck and lower back issues. I had shoulder surgery after which the back issues were amplified significantly. As a golfer, this was problematic for me! Nothing I tried worked, including PT, so I decided to try massage therapy which I had never done before. I went to Karen White at B in Touch, and within 8 weeks all of the knots in my upper back were completely gone! It’s now been 18 months, and I continue to see Karen every other week – the result I now have no back/neck issues at all anymore – they are all 100% gone. Karen listens to you and then goes to work to help you – she is a real professional and is very nice to work with.

Norma is magical! Her healing hands instinctively find the balance between accessing deep tissue and a gentle compassionate touch. Norma is a very knowledgeable massage therapist, possessing a thorough, seemingly effortless understanding of the physical human body, combined with a plethora of techniques she applies, as her gift of seeing exactly what we need and how to give it. She always has great advice both for what you can do to continue and heal yourself after each session as well as the insight into the minds’ effects on our body explaining what may have contributed to your pain. She is also a warm and delightful conversationalist that will insist not to talk in order to maximize the effect of her massage. I couldn’t recommend her enough.

Billy Hafferty is amazing. I think his athleticism, personal coaching experience, intuition, etc all attribute to an excellent deep tissue massage! Just went to a couples massage here with my husband 7 months after having our first child. The massages were so on point and so needed. The seasons staff targeted our aching muscles and joints from all of the awkward lifting of our infant. They targeted the scar tissue at my epidural site and I had no idea how bad the area was. Billy Hafferty is incredible. On time, professional, kind, listens to what I want to focus on and works the muscles in a way that shows he knows the body and how to get results. Deep tissue work while feeling relaxed. Truly fantastic!!

Amazing last minute massage. Late last night I decided to spoil myself and get a massage because my neck was bothering me. I have never had a more knowledgeable massage therapist. I would compare her with a physical therapist with her knowledge of the human body. Her pressure was just right for a deep tissue massage and she knew her way around pressure points and common muscle tension areas. I was very impressed and will be going back for sure. She also incorporated some stretching and a head/face massage. It was the total package. Highly recommend even if the building itself looks unassuming. Diamond in rough and it's only 2 minutes from my office. Loved it!

My wife has been going here for 2 years and I finally went a few days ago. Everyone is so nice and professional. My 90 min massage really helped my sore muscles from work, make an appointment to return in 2 weeks. Would recommend to everyone!

The energy of this Spa was positive, the massage was excellent and appreciated for the skills and love of the craft. I have had massages in expensive locations and when more people find this gem they undoubtedly open more locations. The difference is in how the staff are treated and by the company for every business you visit. This was a needed self care break from the rush of this busy world. I will be weekly visiting because it's the way to heal myself from a work week where I am doing for others.

Bought a groupon with my girlfriend, just walked out and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. It's off the road a little (and for the area, if you don't want to pay stupid amounts for rent and overhead that's what you have to do), and very minimalistic.

But they treated us very well, paid attention to our aches and rough spots, and were super friendly. Plus, the lotions and oils used were minimally scented, stuff was clean, asked questions as they went... So again, overall a great experience. And as an aside, english is not their first language, but they try really hard and I frankly don't care. A great massage, that I believe I did not pay enough for. I tipped generously.
