Boat registration/renewal staff were the worst did inspection payed for everything but apparently because I didn’t answer a call they canceled the application because they consider my application late for not answering a phone call for 1 day and just asked to do the application again and pay over again 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

For two weeks I am following up for a good standing certificate and nobody is answering emails, also unable to talk to staff !!!
I am calling the department and no answers for days!
So unfortunate.
Hopefully this is will be the last time I have to deal with them.

The security guard points out that notice board just in the corner.
They are off on Friday Saturday Sunday.
Official working hours are 8 AM to 2PM Monday to Thursday.
This is not the same timing as other DHA offices/Hospital/Facilities.

DHA Dubai has progressed a lot, it's easy to make an appointment, timely is another issue. The call center is fast and very polite. Timely appointments unfortunately is a big issue still. I had some health issue and I saw a Cardio in Rashed hospital. He ordered for me Echo and pressure halter. This was in April, I got the appointments for July 🙄 imagine for heart, if I had an issue I would have had a heart attack by then. Anyway, although my appointment was for blood pressure halter they have me heart rate halter. When I returned the device the next day and I asked about my pressure the nurse told me it was not for pressure. So I tried to make an appointment to get the device for monitoring pressure, guess when I got the appointment 11 September. I told them I have a Dr appointment end of July and he wants to see the result but no use. Very disappointing.

I had a great experience while coming across with the MOHAP team Dubai Head office during the process of my License title upgrade. There I found very helpful staff paying respect to everyone and trying their best to resolve the issues. Luckily I got the chance to discuss my case with Mr. Wael Ramadan, Medical incharge, once I was stuck badly due to some system error, Mr. Wael Ramdan paid extra effort to resolve my issue and discussed my case with relevant authorities and resolved the impact of errors. Huge applause and thanks to Mr. Wael Ramdan as well as Ms Abeer adel ,then Director of licensing and Ms Ghadeer Abdeen then Manager of evaluation. As an expat it gave me a lot of confidence and strength. Thankyou Mr. Wael for all of your efforts , stay blessed.

Excellent and professional service. The staff behaviour was commendable. All the staffs were very professional and respectful ,especially Ms.Hanan from regulatory department. Their new online smart service system also is promising. I wish all the success for Ministry of Health UAE.
Honestly speaking I was very happy when Miss Fatima Matter assisted me with my application since I was very lost and nervous and was not getting the correct answers, the moment she held my application she knew exactly what was supposed to be done and to be honest she made everything very easy and smooth and she sincerely called the people IN charge and explained everything to them very clearly, she also sent emails to make sure everything was in its exact place she took a very big stress off my shoulders, I would recommend her to anyone who needs help in the Medical education department....

Very rude security who is chasing away people like a dog. Saying it’s not allowed to be here coz it’s offices and not a public place. How come offices becoming not a public places? Put a signage that random and street people not allowed.

I had everything successfully working with the assistant of Ms. Fatima and Ms. Salha, they took care of every problem regarding my application. Both of them are such a competent women, and I was very pleased by their service.

I just had one of the worst customer service experiences. As a person of determination I was not given any tangible information on how to attain support. To make things worse the young man on their customer ‘happiness’ number was basically telling me to ‘get lost’ when I asked to speak to someone with more information. Incredibly disappointing and this contradicts all that was said about supporting people of determination.
Every year same thing, this is the worst experience I’ve ever had in Dubai in my last 20 years and it’s the same bad as it is now for the last 4 years, renewal of a small boat takes forever.
First point: expats salaries are very less even though they have excellent qualifications
Second point: very strict unbelievable environment imagine that if you put your head on the table to rest little while working, this is an issue and you will get a warning and they will cut your salary!!!!

I am a human being i can get tired, a headache,
so no need to make me feel that its a big crime if i rested my head on the table!!!!!

I sent them an inquire regarding an Emirati minor abandoned by the father, with mother not allowed to work, without income and a proper house ( Court inspection ) and they never replied back. What kind of institution is this?
Dr. Fae is one of the best doctors in dubai, she is so professional and works hard, the clinic is very clean and appointment are on time, staff and so friendly and helpful.. i will rate the whole experience 10/10

Interesting place to visit , however parking is difficult to find in the area unless you park near emirates towers and walk to the 3D printed office. Nice area for taking some great pictures. You cannot enter the office but you can look around the area. They provide some training courses there
The place is not correct. Any limit that enters here leaves a comment that the place does not exist for the health of the places

The service over the phone was very good. However on visiting the "smiles centre" I was extremely disappointed to find such poor service. Only two customers. Six staff all sitting around talking and joking with each other whole ignoring their customers and their duties.

This is the world's first 3D printed building. It looks amazing at night with the colors and there will be an interesting cafe opening there when the weather becomes nice. Lots of cool futuristic workshops and talks going on there. (Disclaimer: I work there and helped build this building.)
