Unprofessional staff in visa counters , they know only how to do the visa which is basic thing, they are not able to answer clients questions and every time I come back they tell something different which is confusing , they wasted my time to comeback to their branch everytime in the end no deposit returned back , really I was the worst experience for me in that branch :(( please take it under consideration.

Lady at the front desk for biometrics is rude and unhelpful. Got there at 8:30 and was told to come back tomorrow because all the tokens were gone. She gave me a piece of paper that said preference is given to people who have appointments but she couldn't tell me how to make an appointment. Probably the only place in Dubai that has horrible customer service

I visited Amer Services in Rigga today, and experienced a very bad treatment from a lady in the visa renewal counter. I have all my requirements ready in soft copy for my self as the sponsor and for my daughter whose visa i supposed to apply for renewal. Biometric/finger print of my daughters done as well last May 21, 2024. So everything is ready. However, when my number is called and so i approached the counter, the lady did not talk to me just staring at her computer and I checked the time it's 7:30pmmI know that by 8 their office will be close so I told her i want to renew the visa of my daughter and asked her what documents she needs from me. The she started telling my visa copy to send her by WhatsApp, then after 3 minutes of staring at her computer she again said she needs visa copy of my daughter then stared at her computer again for few minutes. So i told her could you please tell me all the required documents so I can send them to her. At that moment she stared shouting and told me if i have questions i should ask the receptionist.

First of all place was well maintained with enough staff to help people around,
I Was allowed in early around 9:30am today whereas appointment was scheduled for 10:30am. Wasn’t crowded at all, Security staff asked for medical report and appointment document alongside the passport. Another gaurd directed me to reception took 2 minutes to get the token waited for my turn before i know within 5 minutes i was sitting for biometrics and the whole process hardly took 10 minutes. I was back home before my appointment time. Tip: be gentle and present what you are asked to you wont have any issues.

Need to give more training to security guards about hospitality. I know ,they also have pressure about their duty but they should know why the people came for and how they put efforts to go this branch specially in weather condition. They need to help people not to say no you have to go there and if we go ,other security said go there or need appointment. They should be reminded that they are working in UAE not in their house or country .
I was really disappointed today because , in 18 years working career’s in UAE ,first time I faced this kind of situation in government sector.

There is a consistent lack of professionalism at the reception desk when seeking information on specific matters. Despite our company being located in the DIFC Index Towers, each visit to DIFC services results in being given a random number that leads to unanswered calls. Furthermore, the following day, a different receptionist often informs us that the previously given number belongs to a different department, redirecting us to yet another number. Given DIFC's stringent regulations, it would greatly benefit from having a legal advisor stationed at the reception desk to assist company owners with their inquiries. The ongoing frustration with the lack of clarity and guidance regarding our concerns needs to be addressed by DIFC promptly and effectively..

At first we are hesitant to approach Ameer due to bad reviews and words from social media about penalty and absconding case but gladly we give the benefit of the Doubt and went last Monday for my husband over stay fine the lovely Fatima who was designated in the reception in Ameer office was very helpful and so polite. Kudos to you miss Fatima . overall the process was fast and great just hoping that they can accept card payment. Coz as of now people doesn't usually bring cash . That's all . Thanks to all the staff specially Fatima from the reception.

I returned the next day, waited in line from 7:30am (before it was even opened) and was out by 9:10am.
Both times, the receptionist was nice and efficient. The staff that took my biometrics barely spoke to me but was nice, it took 2 minutes.
Your average wait time and service from my perspective for a walk-in service. Nothing to complain about. Get there early, bring something to do and you’ll be out in no time.

Absolutely horrible service, the staff is a nightmare. They make things harder vs. even trying to help out. First place in the UAE where I have experienced such behavior. There needs to be serious change at this centre with the staff. Especially the ladies sitting at the reception desk, they don’t even have the decency to speak with 1% respect.

