Friendly staff, good range of activities. Plenty of lanes for bowling, plus coin-operated pool tables, claw machines, and some arcades.
Fairly popular destination for corporate social events - there is a halal menu available. Easy to travel to by public transport, and public car parks are available in the vicinity.

Okay today I was going out with my friend and we went to this place to have a good dinner and my friend burger buns was hard as hell so my friend went up to the staff and said “Can I have a new burger bun please?” so the staff guy said to the cook in a rude tone “Evie apparently the bun is too hard” my friend was so shocked she tap on the bun to show the stuff guy that the bun was actually hard then another stuff guy came up and said “What’s the problem?” in a rude tone as well. My friend called for the manager and went to sit back down. The manager was the seen laughing and joking with his staff team who was rude to her and prodding the bun and mocking my friend!
Wonderful service Kim looked after us and really made sure we had everything we needed. Friendly service, tasty food and great value for money. Definitely recommend

Came in just after it opened on a Sunday morning. The young lady on the welcome desk was very polite and friendly, we didn't interact with any other staff during our time there.
There was a decent looking arcade area, but the most interesting machines were switched off.
It's a fun day out, but there are better bowling alleys locally, which are also better priced.

We brought some students from Alcester Academy here today and we all had a great time. Everything was so clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. We all had food and drinks and I have to say, it was the best chicken burger and chips I have ever eaten at a bowling venue! Will definitely be returning in the future 😀
Spent a couple of hours here with our teens. Bowling, arcades, and had food and drinks. Worked out cheaper booking online as there were offers. We went at about 6 pm on a week day during the summer holidays. It was quite busy, but we didn't have to wait to bowl.
Came in to have a couple of drinks and play some games but the place was disgusting. Empty glasses everywhere rubbish all over the floor. I wouldn't mind but it wasn't even that busy but No1 was cleaning up staff were just chatting to themselves and not making sure the place was being tidied. Think management need to insure their staff are cleaning the place often.
Even though I didn't bowl myself the whole experience was fun and memorable. There was a little mix up with booked tickets(couldn't find our booking on the system) but all in all great effort was made to help us. We also had something to eat. Generally they serve chips,nachos,burgers ect but for a night out bowling that was sufficient. Staff were super nice and friendly. Would definitely go again but hopefully next time I'll bowl!!:))
Well i was happy they were open at 11:30pm and that they had a halal menu (without a certificate mind you), but they refused to serve me saying they close in half an hour so the kitchens closed. I did get a pool match in but they again reminded me to wrap it up as they were closing. I felt very unwelcome. 0/5 Stars
Had a fantastic evening for my son's birthday celebrations. We enjoyed good price arcade games and some bowling which was a great price for a family of 5...We were taken care of really well by Daisy, she helped us out and was very nice to my boys ! We will definitely be back again soon!
We go for the arcade, but that is bowling and a place to get some drinks. The arcade is good, Absolutely here for it however, I’ve gone to better arcades. You don’t win much in these arcades. It’s unlikely you go in there and win something good. Even with the tickets, you don’t get many. You end up spending a fortune and coming out with something that would cost you £1. That said, I was recommended for kids because it’s fun to them. I’ve gone to the bowling alley, therefore however, I have had to change lanes because it has stopped working. But it was sorted very quickly. That is seeing areas for each bowling alley. It’s clean too! I would recommend going there for a fun evening. The claw machines and the 10p machines are not worth it. Try to stick to the racing and shooting games for moneys worth. There isn’t a lot there, But enough for a small family to have a little bit of fun.
We come to bowl here quite regularly (at least once a week), and generally have a great time! However, we have recently had a couple of occasions where the lanes clearly haven't been well taken care of / oiled properly, meaning that we've been left quite disappointed with the experience on those occasions - this is particularly noticeable on lanes 1 and 21. Overall we would highly recommend coming here, although the lanes could definitely do with some better care to make the experience 5/5 stars!
I visited the Hollywood Bowl at resorts world today, and I have to say that we were very happy with our experience! Friendly staff and lots to do, would happily return.
Really nice place to play and have fun. However, the place seems it lacks of hygiene.
My daughter had an amazing birthday party. Very well organised. The children had so much fun. I also booked the karaoke room for after the party which was great. The children did not want to leave. The only thing that I would suggest is that maybe there were a few more party games to fill the last half an hour or so but all in all I was very impressed and would definitely recommend it.

Absolutely don’t bother to expect something called customer service at this place! Especially at the drinks counter.
The server at the counter was completely rude, her answers to be were so blunt all I asked for was a cola and she rudely told me they only have Pepsi. Then I asked her for a hot chocolate that was showing as available on the menu…she told me again rudely that they don’t have that available.

It's a nice location that has a multitude of game areas, a big lounge area to have drinks and watch some sports on their Tv's and a Karaoke place to relax with your friend singing some greatest hits.
Great place to come with your family and friends.
Games that you can play from a single player, two players co-op and multiple players.
You can't get bored at all and prices are affordable.

Had a get time here 1st time I've been to this tenpin . Can't complain at all everything was smooth arcades pretty big and loads pool tables will definitely recommend and will b3 back
The worst experience at TENPIN BIRMINGHAM, we asked the person in charge to please fix the dance pad on the PUMP IT UP machine. However, the young lady only mentioned that she couldn't turn off the machine (You don't need to turn off the machine to fix 1 arrow). We are a large community of players looking to promote the sport, but unfortunately, the TENPIN staff has no interest in resolving minor issues that occur during the day.
The same thing happened with the MARIOKART DELUXE game; the steering wheel doesn't work, and it's been 3 months, and they still haven't fixed it.
The candy pots are half empty, and if you put your money in, nothing falls out. Scammers.
It's a significant waste of money to come to this place and encounter staff who lack empathy for customers and prefer to chat and take selfies instead of helping customers.
I don't recommend it.

Nice and clean environment! I didn’t play bowling, I played pool instead. I booked to play bowling at 5pm but when I got there they said I didn’t book it 😞The toilets are hard to find and I had to wait a while for service. 😮💨 They have a big variety of arcade games there as well and I am in love with the Cadillac table!!!!!!!!!! So cool 😎
Decent place to come for bowling, lanes are generally maintained pretty well. There is also a VIP section but it's not that great. Tables are always messy and unclean. Service here is generally pretty slow and staff seem uninterested. However like I said earlier the lanes for bowling are very good.
Very pleasant place, new and clean, great ambience. The minus is - not enough staff ( maybe just happened to be one of those days). I felt sorry for the only man, who did his best to serve everyone, he was brilliant, very polite and helpful. Definitely will be back again. Great place to visit with your family and friends. Also, lots of restaurants and shops around.
