Salesperson didn't seem very knowledgeable or interested in selling matresses. She was nice but not much of a salesperson

We went in and the sales person wasn't pressuring us which was nice. They were helpful without being pushy and they were honest and prompt with a call to let us know our purchase had arrived.

As far as shopping for a mattress and box spring goes this was a relaxed atmosphere and an overall pleasant experience.

Bought @ 2,000 $ mattress and box spring set. Within 3 months I developed degenerative disc disease. Orthopedic doctor told me the bed has destroyed my back. I have zero support In the middle of the mattress where my lower back rest. I spend half the night on the floor or a couch now. Customer service is ambivalent and dismissed me even though my bed is only 6 months old. Horrible service and zero reliability

I purchased a mattress set at this Glenway Av location today. The salesperson was helpful and laid back. We expect to have it delivered in less than a week, which is appreciated in the current retail climate. We are pleased thus far.

Tim helped us today. He was very knowledgeable about the different types of mattresses and was able to guide us to what he thought my wife and I would feel most comfortable on. He did a wonderful job too with giving us plenty of time to test different beds out, never pushing beds that he thought we would enjoy. My wife and I have tried multiple mattresses in the past few years and shopping for the right bed never felt so easy, we will only shop here from here on out! Looking forward to the many years of restful sleep we will be getting thanks to the help of Tim!

We had the Serenity Plush with adjustable base delivered yesterday and had our first night's sleep on it. We replaced a mattress that was 5 years old and already developing major sagging and was getting uncomfortable. The Serenity Plush mattress is perfect for us since we like the foam feel. Working with Original Mattress was a breath of fresh air. The delivery time was later than we were told and I called to make sure we were going to get delivery soon since I had a small window to be there and I was told they would be there soon and they apologized for the delay. The delivery guys got there about 30 minutes after I called and were wonderful - very professionally dressed and very clean and even wore shoe wraps in the house! They explained using the base and managed to get everything upstairs very quickly even with our very steep staircase. We had a good experience working with the sales rep at the store on Glenway and all-in-all very impressed with the quality of the mattress and the adjustable base. We look forward to many years with our new bed!
