Wonderful service Kim looked after us and really made sure we had everything we needed. Friendly service, tasty food and great value for money. Definitely recommend
We brought some students from Alcester Academy here today and we all had a great time. Everything was so clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. We all had food and drinks and I have to say, it was the best chicken burger and chips I have ever eaten at a bowling venue! Will definitely be returning in the future 😀
Came in to have a couple of drinks and play some games but the place was disgusting. Empty glasses everywhere rubbish all over the floor. I wouldn't mind but it wasn't even that busy but No1 was cleaning up staff were just chatting to themselves and not making sure the place was being tidied. Think management need to insure their staff are cleaning the place often.
Well i was happy they were open at 11:30pm and that they had a halal menu (without a certificate mind you), but they refused to serve me saying they close in half an hour so the kitchens closed. I did get a pool match in but they again reminded me to wrap it up as they were closing. I felt very unwelcome. 0/5 Stars
Had a fantastic evening for my son's birthday celebrations. We enjoyed good price arcade games and some bowling which was a great price for a family of 5...We were taken care of really well by Daisy, she helped us out and was very nice to my boys ! We will definitely be back again soon!
I visited the Hollywood Bowl at resorts world today, and I have to say that we were very happy with our experience! Friendly staff and lots to do, would happily return.
Nice and clean environment! I didn’t play bowling, I played pool instead. I booked to play bowling at 5pm but when I got there they said I didn’t book it 😞The toilets are hard to find and I had to wait a while for service. 😮💨 They have a big variety of arcade games there as well and I am in love with the Cadillac table!!!!!!!!!! So cool 😎
