We had our son's Holy Communion lunch here and the food and service was top notch all the way. The manager was communicative throughout the entire planning process. Highly recommended for any religious celebration.

Horrible experience and even worse customer service. Came in to buy two shawarma wraps. First of all, they don’t have the toppings In front like a genuine shawarma place which is weird to begin with. Second, the worker didn’t even ask me the toppings I wanted. After paying I mention it to him that I only had any two toppings. His response was the “we already made it”. I replied by saying why didn’t you ask me and why would you assume I wanted everything.

He was expecting me to feel bad and accept the already made shawarma. I didn’t. I told him that I don’t want it as I’m allergic to onions. He seemed really unhappy about making a new one and didn’t even apologize for his mistake.

Never visiting here again. Don’t come here if you want a good shawarma. Waste of money.

The food is consistently delicious, capturing the authentic flavors of the Middle East. Paramount Middle East Restaurant is our go-to spot for a memorable and enjoyable meal. Highly recommend!

Tasty Shawarma is a solid choice if you're looking for a spot offering cheaper shawarma wraps since their 2-for-11.50 deal is more than worth it when compared to other locations.

I will say it's not the greatest shawarma I've ever had but I'd rather go here and have 2 pretty decent wraps for a great price than get my wallet gouged elsewhere for less food. Only real complaints I have would be the lack of cleanliness in the store and I do think they could fill up the wraps just a bit more as I do find some bites to be more bread than toppings. But overall, still more than worth it for the price!

Great service. But I wish they served me with a fresh chicken. I asked if the chicken is fresh. And the chicken shawarma skewer was really new and fresh. I decided to have one.
And the result I got my shawarma wrap NOT from fresh shawarma WHICH WAS SPINNING . (From the drawer which possibly was cut the day before and stored it ). If you see the picture you will understand that if meat is fresh cut or not.
I hope health inspectors following this food handlers.

2 chicken shawarmas for $13 in today's economy? Fresh ingredients, tender meat, consistent food...what more can you ask for? Open late and staff is friendly!! *If you can't handle spice to easy on the homemade hot sauce*

I bought a Chicken Shawarma, the fill was good but the outer crust was a bit over burnt in some areas. Over that taste was good and affordable. I saw some bad comments on this store, I won't actually push those. The store service was ok and food was tasty and just got one burnt and please be careful on these cases.

I sort of under estimated this place until yesterday I decided to give it a try damn the flavor profiles were PRESENT!!! I'm a big lover of mediterranean food and this place got my heart! The staff are also amazing our Server Jatashe was the best experience I've had in Canada!
This is now our family go to restaurant until we try the ENTIRE menu! The Paramount drink is unique and absolutely delicious 😋 Great place kudos to the staff who make the experience worth it!! Will be back on the weekend 🙌

Went on May 12th to celebrate Mother’s day, we did reservation 2 hours ahead of time, we arrived got seated by Natasha (5 people in total) waited for almost 30 hour for food to be served on the table, food was good however, we were told by the server that someone else is waiting to be seated!! Total time was in is 1 hour and half ( food took half an hour to be on the table) while we were eating kunafi, she approached us to say pretty much we have to leave and someone else is Waiting to be seated. Well let me say this I don’t care if Someone is waiting, as a customer who come in to enjoy a special event, you do NOT tell your customers to leave for someone else to sit while we are STILL eating, so unprofessional and disrespectful.

The food at this restaurant was decent, and I found the decor to be quite fun. While it didn't become my favorite spot for Middle Eastern cuisine, it served its purpose well for a quick bite.

The platter was quite filling. Portions were big but it’s lacking in seasoning; chicken was bland. It comes with a can of pop.

Bad Service. Arjun put us in hold when we called to order. Literally was on hold for 24 minutes. Funny thing, I reached at the location in the car in the meanwhile and there were no lineups.

They put customers on hold so no one else can reach the phone lines.

I grabbed takeout at Pitalicious, and enjoyed my chicken shawarma platter! Highlights of the meal were the chicken and the toum. The portion was also massive! I will be back again sometime when I need a shawarma fix.

During my recent visit to Pitalicious, I was deeply disappointed, primarily due to the customer service. Right from the onset, the staff's lack of attention was glaringly evident. They exhibited a level of rudeness that was not only directed at me but also at other customers, and even Uber drivers. This kind of behavior was unprecedented in my dining experiences. Their unprofessionalism cast a shadow over the entire experience, making it rather unpleasant. It's a shame to see a restaurant with such potential being undermined by poor customer service. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and implements necessary changes for the betterment of future customer experiences.

Paid $27 dollars for tabuleh and chicken salad. When I questioned it I was told the side of small chicken was $17 even though on the menu a shawarma platter which included rice, chicken roasted potatoes and a salad was $ $18.95

The food and experience was good. The portions were good also . The potatoes were good. The staff are very nice . 8/10

My friend brought me to here. This place has sharama, the meat are very nice. We tried the beef and lamb. The platter and the sandwich are big portion.

Yesterday went for dinner with my wife, I like this spot as they have a room for prayers, there food is freshly prepared and the ambiance is good, the service is good, but I feel that the management need to add one more service provider on the shop floor so the things can move faster . The drink was good with lots of fruit and ice cream. The food is a bit pricy but enough in quantity 👍

Food could have been better, there are other better options in the price range.

Love paramount and their authentic food. The shawarma plates are super delicious. Their Lamb Chops are easily the best I've had in a while.

The customer service at this location is exceptional and staff is very nice and accommodating.