But all of the above are the issues ^ lets talk about the solutions:
- I suggest you give out a proper guidance through an app or a website, we don’t want arrogant people (employees) to shout nor scream or refuse to give out the proper guidance in an “elegant” way (which would never happen lol).
- I also suggest to get the 7 AED air refresher or you may just email me and I’ll send a batch as a charity.
- Have some manners when you talk at least.
- Finish each client separately and completely.
- No shouting, we aren’t animals.
- Let people book appointments beforehand and reach exactly on time.
- Change the interior design along with the counters.
All of these changes require 3 days max!

Worst experience I have ever been through. They don’t respect women, they don’t know how to treat and talk to women. They don’t dedicate a line for women. We were only 5 girls standing and all the men were pushing us. We could have finished so early if they gave us a line and finished from us but they don’t care!

Really long wait times, tokens are given to people who come after you. Expect at least 2-3 hours to get your biometrics done. Staff at reception not even efficient, they just tell you to take your passport and come tommorow if you have a problem. Paying 350 AED for this kind of service. Avoid this center.

Before going to this place I have gone through all the review messages. I have found more unsatisfied and unhappy service comments in the drop box. But even though I made myself positive and reached there at 7.00 am sharp as my appointment at 7.30 am. Everything is good but I want to add some points from my side and my genuine feedback. The security guard are very rude especially with down the line people they don't speak very well, some security is good but most of them are very pathetic. Those staff locals are working on the counter found them not cooperative and they don't know what to do or they are just pretending to be like that. Some local staff are very nice also over all my rating 5 out of 3 but i recommend to the higher management to improve more specially the security staff. Thank u

The place is so full of people that you cannot breathe, there is no organization for the line, there is no air conditioning, and the employees are very few in number and “very rude” yet this country is organized, except for our consulate there.

Very long wait. Two specialists dealing with fingerprinting for biometrics. A man and a woman; the woman is constantly walking around, talking on the phone during biometric data collection. In general, she doesn't work at all. I hope this review reaches her manager and motivates her to work during business hours. Due to this, the queue is almost not moving. Two girls at the reception desk are filling out the documents you gave them while simultaneously answering questions from everyone who approaches, further extending their work time.
Simultaneously, apart from the main queue with tickets, in the photo, you can see a spontaneous queue forming in the office of those who are already very tired of waiting. Overall, honestly speaking, the organization is not very good. I've been waiting for an hour and a half just to get a ticket to join the biometrics queue. January 21, 2024, I've been standing since 9:30.
Only one woman at the reception was kind and responsive, the one sitting on the right. She tried to maintain some semblance of order in the queue.
Update: The guy who took the biometrics was very polite, courteous, cheerful, and completed everything in 2 minutes. In total, the whole process took about 1.5 hours, but it was a pleasant experience.

Be careful to this branch is full of a LIARS AND NOT ONLY THEY DONT ACCEPT CARD ONLY CASH....i can smell fishy regarding only cash.. Yesterday my wife came to this branch ask for attestation for our marriage. They said only option is 300 aed. But there is option where you can service worth 150 aed. Worst center ...system down most of the time or. No staff. 22 counters but only 1 or 2 open. Came 9.40. Am. Says no staff wait until 10 am. I hope authorities take action.

I went for fingerprinting for Emirates ID for my parents .. All the staff including security were very helpful and the lady at the token counter helped further by giving a priority token for my father as he was elderly . For my mother - there were no ladies in queue (so it was fast ).
Our appointment was at 8 am . We finished the process by 8:30 am ..
The only thing is they give tokens on first come first serve basis (not on appointment time )
Overall - wonderful and excellent service and staff. I highly recommend this centre ..

