Be careful if you raise concerns about horrible customer service to the management. They will side with the waiter over the customer, unless you push them! Horrible experience at this location. Dirty restaurant and silverware not being clean. Waiter had a really bad attitude when we asked for a fresh basket of bread. We could tell right away from the get go, that he didn't want to be there. I understand people have bad days and all, but still, one needs to act on a level of professionalism and politeness (especially in the restaurant industry). If you can't handle that, then don't be a waiter! Eventually the manager gave us a new server (who was great!) but that wasn't met until we pushed back with the Management of the restaurant, who seemed to want to defend the waiter over the customer! This location has gone downhill... Luke Warm food and dirty tables/restaurant.. Never again!
Our server Melissa was absolutely amazing! She was very patient with us and knowledgeable about the different menu items. We got the spinach dip, crab dip, brussel sprouts, sliders, ribeye steak, and italian sausage rigatoni pasta. Every….single…item…was…delicious!!!(We forgot to take pictures of some of the food because we were so busy eating it!) We ordered two Pink Lemonade alcoholic drinks and a margarita and Justin(Beyonce!) at the bar made them taste sooooo good! I cannot give both Melissa and Justin enough praise! Thank you so much for a very pleasant evening with my family!!!
Marcia was an amazing waitress , very attentive, very sweet, I was very happy with the service. The flavor was amazing. They accommodated my friend and I and we had the best food and amazing time.
Service was excellent. Most dishes tasted great. Forgot to take the pictures of the dishes before most of the food were gone. Portion size was relatively big too.
Recently, we had an outstanding dining experience at The Cheesecake Factory. The food was scrumptious, and the service was exceptional. The restaurant itself is beautiful and provides a pleasant atmosphere to enjoy a meal. Unfortunately, we were too full to try their famous cheesecake for dessert, but we look forward to indulging in it next time.
I recently dined at the Cheesecake Factory it was my mothers birthday the past Friday and I had a fantastic experience. The food was superb, and the service provided by our waitress, Ruth, was exceptional. She was attentive, friendly, and made excellent recommendations. Ruth's dedication truly enhanced our dining experience, and I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for delicious food and top-notch service.
First time trying Cheesecake Factory. We were shopping around and decided to try something new so we stopped by to get lunch. Food came out good but there was a hair inside the food we showed our server and he told us he will send a manager to the table and we didn’t want any of that so we said no and he offered us a to go box which was a little awkward but to be nice we said okay and we trashed the box. I don’t know why he thought we will eat it cos he can see I only took two bites. Anyway it was a very interesting first time experience. We didn’t had any expectations but not this kind tho.
The Chinese chicken salad was great. My companion got a lunch special - soup, sandwich and salad and enjoyed it very much. Cheesecake Factory is well known for its huge menu. The key line cheesecake was excellent. Full bar available. I enjoyed the Peach Bellini. Great friendly efficient service.
