I had an incredible one-hour Thai massage at Royal Massage SPA with Sophia. I walked in without an appointment, and the process was smooth and accommodating. Sophia was absolutely professional and delivered one of the most relaxing and effective massages I’ve ever had. Her technique was outstanding—she knew exactly how to release tension and ensure I felt completely refreshed by the end of the session.

If you’re looking for a highly skilled therapist, I can’t recommend Sophia enough. I’ll definitely be coming back for her expertise! Thank you, Royal Massage SPA, for such a great experience.

Microdermabrasion facisl was EXCELLENT!!! NIKKI did a FANTASTIC job. My face feels brand new it's a soft as a baby's butt. No marks on my face anymore it is unbelievable and she is super awesome and personable I will definitely be back

I just had the most amazing facial experience with the wonderful Nikki. She is so personable, fun, and professional. The space is absolutely gorgeous and the room is so cute and cozy. I haven’t had a facial in awhile and am feeling so refreshed. The ambiance is my absolute favorite. Nikki runs her facial’s by appointment only and is very flexible to peoples schedules.

After my facial, she offered me an opportunity to do some red light therapy for 20 minutes. It’s a very cool machine and I had never done it before. I will definitely be back soon. I am glad I found a place I can trust with Nikki.

Katie is incredible. I get colon hydrotherapy from her whenever I can and she is so pleasant, chill, easy to talk to, and makes you feel so comfortable. She knows what she's doing (I've been to people who definitely do not) so the trust is there and I couldn't recommend her more! Thank you Katie for always making me feel better and lighter.

I had extractions with Mina and it was a lovely experience, she was generous to address some additional skin concerns and my skin felt so refreshed and cleaned after the treatment. Definitely recommend!

Easily the WORST massage experience I’ve ever had. To begin with, the masseuse seemed to be in a rush from the start. When I tried explaining to her the neck area of tightness and discomfort I was feeling, it was clear she didn’t care and responded “okay, okay” in a hasty fashion. It was no surprise to me that she barely massaged my neck and simply passed her hands through it for an extremely brief moment.

Further, in the middle of the massage, she disappeared for about 5 minutes to get hot towels as there were none ready in the room. As for the massage, it was really lopsided with no clear structure. She would massage one leg for much longer than the other and same with my arms. She didn’t even massage my hands! Literally, not even a quick run through with her hands. That was definitely a first for me in any massage I’ve ever had.

I also had mentioned at the start of the massage that I wanted deep tissue and to apply strong pressure. Again, all I got was an “okay, okay” and she ultimately didn't apply strong pressure not even once, despite me telling her to please go harder. I’m not sure if it was a language barrier but the point is I didn’t get what I had paid for.

The worst part was that she finished the massage almost 10 minutes before the start of the 60 minutes. I know this because I looked at the time just before she started and right when she ended. Add to that the 5 minutes she had left the room, I ultimately got about 45 minutes of a mediocre (at best) massage. When I tried explaining the situation to the receptionist, she appeared to not understand. This experience was such a disappointment and I honestly left still feeling achy and tight. Such a waste of money and time! I recommend that NO ONE go here, and I certainly will never set foot in this establishment again.

I've had massages everywhere from the no-frills chiropractor's office to Burke Williams and this place is one of the best for immediate pain relief. If you have a crick in your neck, or any kind of pain that can be helped by massage, I highly recommend this place. Professional, highly skilled, clean and relaxing.

First off the owner Nikki is amazing, knowledgeable, and passionate about her business. I felt in safe hands and I left there feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and my skin felt 20 years younger. Highly recommended to do all of her services on a weekly basis!

Wow. I just had an amazing massage with Amy. It was one of the best massages I’ve ever gotten. It was extremely clean and the staff was so so kind. The whole experience was very relaxing.

I got a 60 minute massage which was $62. If you pay with cash you get 2% off. They recommend you tip $10 for the service but I tipped her $20 because she was that good! Love this place and SO excited to go back.

Katie is simply the best! I would still drive 30 mins to see her. An absolutely thoughtful and thorough professional, with a passion for her art. And yes, it is an artform to wax so much with minimal pain :)

My boyfriend, who is almost a bodybuilder, recommended Dr. Alex to me. I'm a tax professional who got rid of the horrible tax season. Always have issues with my neck, shoulder, and back. I did doubt whether visiting a chiropractor could help. My experience with some other chiropractors was not that happy. They either did nothing or made no improvements on my issues at all. After 30 minutes of visiting Dr. Alex, I felt the “Lock” was removed from the shoulder and neck ! Walking outside so relaxed and happy.

Katie knows what she's doing. From waxing to eyelash tinting to all the things I don't get done, Katie is the best, and the only person I trust to get rid of pesky hairs. She is legit great, and works fast. She's also kind, encouraging, thoughtful, and sincere. I've been getting waxed there for almost six years, and would never go anywhere else.

Lovely staff. Took us in for a same day appointment in the evening, I called in the morning. Mother and I loved it $50/hour +10 tip pretty good! Both people did a great job, extensive massage.

The massage was not great, just OK. But whatever, not a big deal. That said, the owner is super greedy and rude. Argued with me over my 18% tip (which should never happen anyway) and charged $2 for running my Visa. $2 also not a big deal but the whole interaction with the owner made the experience less than pleasant. Won’t be back, they’re tons of other places that would treat you like royalty and appreciate your business. Her loss!

The staff are very helpful - I got an appointment for 45 minutes after ringing.
The massage was really good, given by someone who knows what they're doing.
I wanted the massage as my shoulder was extremely painful and now, 24hrs later, though there still is some pain, it's been reduced by a good 75%, meaning I can get on with my life near normally.
I'm going to try for another appointment for a day's time, after the previous treatment has settled, as I have an 11.5 hour flight in 5 days.
I recommend this place.
And another thing, the prices are really reasonable!

I could go on and on about how amazing Katie (owner) and Stephanie are but I'll do my best to keep this review somewhat simple and straight to the point because this is long overdue.

My skin has been a battle for me since high school. I've been to my fair share of aestheticians from Woodland Hills to West Hollywood and none of them have been able to help my skin the way Katie has. In the process, I've learned a great deal about my skin and my only regret is that I didn't find this place sooner than I did.

I've never felt pressured to purchase products (unlike a lot of other places) and before I've ever bought anything, I've been given samples of it to try out which I appreciate. Although they're on the pricey side, they are definitely effective.

If you're having troublesome skin, I would definitely recommend coming here and seeing what these awesome ladies can do for you.

I have been going to Eva for about a year. She’s amazing— she has fundamentally helped me in life and with the passing of my brother. There’s not many massage therapists that care about their clients as much as Eva. She’s a great friend and incredibly caring individual. The shop is very clean as well!