Everything about it is bad
Can’t believe you need to start with a line to take a simple paper to fill up (get your own pen) and after filling it up you need to get into another line where females have a different line (which you can barely tell if thats a line or not) and males are in this very very long line that seems endless cause at the front of the line everyone else is jumping in
Don’t forget that the place smells so bad! It smells like cigarettes and very old disgusting coffee

some of the staff appeared to be quite lazy and lacked a proper level of respect towards visitors. also observed that many of the staff were using their smartphones while on the job.
The lack of professionalism and respect displayed by some of the staff members, along with the prolonged wait times, left me feeling quite disappointed. I sincerely hope that management will take note of these issues and work towards improving the experience for visitors in the future.

One of the worst place to get government services done in UAE.
For the last 5 I have used different government centers and every time I got good service.
However this center is the worst in service, Late afternoon system goes down wonder why. Looks like this is a common excuse.

Highly unprofessional and arrogant. Does not respect the time of resident and make them wait forever. They will make you feel that you are on their mercy. I wish there was an option for negative rating. Dubai government is one of the best in terms of government services in the world but this department (Amer that too specific Rigga branch ) is certainly not living up to government’s vision.

If you want to have the worst experience of your life, and if you love long queues, waiting for 4 hours to finish a simple piece of paper, and being disrespected and treated like an animal, then this is the perfect place to go.
1. Even grocery stores accept card transaction, but here they still only accept cash
2. Just to ask a simple question, you need to wait in line for close to an hour.
3. After asking what you need to know, they will tell you to stand in another line just to submit documents
4. If you thought the fun was over, don’t worry, there’s another ticket based line where you can finally wait for another hour to complete something as simple as renewing a passport, so feel free to sit on the comfortable steel benches (if you find a place of course)
5. At any of those lines, don’t be surprised if someone cuts in front of you because they think they’re more important, and if their last name sounds familiar to the people working there, then definitely expect them to be treated better
6. It takes 2-3 months JUST to renew a passport, unless you want to pay the cheap price of around $900 for the quick one (which is also not guaranteed to be finished in the time they tell you it will take)
7. Every single one of the people working there is disrespectful and lacks basic manners
8. If you want to just ask a simple question, feel free to call their number, don’t worry, no one will answer you, not even during working hours, but it’s fun to try
And after all this trouble, I will receive an overpriced, worthless piece of paper that doesn’t allow me to travel to most countries without a visa obtained after a rigorous inspection
The fact that the entire world operates on online transactions and these people haven’t figured out how to receive passport renewal applications via the internet, and instead are insisting on keeping a ticketing system that a 5 year old could have organized better, is absolutely mind-blowing

Pathetic service... Came for family residence visa renewal last Thursday 7.30 pm, they were closed while the working time is given till 8 at night... Came after 3 days... They don't even know the procedure it seems, sending me from one office to another, one counter to another.. At last, they said system is down... Haven't experienced such pathetic service from any of the offices in Dubai in last few years...

I got an ejari from dubai real estate corporation without Dewa premises number because of that I didn’t get my Dewa connection i called them for requesting to add premises number they said it’s their mistake they wiil update but 4 dayz i was waiting no updation But I went the fifth day I met A gentleman Mr. Waleed hes very helpful He did my work with in 3 minutes I wasted my 4 days solve this issue through customer service…

I went there today to cancel my Ejari for a warehouse where I store my classic and exotic car collection. Unbeknownst to me I was at the wrong branch. I was in the HQ and I needed to be in the Al Manara branch.
I was warmly greeted by a wonderful Emirati gentleman at reception by the name of Saeed. Who pointed out my error. But instead of sending me to Al Manara, took it upon himself to call the concerned party and within minutes, got me talking to the responsible party and my work was done in a brilliant, effective and timely manner.
Mr. Saeed's command of English was most impressive. But even more amazing was how much he cared about sorting out the issue of someone he had just met to my full satisfaction. I hope that his superiors get to read this review and encourage him and other young Emirati employees to be so gracious and professional.
I am retired and have been living here for 12 years. I must say that it is just wonderful that every time I have an issue the local folks who work in the local government offices have shown such professionalism and courtesy to us foreigners who live here.
This is why I prefer living here than America or Europe where I spent 30 plus years. Actions speak louder than words....
