I was extremely disappointed with my recent purchase of a pair of shoes at this store. I only wore the shoes once during my vacation and noticed that one shoe was smaller than the other, despite being the same number of size. It was incredibly uncomfortable and I was forced to buy another pair of shoes for the remainder of my trip. Upon my return, I attempted to return the shoes and express my dissatisfaction with the product. However, I was informed by the staff that the shoes had already been worn and therefore, could not be returned. Furthermore, they didn't offer any vouchers or gift certificates to rectify the situation. I am highly dissatisfied with this experience. I waste too much money on a pair of shoes that don't match, and I am unsure of how to proceed with this pair of shoes.

They gave us the pair that different size on each shoe. We tried to exchange it, I tried it on only one time and they said that "we can do nothing with it since you already wore it, I'm sorry!"
Do not buy anything from them because they will not make it right in the first place!

I had an awesome experience shopping with J.D sports. Their prices beat other major retailers. They also keep stock it's rare you can't find the size or color you are looking for. Shipping is prompt I received my package 4 days earlier than the estimated free shipping date . It included a free return label if needed. Notifications are very informative & consistent. I also had to call about an in-person exchange. The customer service representative was very helpful he didn't mind guiding me in the right direction verse most treat you like it's self explanatory on the app or you should know. Last but not least returning items was simple along as it was within 45 days of purchase and product In original packaging containing no damage. Adding you can return or exchange with your local Finish Line as well. I hope this was helpful for everyone.
I recently visited foot locker in Kenwood mall in hopes of finding a new pair of shoes, but unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that customer service was not a priority at this establishment.
First and foremost, the wait time was utterly unacceptable. I spent a frustrating 45 minutes manager savannah and employee Patrick was so slow and rude. they have to learn customer service skills.As for the customer service, it was virtually nonexistent. When I finally managed to flag down an employee, they appeared irritated by my presence and lacked basic knowledge about the products they were selling.
Furthermore, the overall atmosphere of the store was unwelcoming and chaotic. The aisles were cluttered, making it difficult to browse the merchandise, and the lack of organization only added to my frustration.
My experience at Foot locker was nothing short of disappointing. The extensive wait time, coupled with the apathetic attitude of the manager and the poor customer service, has ensured that I will never set foot in this establishment again. I urge others to think twice before patronizing this store, as their disregard for customer satisfaction is truly appalling.
Terrible service from the staff, you ask them to show you a model in some size and apparently that bothers them. I think that if you don't like the work, don't go, I have bought several times in this store but because of the attention I have received lately I will consider returning

This about the customer service we just received, which was unacceptable. A young guy with starter dreads or braids was very rude when we asked for additional help on a different size shoe. His response was “I don’t know if we have that size, you’ll just have to look and see for yourself.” All this while waving his hand like he could no longer be bothered. What happen to customer service…? Never coming back to this location.
Don’t go here because my freind got sick because he got expired Gatorade I reccomend to check the expiration date in any case. Stay safe don’t die.

Horrible service came in to get online pick up order decided to grab another pair for my niece then was looking for me something the man like Oo come pay for these now I’m like dam I’m still shopping I just brought them and left but never will I be rushed so I’ll never go back

This store is situated at Kenwood Towne Center, a great location. The merchandise was above average in quality. However, the appearance was less than inviting and the customer service lacking. (For example, four salespersons were available, yet I was forced to ask for assistance.)
Awesome shop. Even with the language barrier I always get what I need!

Went in on a Tuesday afternoon around 1 pm and wanted to buy a pair of air forces. Stood there trying to get the attention of one of the three employees. No one helped. The two girls working the register were too busy having a conversation. Never got helped so I left. Tried to get there attention multiple times and was just stared at while they went back to their conversation. Sorry I bothered you guys. I’ll take my business elsewhere. Worst customer service experience I’ve had honestly. I get it, its retail, but there were only 2 other customers in the store

Customers service was next to none. I asked about the name of a certain shoe that only came in men's that my wife wanted. They all told me they didn't know. They could have simply went to the back an looked on a box so I could find them online. No help what so ever!

I will never buy a Pair of Jordan from JD anymore 1st time buying university blue 13s $215.00 my blue was faded and i return them for another pair 1hr later the same day just to get 1 good shoe and another faded blue but the customer service is cool but I'm kinda shock they selling shoes like that to much money to have that problem really check yours shoes before leaving store

I went here to pick up an order I had put in online, I went to the register the woman working was a very lovely employee, she asked another woman working if she was able to see if my order had arrived. The one who looked for my order had been back there for about 15 minutes, She was either looking very hard or not at all. when she came back she had told me my order was not there, I asked if she knew when it would be there and she said no. I also asked if it was in stock which i had seen with my own two eyes that they were indeed in stock, at that point i just left because i was over it. She gave me a very low energy response with every question i asked, no words, just head shakes. I have never worked at a foot locker but i’m sure it’s not extremely difficult to help and employee by checking on the order status, it was all i even cared about. All I wanted to do today was get my boyfriend gifts so that he could have a Christmas, but what I got was no gifts and $200 gone, can’t even refund my order to get him something else. I make about $300 a paycheck and cannot afford for these things to happen just because an employee doesn’t feel like doing what they’re supposed to do.I personally feel it is essential for companies and employees to help customers with needs. Please do better, you get paid to work, not to be disrespectful for no reason.

I had a great experience today with this store location! I had been eyeing a pair of Doc Martens online for MONTHS but I have wide feet so I needed to try them before I bought them. I called this store this morning to make sure that the availability showing online was what they had in store, and the offered to put them on hold for me without me even asking. When I got to the store it was very well staffed and everyone was super friendly! The shoes fit and I was able to buy them. I definitely reccomend this store!

Would have been 5 stars but prices were higher than a store 2 doors down and another on the opposite side,there were also not very many sales,but selection was great,unfortunately we opted to pay less for same shoes at another store.

I was very disappointed shopping with JD Sports online as I have been a customer for years. I placed 2 separate orders for my children's Christmas gifts and they both got canceled at the last minute. Ruined my Christmas surprise . Customer Service response was sometimes the systems run slow and is not showing the accurate items online. I will not be purchasing any items online any more. I have never had that issue with any other shoe store.

Stopped in to exchange a purchase I made online. The sales lady asked if I needed help as soon as I walked in the store. I told her I needed to exchange a pair of shoes I bought online for a smaller size. Great customer service from the sales lady as well as the store manager who processed my exchange. I got the size I needed and I LOVE my new shoes! Shout out to the JD Sports staff for making my experience a pleasant one! I will definitely shop here in the future!

The Manager Name David is rude and disrespectful. I literally had to call his Manager at home at almost 8P.M. I'll never spend money there again and I'm going to make sure my family and friends don't either.

This is a great place to buy shoes and clothing. I went there on a Tuesday and they were really busy. Of course if a place is busy then know it would take some time to get helped. But to my surprise they helped me out in under 4 minutes. The workers there were super nice and helpful!
